Study of Enhancing Competitiveness of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in the City of Kupang
The existence of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) simply cannot be doubted, because it proved able to survive and become a cog economy, especially after the economic crisis. The purpose of the study of improving the competitiveness of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in Kota Kupang are: 1). Identify the profile of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises, 2). Identify the product value chain of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises, 3). Analyzing the advantages of private and social benefits of products of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises, 4). Analyzing the comparative and competitive advantages of products of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises, 5). Identifying constraints faced by Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises, 6). Creating models, strategies and actions to improve the competitiveness of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises.
To improve the competitiveness of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in Kota Kupang, required the development of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises with cluster models; through the program input pro, pro process, and pro output; with the following stages: a). Human resource development; technical assistance, empowerment groups, and advocacy, b).Upstream-downstream cluster program; processing, packaging and waste treatment; c).Supporting factors; access to markets, access to financing and supporting facilities. Cluster program can be applied to the commitment and cooperation between the Agency and the relevant stakeholders
The Influence of Training, Education and Assistance on UMKM Revenues in the Technical Executing Unit (TEU) PLUT of Micro and Small and Medium Enterprises Cooperatives South Sulawesi Province
Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Makassar City are growing and increasing, but there are also some that do not survive the existing problems. This study aims to (1) to determine the effect of training, education and mentoring partially on the income of Micro and Small and Medium Enterprises in the Technical Executing Unit (TEU) PLUT of Micro and Small and Medium Enterprises Cooperatives of South Sulawesi Province; (2) to determine the effect of training, education and assistance simultaneously on the income of Micro and Small and Medium Enterprises in Technical Executing Unit (TEU) PLUT of Micro and Small and Medium Enterprises Cooperatives in South Sulawesi Province (3) to find out the most dominant variables affecting the income of Micro and Small Businesses in Technical Executing Unit (TEU) PLUT of Micro and Small and Medium Enterprises Cooperatives in South Sulawesi Province. The data of this study were obtained through a questionnaire by taking 70 respondents. Analysis of the data used in this study is Multiple Linear Regression using SPSS version 22. The results of this study indicate that the variables of training, education and mentoring have a positive and significant effect partially and simultaneously on the income of Micro and Small and Medium Enterprises in the Technical Executing Unit (TEU) PLUT of Micro and Small and Medium Enterprises Cooperatives in South Sulawesi Province. The most dominant variable influencing the income of Small and Medium Enterprises in Technical Executing Unit (TEU) PLUT of Micro and Small and Medium Enterprises Cooperatives in South Sulawesi Province is 'Training'.
 
Peranan Bank Asing Dan Campuran Terhadap Pengembangan UMKM Di Sumatera Utara
The Purpose of the study is to exemine how the role of the foreign banks and the mixture towards the development of micro, small and medium enterprises in northern Sumatra. The method used is a simple regression analysis method. The method is typically used to predict the value of the dependent variable. Variables used in this research is through micro lending small and medium enterprises by foreign banks and the mixture as the role of banks and employment as the development of micro small and medium enterprises in the province North Sumatra.The results showed that the role of foreign banks and the mixture through micro lending small and medium enterprises have a positive influence on the development of micro small and medium enterprises in the North Sumatra. Through micro lending small and medium businesess conducted by foreign banks and the mixture periodically cause employment is increasing every year so that the increase in employment is growing small and medium micro enterprises in North Sumatra
PELATIHAN ENTREPRENEURSHIP MOTIVATION DALAM MEMBANGUN MENTAL ENTREPRENEURSHIP BAGI UMKM DI MASA PANDEMI COVID 19
Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in Indonesia are experiencing a negative impact from the COVID-19 pandemic. Thus, Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises actors need an increase in entrepreneurship motivation to survive during the COVID-19 pandemic. The YARSI University Community Service Team and partners from Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises who are members of the YARSI University with the Warung Sejahtera Business Group conducted training on entrepreneurship motivation. The activity results show that there are still Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises actors who do not know about the COVID-19 pandemic and entrepreneurship motivation. After participating in the training, most MSME actors are interested in running a Micro, Small and Medium Enterprise business during the COVID-19 pandemic by innovating. The innovation that Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises will carry out is the most widely chosen by sharing info to the WA group. This community service activity concludes that there is an increase in Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises' entrepreneurship motivation to stay afloat during the covid 19 pandemic. Future community service activities can be in the form of training on the operationalization of the WhatsApp application in increasing sales of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises
Analysis of Education for Socialization and Understanding of Accounting Science in Business Development of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in Medan City
The purpose of this research is to analyze of education for socialization and understanding of accounting science in business development of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises in Medan City. The object of research at Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises in Medan City. Population in this study are 8,212 Entrepreneurs of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises in 2022 in Medan City. Using the slovin formula, the research sample are 100 Entrepreneurs of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises in Medan City. The method of data analysis in this study used multiple linear regression using partial test (t). The results of the study show that socialization has a significant effect on business development of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises in Medan City. Understanding of accounting science has a significant effect on business development of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises in Medan City

ANALISIS PENERAPAN STANDART AKUNTANSI KEUANGAN ENTITAS MIKRO, KECIL DAN MENENGAH (SAK EMKM) DALAM PENYUSUNAN LAPORAN KEUANGAN PADA UMKM (Studi Kasus Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah Kecamatan Ngantang)
Micro, small and medium enterprises are industrial or household businesses with limited human resources and expertise. The main problem is that the preparation of financial statements based on financial accounting standards for SMEs has not been realized. This includes annual financial statements, income statements, and memos. The contribution of SMEs to the country's economic growth is very important. To that end, the Indonesian Institute of Accountants has developed Financial Accounting Standards for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises as Special Financial Accounting Standards for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises to assist stakeholders in Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises. The case study of micro, small and medium enterprises in Ngantang Regency includes 5 economic actors with interviews and documents. The results of this study conclude that MSMEs have not implemented their financial records in accordance with MSME accounting standards. The Effect of Knowledge Sharing and Absorptive Capacity on Service Innovation Performance: A Study of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in Tarakan City
This research was conducted on micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in Tarakan City. To improve service innovation, micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in Tarakan City need knowledge sharing and absorption activities. This research was conducted on 150 workers in small, micro, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in Tarakan City. Data collection was carried out using a survey method with a questionnaire. Survey responses submitted by respondents in this study indicate that knowledge sharing and absorptive capacity activities positively affect service innovation performance in micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in Tarakan City.
