SOSIALISASI APLIKASI “MyPMP” SEBAGAI SOLUSI MANAJEMEN ADMINISTRASI PROMOSI, PEMASARAN DAN PENJUALAN PADA UMKM PARFUM FIAR STORE

ABSTRAKPotensi pasar penggunaan parfum yang terus meningkat seiring peningkatan kualitas dan gaya hidup masyarakat. Parfum sering digunakan oleh banyak orang berbagai kalangan dan usia. Fiar Parfum Store merupakan salah satu industri/usaha rumah tangga penjualan parfum merk Garuda Lavina. Pada beberapa aktifitas dari penyediaan stok parfum, promosi, pemasaran, penjualan serta pengiriman saat ini terdapat beberapa permasalahan yang dihadapi mitra. Permasalahan tersebut adalah dalam hal manajemen administrasi promosi, pemesanan, pemasaran serta penjualan dan komplain konsumen. Permasalahan yang muncul adalah seringnya tumpang tindih informasi pemesanan, data-data pemesanan yang seringkali terabaikan dan terlupakan karena penangan pemesanan konsumen dilakukan melalui WhatsApp. Status penanganan transaksi pemesanan, pengiriman dan komplain dari konsumen sering terabaikan dan lama. Aplikasi MyPMP merupakan aplikasi manajemen administrasi promosi, pemasaran dan penjualan. Aplikasi MyPMP dapat digunakan oleh UMKM untuk memonitoring setiap aktifitas manajemen khususnya dalam administrasi promosi, pemasaran serta penjualan. Oleh karena itu, kegiatan sosialisasi penggunaan aplikasi MyPMP ditawarkan sebagai solusi permasalahan tersebut. Sosiolisasi dilakukan oleh narasumber yang kompeten di bidang digital marketing, pembuatan sistem informasi serta kewirausahaan. Hasil kegiatan sosialisasi menunjukkan 71% tingkat pemahaman sangat setuju dan 29% tingkat pemahaman setuju akan penggunaan aplikasi. Selanjutnya aplikasi tersebut dapat dimanfaatkan oleh pihak UMKM untuk kegiatan operasional di fiar store. Kata kunci: MyPMP; sosialisasi; PkM; UMKM. ABSTRACTThe perfume industry is witnessing steady growth due to improvements in product quality and changing consumer lifestyles. Perfume is a popular choice for people of all ages and backgrounds. Fiar Parfum Store, a home-based business, specializes in selling the Garuda Lavina brand of perfumes. However, the company faces various challenges in its daily operations, including promotional management, order processing, marketing, sales, and addressing customer complaints. One significant issue is the mishandling of order information, which often leads to overlapping orders and overlooked data. The orders are primarily managed through WhatsApp, resulting in delays in order processing, deliveries, and addressing customer complaints. To streamline these operations, Fiar Parfum Store has introduced the MyPMP application, designed for promotional, marketing, and sales administration. This innovative application has proven beneficial for micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) by providing efficient management of various activities. Through socialization activities, competent experts in digital marketing, information systems, and entrepreneurship have educated MSMEs about the MyPMP application's utility. The results of the socialization activities indicate a 71% rate of very agreeable understanding and a 29% agreeable understanding level regarding the use of the application. As a result, this application has become an invaluable tool for improving the day-to-day operations of Fiar Parfum Store and other businesses within the same industry. Keywords: MyPMP; socialization; PkM; MSMEs

Cycle-centrality in complex networks

Networks are versatile representations of the interactions between entities in complex systems. Cycles on such networks represent feedback processes which play a central role in system dynamics. In this work, we introduce a measure of the importance of any individual cycle, as the fraction of the total information flow of the network passing through the cycle. This measure is computationally cheap, numerically well-conditioned, induces a centrality measure on arbitrary subgraphs and reduces to the eigenvector centrality on vertices. We demonstrate that this measure accurately reflects the impact of events on strategic ensembles of economic sectors, notably in the US economy. As a second example, we show that in the protein-interaction network of the plant Arabidopsis thaliana, a model based on cycle-centrality better accounts for pathogen activity than the state-of-art one. This translates into pathogen-targeted-proteins being concentrated in a small number of triads with high cycle-centrality. Trimming Back the Fiar Housing Act

This article discusses the likely Supreme Court invalidation of the disparate-impact test as a means for proving a violation of the Fair Housing Act. It analyzes the arguments of the competing sides in support of and opposed to continued use of the disparate-impact test, in particular the arguments of fair housing advocates, HUD, and the banking and insurance industries. Lean Six Sigma analysis of shipboard audit readiness on a U.S. Navy destroyer

MBA Professional ReportOver the last six years, the Department of the Defense (DOD) and Department of the Navy (DON) have ramped up efforts toward achieving financial audit readiness by dedicating additional resources and implementing new process changes in support of the DOD Financial Improvement Audit Readiness (FIAR) program. Despite increased emphasis on ensuring key supporting documentation availability during an audit, the DON still has issues regarding poor quality document submissions from lower-level units, which can ultimately lead to poor audit results. This project attempts to identify and improve upon root causes of quality defects in audit-related key supporting documentation onboard U.S. ships in the Pacific Surface Fleet using a Lean Six Sigma analysis. The recommendations provided in this study augment improvement processes currently in progress, and are sequenced to build momentum before addressing higher-risk priorities. The objective of this research is to develop a case study for use by DON FIAR that examines audit-related areas of improvement and the implementation of additional process changes at the unit level. STS-35 Space Shuttle mission report

The STS-35 Space Shuttle Program Mission Report contains a summary of the vehicle subsystem activities during this thirty-eighth flight of the Space Shuttle and the tenth flight of the Orbiter vehicle Columbia (OV-102). In addition to the Columbia vehicle, the flight vehicle consisted of an External Tank (ET) (designated as ET-35/LWT-28), three Space Shuttle main engines (SSME's) (serial numbers 2024, 2012, and 2028 in positions 1, 2, and 3, respectively), and two Solid Rocket Boosters (SRB's) designated as BI-038. The primary objectives of this flight were to successfully perform the planned operations of the Ultraviolet Astronomy (Astro-1) payload and the Broad-Band X-Ray Telescope (BBXRT) payload in a 190-nmi. circular orbit which had an inclination of 28.45 degrees. The sequence of events for this mission is shown in tablular form. Summarized are the significant problems that occurred in the Orbiter subsystems during the mission. Struktur Populasi Ikan Endemik Banggai Cardinalfish (Pterapogon kauderni) Yang Diintroduksi Di Perairan Pulau Bokori – Sulawesi Tenggara

ABSTRACTBanggai cardinalfish (Pterapogon kauderni) has been introduced and has spread around Bokori Island, Southeast Sulawesi. This study aims to determine the population of P. kauderni in the waters of Bokori Island from the aspect of density, body length distribution, and microhabitat. This study used the belt transect method at three observation stations, with three replications for each station to observe of the fish population’s density. Overall, fish density is in the range of 13.67±1.53 individuals/100 m2 to 36.67±4.62 individuals/100 m2. The distribution of fish body size (Total Length/TL) that is observed varies moderately, ranging from 0.5 cm to 5.5 cm. Microhabitat preferences that are associated with fish include sea anemones (57.3%), coral Millepora (28.5%), and sea urchins Diadema (14.2%). Pengamatan kondisi populasi ikan menggunakan metode transek sabuk pada 3 stasiun pengamatan, dengan 3 ulangan setiap stasiun. Secara keseluruhan kepadatan ikan berada pada kisaran 13.67±1.53 individu/100 m2 sampai 36.67±4.62 individu/100 m2. Sebaran ukuran tubuh ikan (Panjang Total/TL) yang telah berhasil diamati cukup bervariasi yaitu antara 0.5 cm hingga 5.5 cm. Pilihan mikrohabitat yang berasosiasi dengan ikan antara lain anemon laut (57.3%), karang api dari genus Millepora (28.5%) dan bulu babi genus Diadema (14.2%). Meskipun terdapat jenis ikan lain dalam mikrohabitat yang sama, P. kauderni hidup berdampingan dengan jenis ikan lain tanpa saling mengganggu. Kontradiksi Kecantikan, Mentalitas, dan Identitas Perempuan dalam Novel Amba Karya Laksmi Pamuntjak

Novel Amba karya Lakmsi Pamuntjak adalah novel Internasional yang dipamerkan di Frankfurt Book Fiar di Jerman. Novel tersebut juga sudah diterjemahkan dalam bahasa Inggris, Belanda, dan Jerman, dan mendapatkan penghargaan LiBeraturpreis 2016 dari Lembaga Litprom Jerman. Ada wacana feminis yang direpresentasikan sebagai bentuk politik dalam novel ini. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan analisis wacana.Hasil penelitian menemukan adanya : (a) kontradiksi konsepsi cantik sebagai identitas, (b) kontradiksi identitas mental dalam menggugat wacana patriarkat, dan (c) kontradiksi orientasi budaya sebagai identitas yang dibongkar. Artikel ini diharapkan dapat membuka diskursus pembacaan terhadap novel Amba dari perspektif keperempuanan

DOD Financial Management: Improvement Needed in DOD Components' Implementation of Audit Readiness Effort

A letter report issued by the Government Accountability Office with an abstract that begins "The Department of Defense (DOD) has been required to prepare audited annual financial statements since 1997 but to date, has not been able to meet this requirement. The National Defense Authorization Act of Fiscal Year 2010 mandated that DOD be prepared to validate [certify] that its consolidated financial statements are audit-ready by September 30, 2017. In May 2010, DOD issued its Financial Improvement and Audit Readiness (FIAR) Guidance to provide a methodology for DOD components to follow to develop and implement their Financial Improvement Plans (FIPs) for achieving audit readiness. The DOD FIP is a framework for planning and tracking the steps and supporting documentation. GAO was asked to assess the FIP methodology provided in the FIAR Guidance, the development and implementation of selected components' FIPs, and DOD's monitoring and oversight of the FIP process. To do this, GAO analyzed the FIAR Guidance, reviewed two selected FIPs--Navy Civilian Pay and Air Force Military Equipment--and reviewed relevant documentation and interviewed DOD and component officials..
