    An algorithm to compute the strength of competing interactions in the Bering Sea based on pythagorean fuzzy hypergraphs

    [EN] The networks of various problems have competing constituents, and there is a concern to compute the strength of competition among these entities. Competition hypergraphs capture all groups of predators that are competing in a community through their hyperedges. This paper reintroduces competition hypergraphs in the context of Pythagorean fuzzy set theory, thereby producing Pythagorean fuzzy competition hypergraphs. The data of real-world ecological systems posses uncertainty, and the proposed hypergraphs can efficiently deal with such information to model wide range of competing interactions. We suggest several extensions of Pythagorean fuzzy competition hypergraphs, including Pythagorean fuzzy economic competition hypergraphs, Pythagorean fuzzy row as well as column hypergraphs, Pythagorean fuzzy k-competition hypergraphs, m-step Pythagorean fuzzy competition hypergraphs and Pythagorean fuzzy neighborhood hypergraphs. The proposed graphical structures are good tools to measure the strength of direct and indirect competing and non-competing interactions. Their aptness is illustrated through examples, and results support their intrinsic interest. We propose algorithms that help to compose some of the presented graphical structures. We consider predator-prey interactions among organisms of the Bering Sea as an application: Pythagorean fuzzy competition hypergraphs encapsulate the competing relationships among its inhabitants.     Zadeh's fuzzy set theory incorporates the impreciseness of data and evaluations, by imputting the degrees by which each object belongs to a set. Its success fostered theories that codify the subjectivity, uncertainty, imprecision, or roughness of the evaluations. Their rationale is to produce new flexible methodologies in order to model a variety of concrete decision problems more realistically. This Special Issue garners contributions addressing novel tools, techniques and methodologies for decision making (inclusive of both individual and group, single- or multi-criteria decision making) in the context of these theories.     AbstractIn many real world problems, data sometimes comes from n agents (n ≥ 2), i.e., “multipolar information” exists. This information cannot be well-represented by means of fuzzy graphs or bipolar fuzzy graphs. Therefore, m-polar fuzzy set theory is applied to graphs to describe the relationships among several individuals. In this paper, some operations are defined to formulate these graphs. Some properties of strong m-polar fuzzy graphs, self-complementary m-polar fuzzy graphs and self-complementary strong m-polar fuzzy graphs are discussed

    Decision Making Based on Valued Fuzzy Superhypergraphs

    This paper explores the defects in fuzzy (hyper) graphs (as complex (hyper) networks) and extends the fuzzy (hyper) graphs to fuzzy (quasi) superhypergraphs as a new concept.We have modeled the fuzzy superhypergraphs as complex superhypernetworks in order to make a relation between labeled objects in the form of details and generalities. Indeed, the structure of fuzzy (quasi) superhypergraphs collects groups of labeled objects and analyzes them in the form of the part to part of objects, the part of objects to the whole group of objects, and the whole to the whole group of objects at the same time. We have investigated the properties of fuzzy (quasi) superhypergraphs based on any positive real number as valued fuzzy (quasi) superhypergraphs, considering the complement of valued fuzzy (quasi) superhypergraphs, the notation of isomorphism of valued fuzzy (quasi) superhypergraphs based on the permutations, and we have presented the isomorphic conditions of (self complemented) valued fuzzy (quasi) superhypergraphs. The concept of impact membership value of fuzzy (quasi) superhypergraphs is introduced in this study and it is applied in designing the real problem in the real world. Finally, the problem of business superhypernetworks is presented as an application of fuzzy valued quasi superhypergraphs in the real world
