    ABSTRACT ARIF TRI WAHYUDI. The Influence of Self Efficacy and Climate Working Against Teacher Performance in SMA 9 East Jakarta. Concentration Education Cooperative Economics, Economics of Education Studies Program, Department of Economics and Administration, Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta 2015. This study aims to determine the effect of self-efficacy and work climate on the performance of teachers at high school teacher. This research was conducted in April - June 2015 in SMA 9 East Jakarta. The method used is survey with correlations approach. The instrument used was a questionnaire. Test the validity of using the product formula used moments and Cronbach alpha reliability test with the results of 0.894 to test self-efficacy, and 0.850 for the instrument means that the working climate has steady level (reliable) is very high The study population was all teachers SMAN 9 Jakarta, amounting to 50 people. Sampling used total sampling or census. Census is collecting all elements investigated one by one the result is the actual data, or so-called parameter. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression, the classic assumption test, and test hypotheses consisting of t test and F test Based on the results of data analysis found that: 1) There is a partial effect between self efficacy and teacher performance, with the results of data analysis shows that tcount greater than t (4.623> 1.677). 2) partial work climate also there is an influence on the performance of teachers, with the results of data analysis showed that tcount greater than ttable (2.313> 1.677). 3) Simultaneously there is the influence of self-efficacy and work climate on teacher performance, with the results of data analysis showed Fhitung table value greater than F (15.235> 3.20). There is a positive and significant influence between efficacy mean research hypothesis is accepted, hereinafter known coefficient of determination (R2) of 39.3%. Jakarta: Cooperative Economic Education, Department of Economics and Education, Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta, December 2014. This research was conducted in students of Faculty of Economics at State University of Jakarta for 3 (three) months, commenced from October to December 2014. The used method isa survey method with a correlation approach. The population in this study is students economic education of the Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta. Affordable population in this study is thelastyear students of the Faculty of Economics, amounting to 238people. The used sampling technique is sampling proportionate stratified. With error rate 5% from the total of affordable population is 142people. Based on a model equation of simple linear regression, it produces the regression form ofY =146,70–0,757X. Next, analysis requirement test is to test error normality of regression estimation of Y on X with liliefors test. It concludes that the error estimation of regression of Y on X is distributing normal. This is proved by an estimation showing Lcount (0,045) Ftable (3,94) stating that the regression matters, and linearity test of regression producing Fcount (0,71) <Ftable (1,51). Coefficient test of correlation with product moment formula produces rxy as big as-0,587. Then, significance test of correlation coefficient by using t-test producestcount (-8,57) <-ttable (-1,66). So, it can be summarised that there is a negative relationship between self efficacy with academic dishonestyin students ofeducation economics ofthe Faculty of Economics at State University of Jakarta. Jakarta: Departemen Economics and Administration, Study Program of Economics Education, Concentration of Office Administration, Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta. 2015. This research aims to know whether there is the correlation between Self Efficacy and procrastination on SMK Diponegoro 1 Jakarta students. This research was conducted over two months since March to May 2015. Research method used is a method of survey. The population in this research is the whole students of SMK Diponegoro 1 Jakarta, affordable population in this research is all of students on 10th grade which consists of 85 students, and sample used as many as 70 students by using proportional random sampling technique. An instrument used to obtain the data for variable x (Self Efficacy) and variable y (procrastination) measured using a questionnaire with Likert’s Scale. Data analysis technique starts finding the regression equation and obtained equation Ý = 114,92 – 1,231X. The result of normality’s test Liliefors produce L Hitung = 0,083 and Ltabel = 0,106. Hence L (0,083) < L (0,106), it can be concluded that the data result is normal. Hypothesis test by using keberartian regresi yields F tabel hitung = 25,59 and F = 3,99. Since F hitung (25,59) > F (3,99), thus the regression equation is linear. For linear regression test, it produces F tabel tabel = 1,86 and F hitung = 1,33. As F 1,33 < F 1,86, it can be concluded that regression equation is linear. A correlation coefficient product moment test produces r tabel = -0,523. Furthermore, keberartian coefficient correlation test is conducted by using t-test which produces –t hitung -5,06 < -t tabel hitung -1,67. Based on the result of Research, it can be concluded that there is a correlation between Self Efficacy and Procrastination of student SMK Diponegoro 1 Jakarta. With determination coefficient obtained test results 27,34%, variable procrastination determined by Self Efficacy, then it can be drawn the conclusion that there is a negative and significant correlation between Self Efficacy and Procrastination.     Relationship Between Self-Efficacy and the Need for Achievement With Entrepreneurship Among Students of Jakarta State University, Faculty of Economics

    Entrepreneurial ratio shows the economic condition of a country, the greater the ratio, the better the economy of the country, for example, Malaysia has an entrepreneurship ratio of 5%, Singapore 7%. Indonesia’s entrepreneurship ratio is currently 3.1%, and it is proven that until now Indonesia is still not a developed country in the economy. This is the background of the study. This study is limited to only two factors, namely, self-efficacy and the need for achievement. This study aims to see the relationship between self-efficacy and the need for achievement with entrepreneurial intentions among students of the Faculty of Economics, Jakarta State University in Jakarta. The research method is survey. The population in this study is all student of the Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta. The technique of selecting respondent was using purposive sampling that amounted to 152 people. Data analysis technique was used as follows: first test requirement analysis consisted of test of normality and test of linearities. Both multiple linear regression tests. The three hypotheses tests contain t-test and F-test. The fourth was a multiple correlation test. The last one was analysis of coefficient of determination; t-test on Self Efficacy variable equal 8.257 and thitung on Need for Achievement equals to 5,709, where t-table equals to 1,65514, which means there is significant partial correlation of Self Efficacy cy and Need for Achievement. Because thitung &gt; t-table. While for test F, the result F-count of 81,330 &gt; F-table value 3.056. Therefore, it can be said that the simultaneous influence between variable Efficacy and Need for Achievement to Entrepreneurship Intention. Because F-count &gt; F-table. Multiple regression equation obtained result Ŷ = 17.791 + 0.526 X1 + 0.359 X2. R2 coefficient of determination value of 0.522. This means that Self Efficacy (X1) and Need for Achievement (X2) variables affect Entrepreneurship Intention (Y) by 52.2%, the rest is influenced by other variables (Approx. 306 words). &nbsp; &nbsp; Keywords: entrepreneurial intention, Need for Achievement, Self Efficac

Scientific Paper, Jakarta: Study Program of Economics, Concentration of Offices Administrative Education, Economics and Administration Department, Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta, June 2012. This study aims to determine whether there is influence between self-concept and motivation with performance on employees PT. SANYO Disi-Division, Depok.The study was conducted from April to June 2012. The reseach method is used survey method with the correlational approach. The study population was all production employees control unit PT SANYO Disi-Division, as much as 654 employees, and affordable population of this study is an Digital Still Camera (DSC) Production division which amounts to 140 employees. The samples used as many as 100 employees by using simple random sampling technique. Techniques of data analysis using SPSS 17.0 begins with finding the test requirements analysis test for normality using the Kolmogorov Smirnov method and obtained the value of X 1 , X , and Y, and Residual 0.200 which are all more than the 0.05 then the data are normally distributed. Linearity test can be seen from the results output Test of Linearity at 0.05 significance level. The results of linearity test X 2 (Self Concept) with Y (Performance) of 0.000 which is less than the 0.05, it can be concluded the data X (Self Concept) with Y (Performance) has a linear relationship. Then the results of linearity test X (Motivation) and Y (Performance) of 0.000 which is less than the 0.05, it can be concluded the data X 2 (Motivation) and Y (Performance) also has a linear relationship. Then look for the classic assumptions test the multicollinearity test. A good regression model requires the absences of multicollinearity probelms. The results obtained are the Tolerance values of 0.919 which means more than 0.1 and the Variance Inflation Factor (VIF) 1.089 which means less than 10. Thus, it can be concluded that the regression model didn’t occur multicollinearity. Then look for heteroskedastisitas test to Glejser test. A good regression model requires the absences of heteroskedastisitas problem. Significance value of X 2 (Self Concept) for 0,164>0,05 and the significance of X 2 1 (Motivation) for 0,623>0,05. Since the significance value of more than 0.05 the the regression model didn’t occur heteroskedastisitas. Regression equation obtained Y = 15,609 + 0,336 X + 0,337 X 2 . Test the hypothesis that the F Test in ANOVA tables produces F (29,092) > F table (3,09), this means that X 1 (Self Concept) and X (Motivation) simultaneously affect Y (Performance). T test produces T count of X 1 2 (Self Concept) is 4,912 and T count of X 2 (Motivation) is 4,193 and T table is 1.66. Because T count count > T , it can be concluded that there is a positive influence on the self-concept with motivation with performance. Then a coefficient of determination of test result obtained 37,5%, the performance variable (Y) determined by X (Motivation)

    This study aims to analyze the effect of financial literacy, financial education in the family, and pocket money on financial management behavior through financial self-efficacy, either directly or indirectly. This type of research is quantitative research. The population in this research is active students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, State University of Surabaya. The sampling technique used purposive sampling and obtained 170 students as respondents. The data collection method used a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used instrument test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, path analysis with SPSS 24. The results of the study were as follows: (1) financial literacy has no effect on financial management behavior either directly or through financial self-efficacy (2) financial education in the family has a positive effect on financial management behavior both directly and through financial self-efficacy (3) pocket money has an effect on financial management behavior both directly and through financial self-efficacy (4) financial self-efficacy has a significant positive effect on financial management behavior

This study aims to determine the closeness of the correlation between locus of control with self-esteem in employees of PT Antam Tbk Geomin Unit, Jakarta. The experiment was conducted at PT Antam Tbk Geomin Unit, Jakarta for two months from September to October 2011. The research method used is survey method with the correlational approach. This study population is an employee of PT Antam Tbk Geomin Unit, Jakarta were 112 employees with affordable population taken from the office staff totaling 69 employees so that samples are used as much as 58 employees by using the random proportional (proportional random sampling). Instruments to measure the variable X (Locus of Control) uses an instrument that was developed by Rotter IE Scale and for the variable Y (self esteem) using the instrument developed by Tafarodi and Swann, the SLCS-R items. Test requirements analysis is used to find the regression equation obtained is Y = 68.66-0.533 X. The results of normality test Liliefors produce L = 0.105 whereas for n = 58 at the 0.05 level is 0.116 for L hitung F (4.02) which means the regression equation is significant. Testing linearity of regression produces F tabel (0.41) <F (1.98) thus concluded that the linear regression equation. Test result product moment correlation coefficient rxy = -0.271<0 and there is a negative relationship between variables X and Y. Keberartian test is then performed by using a correlation coefficient of the t-test, produce t tabel hitung (-2.11) <t (-1.67), then there are signifikan relationship between locus of control with self-esteem. Testing or determinant of the coefficient of determination obtained results of 7.36%. The conclusion of this study is that there is a negative correlation between Locus of Control with self-esteem in employees of PT Antam Tbk Geomin Unit, Jakarta
