Abstract

<p>(A) Histological sections showing aggravated intestinal damage induced by acute rejection, but the change was better than that in the Allogeneic control group. (B) TUNEL staining depicting the number of apoptotic cells in the Tregs-Depleted group. (C) IL-10, TGF-β, IL-2, IL-6, IL-17, IL-23, TNF-α, and IFN-γ concentrations in recipient serum. Data are expressed as the mean ± SD (p≤0.05 compared with *nontransplanted controls or <sup>#</sup>allogeneic controls).</p
