    This study aims to determine the direct effect of placement and compensation to job satisfaction , as well as the direct influence of placement , compensation and job satisfaction on employee performance , then to determine the effect of placement and indirect compensation to employee performance through job satisfaction , as well as to know the total effect of placement and compensation on employee performance . The number of respondents who used amounted to 64 people . Collecting data using the method of observation , questionnaires and interviews . The data analysis technique used is the technique of path analysis ( path analysis ) . The results found that , there is a positive and significant influence directly between placement , compensation and job satisfaction directly influence the placement , compensation and job satisfaction on kinerjakaryawan . Furthermore, it was found that indirectly influence the placement and compensation to employee performance through job satisfaction , as well as in total there pengarauh between placement and compensation to employee performance through employee satisfaction

    This stud aims to determine how to analyse the employee placement system in the regional civil service egency Enrekang district. This type of research uses descriptive qualitative the number of informants in this study was 5 people. Date collection techniques are date reduction, interviews and documentation.     This study aims to describe Job Placement, Leadership Style, Work Rotation, and Employee Performance; analyze the effect of Job Placement, Leadership Style, and Work Rotation on Employee Performance, and analyze the dominant influences between Job Placement, Leadership Style, and Work Rotation on Employee Performance in the facility of PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) located in Malang. The analysis technique uses multiple regression analysis. The result of study show that, job placement, leadership style, and work rotation affect the performance of employees, which means that the better the work placement policy, supported by a good leadership style and the right rotation of work can improve employee performance. The leadership style has a dominant influence on the performance of employees, which means that leadership style is a major consideration in improving employee performance

    The reliability of the employees of the Serang District Hospital in terms of the results of the employee's performance. Performance results that prioritize the quality and quantity of their work can increase performance. Employee performance can be increased by placing employees in accordance with the knowledge possessed by employees. Discipline of employees who are able to carry out their duties with agreed procedures is able to elevate employee performance. Compensation given and in accordance with the results of employee performance can elevate employee performance. The research aims to see whether employee performance can be influenced by good placement, increasing discipline, and providing compensation according to work results. The novelty of this study is that placement and compensation are not able to influence employee performance at Serang District Hospital. Research limits itself to employees' assumptions about placement, discipline and placement that have an impact on employee work. The research was conducted on 30 employees of the Serang District Hospital, data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires which were then analyzed using the Smart PLS method. The results of this study indicate that; 1) Placement has no effect on employee performance, 2) Discipline has an effect on employee performance 3) Compensation has no effect on employee performance

    Inappropriate work placement, lack of discipline and employee morale are factors that can affect employee performance. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of placement and work discipline on employee performance through work morale as an intervening variable. The object of this research is non-civil servant employee at RSUD dr. Drajat Prawiranegara with the number of samples taken as many as 98 employees. Analysis of research data using the SEM-PLS method which includes testing the outer model, inner model and hypothesis testing. Based on the results of data analysis, it is known that placement has a significant positive effect on employee morale and performance, while work discipline has no effect on employee morale or performance.
