АПТЕКИФАРМАЦЕВТЫСМОТРЫ-КОНКУРСЫАПТЕЧНЫЕ СЛУЖБЫ /ИСТПОВЫШЕНИЕ КВАЛИФИКАЦИИФАРМАЦЕВТИЧЕСКИЕ РАБОТНИКИИМИДЖ АПТЕКИМОГИЛЕВСКАЯ ОБЛАСТЬНа основании архивных документов, приказов аптечного управления полувековой давности изучено становление и развитие профессиональных смотров-конкурсов в Могилевской области. Показана их разноплановость, охват всех направлений профессиональной деятельности специалистов. Представлено изменение структуры кадров, их профессиональной подготовки на разных этапах развития предприятия. Отмечена положительная роль смотров-конкурсов профессионального мастерства в повышении квалификации специалистов, формировании корпоративной культуры организации, повышении имиджа ее работников и структурных подразделений.Based on archival documents and orders of the pharmacy management developed half a century ago, formation and development of professional review competitions in the Mogilev region was studied. Their versatility and coverage of all areas of professional activity of specialists is shown. Changes in the structure of the staff, their professional training at different stages of enterprise development are presented. Positive role of review competitions in professional skills for improving the skills of specialists, formation of the corporate culture of the organization, improving the image of its employees and structural divisions is noted
