Perilaku Organisasi dalam Penanggulangan Bencana Daerah di Kabupaten Buton Selatan

This research describes organizational behavior in disaster management in South Buton Regency. The study employs a qualitative method with data collection techniques using triangulation (interview, observation, and documentation). Data substance reduction is then presented for analysis. The analysis in this research utilizes Robins & Judge’s organizational behavior model with three levels of analysis. The findings of research include, among others, at the individual level, the South Buton Regency’s Disaster Management Agency (BPBD) exhibits diverse attitude, perception sensitive to disaster mitigation, and motivation requiring effective management. To achieve optimal performance in disaster management, there is a need for management strategies that understand the uniqueness of each individual, create a supportive organizational culture, and motivate employees with clear guidance. At the group level, effective leadership, structured communication, and proper conflict resolution are essential for achieving goals and optimal performance in BPBD South Buton Regency. At the organizational level, organizational structure, organizational culture, and human resource management in BPBD South Buton Regency have been formed and operated effectively. This structure aims to establish formal task distribution, create unity, and enable effective coordination and collaboration in achieving organizational goals

ANALISIS NILAI DALAM CERITA RAKYAT SUKU TOLAKI PASA’ENO

This research aims to analyze the values ​​in the folklore of the Tolaki tribe "Pasa’eno". The method in this research is to use library research with a qualitative approach. Based on the results of the value analysis in the folklore of the Tolaki Pasa’eno Tribe, several values ​​were found contained in the folklore. Analysis of the values ​​found are religious values, moral values ​​and cultural values. The religious values ​​contained in the text are religious values ​​between fellow humans and their beliefs. Moral values ​​are divided into two, namely moral values ​​related to oneself, namely; hard work, honesty, courage and the value of patience. Moral values ​​related to fellow humans are mutual respect between fellow humans and good prejudice between fellow humans. The cultural value contained is the value of love. Key Words : folklore, value, PasaenoPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis nilai dalam cerita rakyat suku Tolaki “Pasa’eno”. Metode pada penelitian ini adalah menggunakan penelitian pustaka dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Berdasarkan hasil analisis nilai dalam cerita rakyat Suku Tolaki “Pasa’eno” ditemukan beberapa nilai yang terkandung didalamnya. Analisis nilai yang ditemukan yaitu nilai religius, nilai moral dan nilai budaya. Nilai religius yang terdapat di dalam teks tersebut yaitu nilai religius antara sesama manusia dengan kepercayaannya.Nilai moral terbagi menjadi dua antara lain; nilai moral yang berhubungan dengan diri sendiri, yaitu; bekerja keras, kejujuran, keberanian dan nilai kesabaran. Nilai moral yang berhubungan dengan sesama manusia yaitu saling menghormati antar sesama manusia dan berprasangka baik antar sesama manusia. Nilai budaya yang terdapat di dalam naskah teks yaitu Nilai kasih sayang.  Kata Kunci : folklore, nilai, Pasa’en

Representasi Perempuan dalam Pariwisata di Pantai Toronipa Desa Toronipa Kecamatan Soropia Kabupaten Konawe Sulawesi Tenggara

Gender inequality can often hinder the development of tourism, especially in Toronipa Beach, Konawe Regency, Southeast Sulawesi Province. The objective of research is to be an alternative to reduce gender inequality in tourism development that has not been intended to women. The theory used in this research is tourism theory with ethnographic method proposed by Spradley (2006) that the analysis of women's representation must be in accordance with field data. The results shows that women's participation in tourism activities at Toronipa Beach has several impacts: positive impacts including land utilization, increasing income, and making business run more easily, and negative impacts including less time for children, and competition between traders, and social conflict. The representation of women in tourism activities is expected to increase the vocabularies of tourism science

Perampasan Tanah dan Perlawanan Petani: Dampak Perkebunan Sawit terhadap Kehidupan Masyarakat di Pasaman Barat Tahun 1980-2022

This research examines "Land Grabbing and Farmer Resistance: The Impact of Oil Palm Plantations on People’s Life in West Pasaman during 1980-2022". Forests belonging to indigenous peoples encountered land grabbing and conversion into oil palm plantations. Land grabbing is a common phenomenon in West Pasaman.  The purpose of this research are  to find out the pattern of land ownership in West Pasaman from 1980-2022, strategy of land grabbing, the resistance of oil palm farmers, Fourthly, and the impact of the widespread land grabbing activities on oil palm plantations in West Pasaman. This research used a multidimensional approach. For this reason, social science theories such as economics, anthropology and sociology were used to explain the subject matter. This method strategy is important to be able to analyze the research topic more comprehensively. The method used was historical method including heuristics, criticism, interpretation, and historiography.  The result of research shows that the expansion of oil palm plantations is putatively more than 70% of land in West Pasaman controlled by large companies, while the rest of 30% is for the people in West Pasaman. Large plantations did land acquisition successfully in various ways such as buying land, cooperation with traditional leaders, and land grabbing. The land grabbing results in various effects: people losing their land, displaced communities, poverty, no place to stand and farmer resistance. In conclusion, the expansion of oil palm plantations has generated various conflicts within community. The main sources of conflict are land grabbing and socio-economic inequality in the community. This then led to the farmer’s resistance against the rulers and entrepreneurs of oil palm plantations

Perkembangan Pranata Pertanahan dalam Pengembangan Kota Baru Padang

After the earthquake that hit Padang City in 2009, the city development has been changed its direction. The city development which previously centered on the coast has turn to the east of the city, which was an agriculture area. Development of Eastern Area carry out a fairly large function as the central government area and residential development area. The emergence of The New City of Padang development policy is expected to become a policy in city management as a mandate from National Medium-Term Development Plan (RPJMN). The problem in developing this function is the lands in this area are customary lands/land controlled by the tribes in the eastern region of Padang. Therefore, it is necessary to know how the development of land regulation in Padang City in the management of the city. According to Tjuk Kuswartojo’s Human Habitat Development, land regulations in Padang City can be described in responding to the challenges of developing new cities in this region. The land institutions in Padang City is heavily influenced by customary system, therefore collaboration between the local government and customary authorities in Padang City is needed to create a new city

SEMIOTIKA VISUAL PADA IKLAN PRODUK MS GLOW

Penelitian ini berjudul Semiotika Visual pada Iklan Produk MS Glow. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguraikan semiotika visual yang terdapat dalam iklan produk MS Glow. Penelitian ini memfokuskan pada analisis semiotika iklan. Data dalam penelitian ini berupa kalimat dan objek visual yang terdapat dalam iklan Produk MS Glow. Sumber penelitian ini adalah iklan MS Glow pada Youtube. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah teknik simak, baca dan catat. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Sedangkan teknik analisis menggunakan teknik analisis semiotika Roland Barthes. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Moiztirizer Juice memiliki unsur-unsur visual yang menjadi penanda akan produk yang ditawarkan yaitu dari penempatan, atribut, warna, adegan, penggunaan bahasa, dan aktor yang digunakan. Dilihat dari analisis semiotika, kalimat "MS Glow Moisturizer Juice More Glowing More Beauty" yang menjadi slogan dalam iklan ini, diartikan sebagai ungkapan keinginan untuk meningkatkan kecerahan atau kecantikan kulit, dan membuat seseorang yang menggunakan produk tersebut terlihat lebih cantik atau tampan. Produk MS Glow Moisturizer Juice dianggap dapat meningkatkan kecerahan atau kecantikan kulit karena mengandung extrak jus buah

Ben Mazué est l’un des chanteurs français et crée de nombreuses chansons avec des paroles poétiques et significatives. La femme idéale est l’un des albums qu’il a créés comme une forme de célébration d’anniversaire avec sa partenaire. L’album, composé de douze chansons, contient presque toutes des récits féministes. Cette étude vise à décrire les récits féministes en romance sur l’album la femme idéale de Ben Mazué. Cette étude a utilisé une méthode d’analyse descriptive qualitative. Les résultats décrivent le récit féministe selon lequel les femmes ne sont pas des objets masculins dans l’album la femme idéale sur le respect des femmes, la méfiance envers les normes de beauté et l’affirmation que les femmes ont du pouvoir comme les hommes

PASAR SENTRAL LAINO BAGI MASYARAKAT MUNA DI KOTA RAHA

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripasikan Pasar Sentral Laino bagi masyarakat Muna di kota raha, dalam penataan pedagang yang berjualan di Pasar Laino terdapat negosiasi yang tidak diketahui oleh pemerintah daerah serta upaya pemerintah dalam meningkatkan mutu Pasar Laino. Metode penelitian yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif. Data primer diperoleh melalui pengamatan terlibat dan wawancara mendalam kepada pihak yang telah ditentukan menggunakan teknik purposive sumpling serta observasi langsung di lapangan. Data sekunder diperoleh dari pengumpulan dan melalui dokumen dari literatur yang berhubungan dengan topik penelitian. Data yang dikumpulkan kemudian dianalisis. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu: UPTD Pasar mempunyai peran penting dalam membangun suatu pasar agar menjadi lebih baik. Namun, jika pihak dari UPTD pasar tidak menjalankan perannya dengan baik maka situasi yang terjadi dipasar akan buruk. Perencanaan kedepannya untuk Pasar Laino sadah ada, namun agar bisa terealisa harus disesuaikan dengan dana yang nantinya akan digunakan. Selain itu, harus ada partisipasi dari pedagang itu sendiri dan masyarakat sekitar Pasar Laino, agar pembangunan pasar lebih terarah kedepannya

CV APRIL SETIAWAN: INDUSTRI PENGOLAHAN ROTAN DI DESA POLA KECAMATAN PASIR PUTIH KABUPATEN MUNA TAHUN 1990-2021

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) menjelaskan awal mula didirikannya CV April Setiawan: indusri pengolahan  rotan di Desa Pola Kecamatan Pasir Putih Kabupaten Muna tahun 1990. (2) Untuk menjelaskan pasang surut  CV April Setiawan tahun 1990-2021. (3) Untuk menjelaskan kehidupan ekonomi masyarakat Desa Pola Kecamatan Pasir Putih Kabupaten Muna dengan adanya CV April Setiawan tahun 1990-2021. Penelitian ini menggunakan  metode sejarah yang terdiri dari lima tahapan,  yaitu: (a) Pemilihan Topik, (b) Heuristik Sumber, (c) Kritik Sumber, (d) Interpretasi Sumber, (e) Historiografi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa:  (1) CV April Setiawan: industri pengolahan  rotan di Desa Pola Kecamatan Pasir Putih Kabupaten Muna didirikan pada tahun 1990 oleh La Ode Falihi bersama istrinya Wa Rundu. Pendirian usaha didorong dengan adanya dukungan dari keluarga, tersedianya modal, dan ketersediaan sumber daya alam yakni rotan di Desa Pola. (2) pasang surut  CV April Setiawan terjadi pada tahun 2008-2014. Hal ini terjadi karena mulai banyak rotan yang masuk dari industri lain sehingga pemasaran hasil industry mulai terganggu. (3) kehidupan ekonomi masyarakat Desa Pola dengan adanya CV April Setiawan semakin membaik dengan tercukupinya kebutuhan pokok tiap keluarga
