Product placement: A smart marketing tool shifting a company to the next competitive level

The primary aim of this paper was to discover connection between company’s competitiveness and product placement as a marketing tool. The secondary aim was searching for the genesis of product placement. The mentioned issues are explained from the perspectives of three groups: TV studios experts, directors and producers, and other experts (media agencies and advertisers). The Czech Republic market where product placement can be registered is very small – only few television companies. The survey was conducted during years 2011 and 2012 in the Czech Republic. There is no directly measurable tool to tell us exact outputs. However, the results reveal: Marketers are sure that product placement is efficient. The product placement belongs to a longterm marketing field where the brand building is also included. On the basis of the ascertainments acquired by the survey, the basic links between product placement, long-term marketing, and competitiveness are explained in this paper.IGA (Internal Grant Agency - Faculty of Economics and Management) [IGA/53/FaME/11A

Evaluation of a current structural and technical condition of a residential building

Hlavním cílem bakalářské práce je provést předběžný stavebně technický průzkum bytového domu, který je postaven na Gorkého ulici v Brně. Tento objekt se nachází v těsném sousedství areálu Filozofické fakulty, kde bude probíhat rekonstrukce a dostavba. Z tohoto důvodu byl průzkum realizován. Práce obsahuje dokumentaci stávajících poruch dotčeného objektu a jejich zhodnocení.The main goal of my bachelor work is to make a common structural engineering research of a residental building that is built on Gorkého street in Brno. This object (building) is located in the vicinity of the premises of The Faculty of Arts, where will be the reconstruction and also the final extension. For this reason the survey was conducted. My bachelor work includes a documentation of existing disorders of the objeck and it is evaluation.

Comparing the Accuracy of Methods for Determining the Price of an Unfinished Construction of a Kindergarten

Diplomová práce se zabývá porovnáním přesnosti metod využitých pro ocenění rozestavěné stavby mateřské školy. V teoretické části jsou definovány základní pojmy používané v diplomové práci a související s daným tématem. Uvedeny a popsány jsou jednotlivé metody používané k oceňování rozestavěných staveb. V praktické části jsou vybrané metody aplikovány na konkrétní příklad rozestavěné stavby mateřské školy Kamechy ve dvou fázích rozestavěnosti vlastního objektu mateřské školy. Aby bylo možné zjistit, zda se v tomto konkrétním případě projeví rozdíly cen při použití různých oceňovacích metod stejným způsobem také v čase, je provedeno ocenění a vyhodnocení pro dvě cenové úrovně (CÚ) – CÚ roku 2014 a CÚ roku 2018. Na základě porovnání, analýzy a vyhodnocení dílčích i celkových výsledků ocenění je zhodnocena přesnost (jednotlivých) použitých metod pro stanovení ceny rozestavěné stavby mateřské školy Kamechy.The thesis deals with the comparison of the accuracy of methods used for valuation of the construction of the kindergarten. The theoretical part defines basic terms used in thesis and those related to the topic. Individual methods used for appraisal under construction are presented and described. In practical part, selected methods are applied to a concrete example of partially costructed Kamechy kindergarten in two phases of building process. In order to determine whether price differences among different valuation methods change over time, an appraisal is performed for two different price levels - for years 2014 and 2018. Based on comparison, analysis and evaluation of partial and overall results of the evaluation, accuracy of all appraisal methods used for valuation of partially constructed kindergarten are calculated and determined.

Czech and Russian Proverbs in Comparison

ANNOTATION: The work is focused on the comparison of the Czech and Russian proverbs. The main objective is to find similarities and differences that result from the culture of both language communities. The theoretical part interprets proverbs as a part of the folk literature. There is explained its content and formal aspects, set up to the cultural and social context of the nation. The practical part compares selected Czech and Russian proverbs, where the main aim is to find their common and different motives. Analysis of the effects of material price changes on construction projects

Diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou dopadů změny cen materiálů na stavební projekty a odběratelsko-dodavatelské vztahy. Teoretická část definuje pojmy stavební podnik, stavební zakázky, tvorbu cenových nabídek, rozpočtů a kalkulace, náklady na materiál, popisuje dodavatelsko-odběratelské vztahy. Praktická část analyzuje dopady vývoje cen materiálů na stavební projekty. Pro zodpovězení konkrétních výzkumných otázek byly zpracovány kvalitativní a kvantitativní analýzy, pro které byla využita vlastní data, získaná pomocí dotazníkového šetření, který byl následně upřesněn rozhovory se zástupci stavebních podniků. Dále byla v analýze využita veřejně dostupná data z ČSÚ a ÚRS. Praktická část pojednává o tom, jaký vliv měly změny cen materiálů na stavební projekty, analyzuje jejich rozsah a dopady.The diploma thesis deals with the analysis of the impact of material price changes on construction projects and customer-supplier relations. The theoretical part defines the terms construction company, construction contracts, creation of price offers, budgets and calculations, material costs, describes supplier-customer relations. The practical part analyzes the impact of material price developments on construction projects. In order to answer specific research questions, qualitative and quantitative analyzes were prepared, for which we used our own data, obtained by means of a questionnaire survey, which was subsequently refined through interviews with representatives of construction companies. Furthermore, publicly available data from the ČSÚ and ÚRS were used in the analysis. The practical part discusses the effect of material price changes on construction projects, analyzes their scope and impacts.

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá návrhem dřevostavby - srubu rodinného domu v k. ú. Salaš u Velehradu, okres Uherské Hradiště. Dům je samostatně stojící ve stávající zástavbě. Je navržen pro pětičlennou rodinu. Objekt je dvoupodlažní nepodsklepený se samostatným garážovým stáním vedle objektu (garážové stání není předmětem bakalářské práce). Střecha je sedlová. Je navržena jako novodobá hambálková soustava, opláštěná sádrovláknitými deskami Rigips a zateplená tepelnou izolací Isover.This bachelor’s thesis deals with design of a timber frame house – log house situated in the cadastral area Salaš u Velehradu, region Uherské Hradiště. It is a detached house standing in existing resident area. It is designed for a family of five. The house has two storeys and separate garage next to house (garage isn’t the subject of this bachelor’s thesis). There is a gabled roof. It is designed as a modern collar systems with Rigips boards and heat insulation Isover.

Method for the solution of conduction heat transfer in Phase change material with nanoparticles

Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou vedení tepla v materiálech s fázovou přeměnou (PCM) a v PCM s obsahem nanočástic. Podrobněji uvádí odvození jak stacionárních, tak i nestacionárních rovnic vedení tepla pro 1D, 2D i 3D případy. Pro řešení těchto rovnic je použita metoda konečných objemů, jejíž princip je zde také důkladně popsán. Cílem práce je vývoj modelu pro 2D řešení teplotního pole při vedení tepla v PCM a posouzení vlivu implementace nanočástic do tohoto materiálu na dané teplotní pole. K vývoji modelu, výpočtům a vykreslení grafů byl použit software MATLAB.This master thesis deals with problematic of the heat convection in phase change materials (PCM) and PCM with nanoparticles. The derivation of stationary and non-stationary equations for 1D, 2D and 3D heat convection are described in detail. The finite element volume method is used for solution to these equations, of which principle is described carefully. The aim of this thesis is model development for 2D solution to temperature distribution at heat convection in PCM and influence assessment of nanoparticle implementation into material on given temperature distribution. Software MATLAB was used for model development, solution and plotting graphs.

Cílem této diplomové práce je návrh mateřské školy v Kroměříži, o dvou nadzemních a jednom podzemním podlaží. Záměrem je vytvořit funkční dispoziční řešení zohledňující každodenní provoz. Mateřská škola je navržena primárně pro dvě třídy po 24 dětech, celkem tedy 48 dětí. V případě, nedostatečné kapacity, lze využít víceúčelový sál ve 2.NP jako další plnohodnotně vybavenou třídu pro 24 dětí. Objekt by měl svým vzhledem zapadat do stávající zástavby.The aim of this thesis is to design a kindergarten in Kromeříž, two floors above ground and one underground floor. The intention is to create a functional layout reflecting the daily operations. Kindergarten is designed primarily for two classes of 24 children, a total of 48 children. In case of insufficient capacity, you can use a multipurpose hall in 2.NP as more fully equipped classrooms for 24 children. The building should their appearance to fit in with the existing buildings.
