One of the central debates in this literature revolves around thequestion of how to reconcile archetype national policy styles with considerabledifferences in modus operandi across policy sectors. A sector-specific featurethat is considered a key determinant of the manifestation of archetypenational policy styles in the European Union is the degree of Europeanisationof policy sectors. This paper picks up this suggestion by addressing thequestion of whether and how Europeanisation affects the degree to whichfeatures of an archetype national policy style are manifest within a sector. Weaddress this question by exploring sectoral policy styles in agricultural andfood-related public health policymaking across three EU Member States: TheNetherlands, the United Kingdom (England), and France. Our findings suggestthat the degree of Europeanisation of a policy sector does prove an importantcondition that helps to understand the relationship between national andsectoral policy styles. More specifically, Europeanisation has the strongesteffect when sectors face a higher adaptation pressure, i.e., when there is alarger misfit between sectoral regimes and EU-induced institutional demands. We suggest various promising avenues of future research on this relationship.Peer reviewe
The Implication for Organisation and Governance Through User-Drivern Standardisation of Semantic Interoperable Electronic Patient Record Systems
The increased demand for more effective sharing of healthcare information to support complex patient pathways crossing organisational boundaries calls for semantic interoperable process-oriented Electronic Patient Record (EPR) systems. It follows the need for common standards to ensure that information is understood and interpreted consistently across various contexts.
A considerable body of literature has demonstrated that standardisation within healthcare has proven difficult to achieve. Moreover, standardisation processes have traditionally had a top-down approach, for which little attention has been paid to users’ work practices.
The many failures of standardisation efforts have put focus into alternative standardisation strategies, in which one promising method is promoted through the emerging openEHR approach for standardising the content of the EPRs. A network of voluntary clinical users should have a prominent role in standardisation processes and running the process in a distributed and negotiated manner over the Internet.
In this paper, we seek to give empirical insight regarding the evolving process of developing and implementing a sematic interoperable EPR system based on the openEHR framework, and the implication for organisation and governance addressed by the evolving process. We analyse the case through an information infrastructure perspective, and claim that user-driven standardisation of semantic interoperable EPR systems has to be supported by a multi-level organisational infrastructure, in addition to governance organisations that make decisions and monitor results and performances at different healthcare levels. The organisational and governance infrastructure has to be established simultaneously, but preferably, in advance of new development projects.
Empirically, we have followed the interplay between the developing process of an EPR system based on the openEHR approach and a government-led establishment of an archetype repository

ANALYSES OF FOREIGN LANGUAGE TRANSLATIONS STUDY OF THE EPOPEE «THE WAY OF ABAY»
These observations made by D. Duisebayev can be related to mistranslations made when transmitting analogs f the colors used in the epopee. For historical and natural peculiarities, symbolical qualities and archetypical picture of the colors in Kazakh language need special consideration, there possibly could be mistranslations on them. To identify correct conveyance of such national peculiarities scientists suggest typological research of mentioned matters. These observations made by D. Camouflage: how the visual arts and sociology make sense of the military
The military is the core institution of state sanctioned violence in Western liberal
democracies. In the last decade or so the role of the military has changed and
militarism has become an increasingly conspicuous aspect of public life. The idea of
camouflage is used and developed to explore how collaboration between the visual
arts and sociology can be used to denaturalise the taken-for-granted assumptions and
beliefs about the military in Australian society. Camouflage is explained in its
military utility, its psychological concept (Gestalt theory) the art camouflage
movement and their developed techniques (eg Cubism, Dadaism), and in terms of
deconstruction or sociological critique as a tool for making social relations that are
culturally camouflaged visible
