Задача оптимизации финансирования производственной деятельности предприятия решается по критерию оптимизации удельной стоимости финансирования методом линейного программирования.     In the deepening of the financial crisis, enterprises are trying to implement an effective anti-crisis policy. The financial system as a source of accumulation of modern crisis phenomena, which are spreading further to all spheres of the economy, generally require the formation of new instruments to ensure their financial and economic security. The constant increase in the riskiness of economic activity may entail a significant decrease in the level of financial stability and solvency of the enterprise, and in the future lead to bankruptcy, and requires each business entity to create a perfect system of financial and economic security. To assess the financial security situation at specific enterprises, not all financial and economic indicators that are used can be applied, but only those that most closely meet the requirements and most reflect the results of financial and economic activity, and, if possible, do not contradict each other. The modern business environment highlights the issues of ensuring financial and economic security. Proper assessment of it, as well as diagnostics of the financial condition of enterprises is a priority task for ensuring sustainable development and operation of the enterprise. Market conditions require enterprises to improve production efficiency, competitiveness of products and services based on the implementation of scientific and technological progress, effective forms of management and enterprise management, enterprise activation and so on. So, the role of diagnostics of a financial condition is great enough. Diagnostics of the financial security of an enterprise is an analytical assessment of all the functional components of safety from the standpoint of achieving the highest possible level of protection against internal and external threats, aimed at making effective management decisions and developing a financial security strategy. With the help of diagnostics of the company's financial security, the article will assess the level of financial security of machine-building enterprises in the Zaporizhzia region using the integrated-rating method

    The objective of the work consists in methodical bases of concept development for control by productive flows in coal mines with the use of cost-effective mechanisms. These mechanisms would provide their stable functioning in conditions of uncertainty and risks, formed by internal and external factors. The theoretic views have been used for the supply system structuring, when assessing the opportunities and reasonability to contract out the diversified production operations. The correlation of industrial factors has been defined, representing the mine as a multi-level system, and a logical interpretation of the obtained dependences. The system of efficiency evaluation has been proposed, which is intended to supplement the existing system of risk management with a kind of control element, an indicator of the positive processes in processing technogenic wastes of mines and dressing plants

    Issues on building an integrated model of the automotive product quality assessment are studied herein basing on widely applicable methods and models of the quality assessment. A conceptual model of the automotive product quality system meeting customer requirements has been developed. Typical characteristics of modern industrial production are an increase in the production dynamism that determines the product properties; a continuous increase in the volume of information required for decision-making, an increased role of knowledge and high technologies implementing absolutely new scientific and technical ideas. To solve the problem of increasing the automotive product quality, a conceptual structural and hierarchical model is offered to ensure its quality as a closed system with feedback between the regulatory, manufacturing, and information modules, responsible for formation of the product quality at all stages of its life cycle.     Nowadays, manufacturers have to share some of their resources with partners due to the competitive economic environment. The management of the availability periods of shared resources causes a problem because it is achieved by the scheduling systems which assume a local environment where all resources are on the same site. Therefore, distributed scheduling with shared resources is an important research topic in recent years. In this communication, we introduce the architecture and behavior of DSCEP framework (distributed, supervisor, customer, environment, and producer) under shared resources situation with disturbances. We are using a simple example of manufacturing system to illustrate the ability of DSCEP framework to solve the shared resources scheduling problem in complex systems

    Adaptation of domestic state governance to international governance models

    The purpose of the article is to provide the evolving international trends of modern management models and authorial vision of model of state governance system in Ukraine, its subsystems, in particular, the system of provision of administrative services that is appropriate for the contemporary times. Methodology. On the basis of scientific and theoretical approaches to the definitions of terms “state governance” and “public governance”, there was an explanation of considerable difference between them and, taking into consideration, the mentality of Ukrainian society and peculiar weak side in self-organization, the authors offered to form authorial model of governance on the basis of historically traditional for Ukraine model of state governance and to add some elements of management concepts that proved their significance, efficiency and priority in practice. Results. The authors emphasized the following two prevailing modern management models in the international practice: “new state management” and “good governance”. The first concept offered for consideration served as a basis for the semantic content of state activity that reflects more the state of administrative reformation. Practical meaning. A practical introduction of management to the domestic model of governance creates the range of contradictions that do not allow implementing herein concept. Pursuant to authors, the second one allows in considerable measure to reform state governance, considering historically developed peculiarities of this model. Moreover, the involvement of concept herein into introduction of informational and communicational technologies in the process of governance eliminates the necessity of power decentralization, it allows to form real net structure and, at the same, to keep vertical power structure, to involve citizens for formation and taking of management decisions, to form electronic communicational channel of feedback, to provide citizens with electronic administrative services. All indicated advantages of the concept certify about the necessity to reform state governance exactly in this field. Meaning/ Distinction. This article raises a question about the significance of formation and sequence of state policy in Ukraine aimed at creating an information-oriented society, space, as well as informational and technological infrastructure
