    The major problem of this study is to elucidate the changing for a better life of Mark Zuckerberg reflected in David Fincher’s The Social Network. The objectives of the study are; to analyse the structural elements of the movie and to analyse the character of Mark Zuckerberg based on individual psychological perspective. In conducting this study, the researcher uses qualitative research in which the data are based on primary data source, the movie David Fincher’s The Social Network itself. The secondary data is other data which deal with the research. In analysing the data, she applies two analysis, firstly, structural approach which is used to analyze the elements of the movie. Secondly, the writer analyzes the narrative elements of the movie. The narative element consist of characters and characterization, setting, plot and point of view and theme. Thirdly, the writer discussed the technical elements of the movie. It overs mise-en-scene, cinematography, sound and editing. Then, the individual psychological approach is used for analysing the changing for better life and optimism of Mark Zuckerberg. The writer finds that Mark Zuckerberg is an ordinary student in Harvard University who has a brilliant thought to create a facebook. Mark is an obsessive people to get his dream. The Social Network movie is a story about Mark’s struggle for a better life and his personality that has a great self confident in life.     This research discusses the repair of trust made by Facebook regarding the Cambridge Analytica Scandal based on the trust-repair discourse model established by Fuoli and Paradis. The objective of this research is to find out how the trust violation repaired by Mark Zuckerberg as CEO of Facebook. This research used descriptive qualitative method. The source of data in this research was taken from the discourse uploaded by Mark Zuckerberg on March 22, 2018. The data was collected through reading intensively, identifying, and classifying based on communicative action models of Fuoli and Paradis. The data was analyzed by presenting, describing, interpreting and concluding the data to answer the research question of this research. Researchers found that Mark Zuckerberg as CEO of Facebook adopted strategies such as neutralizing the negative and emphasizing the positive to improve the company's trust from three aspects, namely ability, integrity, and benevolence. Zuckerberg adopts a lot emphasize the positive strategy to improve trust from the aspect of ability. He mainly adopts the strategy of emphasizing the positive to show that they are capable in eliminating risks. Meanwhile, in terms of integrity and benevolence, Zuckerberg uses a combination of emphasize the positive and neutralize the negative strategy. By emphasizing the positive, Zuckerberg intends to build an honest image for the company. With neutralizing the negative, he tries to lessen the negative impact of the accusation. Through the use of this strategy Zuckerberg rebuilt and renegotiated the company's trust

The critical problem is not what users post; it is that the Facebook changes the privacy settings too frequently and Facebook makes it too difficult for users to selectively post information. Self‐regulation has not worked because the FTC has been reluctant to pursue investigations. So, EPIC recommends changes to ECPA in Title 18 that would give users greater control of their information and reduce risk when they go online

Para isso, analisou-se o texto “Construindo uma Comunidade Global”, do cocriador do Facebook, Mark Zuckerberg. Por meio da análise crítica do discurso, observou-se como se manifestam discursivamente as ideologias neoliberalistas cuja finalidade é manipular e controlar os indivíduos para que estes permaneçam conectados nas comunidades digitais.Este trabajo tiene como objetivo observar cómo se desarrollan los procesos de tecnologización del discurso en la sociedad contemporánea, a partir del uso de las redes sociales digitales. En este contexto, se analizó el texto “Construyendo una comunidad global”, del cocreador de Facebook, Mark Zuckerberg. A partir del análisis crítico del discurso, se observó cómo se manifiestan discursivamente las ideologías neoliberalistas cuyo propósito es manipular y controlar a los individuos para que permanezcan conectados en comunidades digitales.This study aims to observe how the processes of technologization of discourse occurs in contemporary society based on the use of online social networks. To this end, the letter “Building a Global Community,” written by Mark Zuckerberg, Facebook’s co-founder, was analyzed in the light of critical discourse analysis (CDA).
