The paper deals with the phenomenon of the new economy. It introduces the definition of the new economy and its evolution. The main intention is concetrated to the explanation of importance, influence and its positive contribution of working ICT in economies. The paper presents paradigm of the new economy. It describes penetration of the new economy in economies on examples of several states, which can be considered as the models of the new economy. The paper also puts the new economy in context of economics process since the beginning of ninetieth to presents, which leads to estimation of the next evaluation of this phenomenon

We can see that reforms of Public Administration are stronger and stronger associated with egovernment. Egovernment means reformation in relation to application of ICT. Electronic services as a part of egovernement can facilitate the communication in the sphere of Public Administration. The towns in the Czech Republic compete for tourists both from Czech Republic and from abroad. ICT make it easy for them. The towns have to combine the offer of high quality services, sights and other attractions with promotion and electronic services

Suggestion of a Partial Fragment of IS for a Company Plynoterm, spol. s.r.o.

Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na zlepšení informačního systému ve firmě Plynoterm, spol. s r.o. Je provedena analýza současného stavu informačního systému metodou HOS 8. Na základě zjištěných skutečností, které se porovnají s požadavky firmy, je navrženo několik řešení. Jednotlivá řešení se porovnají mezi sebou podle zvolených kritérií a vybere se optimální varianta. U zvoleného návrhu pak zhodnotíme jeho přínosy pro firmu.The bachelor thesis focuses on improvement of information system for a company Plynoterm, spol. s r.o. It analyze the actual value of information system using method HOS 8. Based on the findings, which are compared with the requirements of the company, it suggested a few solutions. Individual solutions are compared with each other according to selected criteria and selects the best option. Evaluate its benefits for the company for the selected option.

První část této práce je věnována systematickému zpracování teoretických východisek potřebných k objasnění důležitých pojmů z oblasti informačních systémů. Praktická část práce je zaměřena na analýzu podniku jako celku a hlavně pak na analýzu IS firmy. Na základě provedené analýzy a identifikace problémů současného stavu informačního systému jsou pak v poslední části práce navrženy možnosti, jak dosáhnout zlepšení současného stavu podnikového informačního systému a informačních technologií ve zvolené firmě.Diploma thesis is focused on the assessment of the information system and the proposal for ICT modification of specific company. The first part of thesis concerns with systematic formulation of the theoretical background which is necessary for the explanation of important concepts from the field of information systems. The practical part deals with the analysis of the company as a whole and especially with the analysis of IS. In the last part of thesis are proposed options how to achieve an improvement of the current state of business information system and information technology in the selected company based on the analysis and identification of problems of the current state of the information system.

Diplomová práce se zabývá posouzením informačních systémů použitých ve společnosti zabývající se poskytováním hlasových služeb a následným návrhem změn. Teoretická část se věnuje úvodu do problematiky informačních systémů a popisuje metody pro posouzení jejich efektivnosti. Tyto poznatky jsou poté aplikovány v analytické části. Na základě provedených analýz jsou dále identifikovány nedostatky a zpracovány návrhy ke zlepšení současného stavu s následným časovým a ekonomickým zhodnocením.This diploma thesis deals with the evaluation of the information systems used within a company providing voice services and subsequent proposals of modifications. The theoretical part covers the essential background of information systems and describes methods for their evaluation. This knowledge is applied in the analytical part afterwards. The deficiencies are identified on the basis of the analysis and proposals to improve the current state are formulated with subsequent time and economical evaluation.

Dále analyzuje společnost a na základě výsledků navrhuje příručku bezpečnosti pro zavedení systému řízení informační bezpečnosti v podniku.This thesis uses system approach methodology to information security. It performs analysis of the company, and based on the result, creates security manual for ISMS implementation.
