Collective identity in the age of globalisation

This article deals with the legal liability of collective person in the age of globalization. It touches the problem of the “person” in such fields as law, philosophy and sociology.The article presents the influence of globalisation on identity and the question of individualisation. Identity is defined as a process of internal and external adjustment. The processes of globalisation may contribute to the loss of cultural identity. The diverse nature of globalisation has given rise to new identities. Concurrently, the article also presents the challenges posed by globalisation, for instance: identity and freedom of individualisation versus community and belonging.The author aims to make a short analysis according to the liability of collective persons throughout the history of civil and criminal law.This article deals with the legal liability of collective person in the age of globalization. Evaluation of the effectiveness of social economy entities during the coronavirus pandemic in Poland

There are discussions in the literature on the evaluation of the activities of social economy entities. Various methods and planes for analyzing this problem are considered. It seems necessary to present methods of assessing the effectiveness of social economy entities in comparison with the conditions of a pandemic in Poland. Such a set gives the possibility of a broader look at the problem of functioning of social economy entities. The study used critical literature analysis, review of legal acts, and analysis of publicly available statistical data and government programs supporting non-profit activities during the COVID-19 pandemic

The role of pedagogical practice in the preparation of the future teacher

У тезах встановлено, що значна частина проблем, яких зазнають студенти, пов’язана з недостатністю досвіду і професійних умінь та навичок, а не з відсутністю природних здібностей. І все ж таки переважна більшість студентів отримують від практики значну користь щодо набуття педагогічного досвіду та знань з предмета. Варто зауважити, що практика допомагає студентам визначити, які риси, вміння та навички необхідні педагогу та накреслити шляхи самовдосконалення, переконання, що спеціальність вчителя, вихователя за своєю природою належить до найскладніших творчих професій. Як справедливо зазначається у Концепції національного виховання, педагог, вихователь є довіреною особою суспільства, якій воно передає найдорожче і найцінніше – дітей, свою надію і своє майбутнє. Доля дітей – у руках педагога, його золотому серці, тому він має бути джерелом радісного пізнавального і морального зростання своїх вихованців.The thesis found that many of the problems that students experience are due to lack of experience and professional skills, rather than lack of natural abilities. However, the vast majority of students benefit from the practical benefits of gaining pedagogical experience and subject knowledge. It should be noted that the practice helps students to identify what traits, skills and skills are needed for the teacher and to outline ways of self-improvement, the belief that the specialty of the teacher, tutor by nature belongs to the most difficult creative professions. As rightly stated in the Concept of National Education, the educator, the educator is the trustee of the society to which it conveys the most and most valuable - children, their hope and their future. The fate of children is in the hands of the teacher, his golden heart, so he must be a source of joyful cognitive and moral growth of his pupils

Półrocznik „Archiwa Biblioteki i Muzea Kościelne”. Przeszłość-teraźniejszość-przyszłość

Półrocznik „Archiwa Biblioteki i Muzea Kościelne” powstał w 1959 roku, jako organ Ośrodka Archiwów Bibliotek i muzeów Kościelnych” Katolickiego Uniwersytetu Lubelskiego Jana Pawła II. Aktualnie wyszedł setny numer pisma. Założycielem periodyku i pierwszym redaktorem był ks. prof. Stanisław Librowski, który kierował pismem przez 34 lata, wydając 60 numerów półrocznika. Kolejnymi redaktorami naczelnymi byli: ks. dr Joachim Giela, ks. dr Stanisław Tylus oraz ks. dr Włodzimierz Bielak. Aktualnie pismem kieruje mgr Artur Hamryszczak. W redaktorami półrocznika byli m.in.: Ryszard Skrzyniarz, s. Laurencja Jędrzejczak, s. Krystyna Józefa Sobul. Na łamach półrocznika drukowane są rozprawy i studia przedstawiające metody pracy stosowane w archiwistyce, bibliotekarstwie oraz muzealnictwie. Są to również publikowane artykuły przedstawiające historię zbiorów kościelnych lub też charakteryzujące ich ważniejsze zespoły. Zamieszczane są również inwentarze archiwalne i katalogi biblioteczne kościelnych bibliotek i archiwów. Umieszczane są również teksty źródłowe do historii Kościoła katolickiego na ziemiach polskich (wizytacje kanoniczne parafii, księgi brackie, statuty kapituł, fundacje i erekcje instytucji kościelnych). Niektóre z artykułów drukowanych w ABMK są owocem pracy badawczej historyków korzystających ze zmikrofilmowanych w Ośrodku ABMK archiwaliów kościelnych, zwłaszcza wizytacji biskupich. Oprócz tego w ostatnich latach na łamach pisma ukazały się liczne artykuły dotyczące historii Kościoła katolickiego na historycznych ziemiach polskich m.in. na Kresach Wschodnich. Drukowane są również publikacje przedstawiające dzieje polskich parafii katolickich w Europie Zachodniej. Ponadto po zmikrofilmowaniu kolejnego zespołu archiwalnego publikowane sa katalogi mikrofilmów Ośrodka ABMK

W kręgu niemieckiej (i nie tylko) literatury ewangelizacyjnej. Kilka słów o próbach restytucji sztuki uprawianej „na chwałę Bożą i dla pożytku duchowego czytelnika”

Der Artikel versucht die Frage zu beantworten, ob die anspruchsvolle Evangelisationsliteratur sich heutzutage als Lektüre für breite Leserkreise durchsetzen kann. Zu diesem Zwecke schildert er den Verlauf des sich Anfang des 20. Jh. in Deutschland abspielenden Streites über das Wesen und den Stellenwert dieser Art von Literatur. Die damals an die katholische Literatur herangetragenen Postulate tauchen auch im heutigen Diskurs über die durch Glauben, Religion und Kirchenlehre inspirierten Literatur auf. Artykuł próbuje znaleźć odpowiedź na pytanie o możliwość zaistnienia i przebicia się w obecnych czasach do szerszych kręgów czytelniczych literatury ewangelizacyjnej „wysokich lotów”, stąd przybliża przebieg toczącego się na początku XX wieku w Niemczech sporu o istotę i miejsce tejże literatury. Wysuwane wówczas postulaty, odnoszące się do literatury katolickiej, pojawiają się bowiem również we współczesnym dyskursie na temat literatury inspirowanej wiarą, religią i nauką Kościoła.

Wykluczenie społeczne z perspektywy teorii rywalizacji hierarchii

STRESZCZENIE Wykluczenie społeczne może być postrzegane jako przykład pozbawiania jednostki członkostwa w zrzeszeniu bądź jako znaczne ograniczanie praw danej hierarchii. W tym kontekście życie społeczne postrzegane w danym kraju jest nie tylko jako rywalizacja mniejszych hierarchii, ale także jako przykład działania hierarchii, obejmującej całą sferę publiczną. Celem artykułu jest wskazanie możliwości stosowania teorii rywalizacji hierarchii do analizy zagadnienia wykluczenia społecznego, ukazanego w różnych kontekstach. Wykluczenie społeczne można ukazywać także na przykładach zaczerpniętych z różnych dziedzin aktywności ludzkiej. ABSTRACT Social exclusion can be viewed as an example of depriving an individual of membership in an association or as a significant restriction of rights within a given hierarchy. In this context, social life in a given country can be analysed as not only competition between smaller hierarchies, but also as a hierarchy covering the entire public sphere. The purpose of the article is to indicate the possibility of using the hierarchy competition theory to analyse the issue of social exclusion, shown in different contexts. Social exclusion can also be illustrated by examples taken from various fields of human activity

Fundraising competitive forces of small art and cultural NGOs during the crisis

The paper provides an analysis on fundraising competitive forces of small art and culture organizations in order to identify optimal features of fundraising strategy development during and after crisis time when absence of donors becomes a pressing issue. The analysis is fulfilled based on Michael Porter five forces model structure. Fundraising strategies should focus on intensive development of advanced communication with donors through modern technology application and reflect an integral vision of social needs which is the key success factor of fundraising strategy implementation in independent autonomous organizations. Financial resources in nonprofit sector seriously affect the stability of programs implementation. The lack of stability undermines organization efficiency what is evident to donors. This requires formulation of strategy for professional and repetitive fundraising
