The development of a new approach to the energy management system formation and the estimation of its efficiency on the basis of the Consumer Quality theory

© 2016 Portland International Conference on Management of Engineering and Technology, Inc.The energy management system, that is used in enterprises of different countries of the world, is directed to solve such tasks as to increase the energy efficiency of output and production processes, to economize energy resources in general economic activities of an enterprise. As it was stated in the process of studying of a wide range of international publications, the majority of these tasks relate to the level of operative tasks of an enterprise. However, the solution of strategic tasks in the energy management system is often limited by the development of perspective energy saving plans, which in their turn are partly or even not connected with the plans of strategic development of an enterprise. In the current research we offer the mechanism of formation of connection between the activity planning in energy management system and the strategic development of an enterprise. Such methods as Voice of Customer and House of Quality are offered to realize this mechanism. It should be noted that the given mechanism can be used most efficiently in the enterprises which seek the mutual increase of energy efficiency of the production and the energy efficiency of the final output. The mechanism that is suggested in the given research will promote the integration of aims and goals of the energy management system into the system of strategic management of an enterprise activity. The novelty of this approach lies, firstly, in the identification of a possibility to apply the instruments of the theory of productive quality (Voice of Customer and House of Quality) to solve a range of tasks that are not typical for these instruments, secondly, in the application of strategy-oriented approach to solve the tasks concerning the management of energy resources of an enterprise

Mastering English as a second language via the parallels with the native language (using project work)

The article deals with the strategies of studying foreign languages with the help of the project method. We propose that the study of phraseological units (e.g. those with the "black/white" color component) in the English language could be well accomplished with the help of native languages (e.g. Russian and Tatar) in a bilingual environment. The research is conducted among the 11th graders of a Tatarstan high school in which Russian and Tatar are the two native languages. One of the results of the research is that the students' activity in searching, collecting, and analyzing the language material should be fully independent from the tutor's guidance. The tutor's role is merely organizational. The revealed parallels in the connotations of the phraseological units taken from English, Russian and Tatar make for the better acquisition of the foreign language (English) as well as for the deeper understanding of the native languages (Russian and Tatar). Another result is that white and black colors have more or less analogical impact on the representatives of English and Russian/Tatar cultures

Line form of Mossbauer spectra as an evidence of electron exchange in system CuO-Fe2O3

Investigations of line form and hyperfine structure parameters of Fe 57 nuclei in copper ferrites were carried out by Mossbauer spectroscopy. It is shown that increasing of synthesis temperature leads to redistribution of copper and iron ions among lattice sites. This results in changing of local magnetic fields at iron nuclei and varying of relative intensities of spectrum components. However, detailed study of Mossbauer spectrum line forms for all samples did not allow to detect the influence of nearest cations environment of iron ions in octohedral sites on local field value, which is the case in other spinel structure ferrites. One of possible reasons is strong electron exchange between Cu and Fe ions in octahedral sublattice

Bases cognitivas da fono-gramática em russo e árabe

This article discusses the relationship of the inflected changes with the thought processes in two inflected languages belonging to different languages families i.e. Russian (the Slavonic subgroup of the IndoEuropean language family) and Arabic (the Semitic subgroup of the Afro-asiatic language family) by analyzing semantic, phonetic, morphological, and syntactic bases of phono-grammar of cognition – the knowledge of the full progressive inflectional categorization of linguistic levels represented by sound changes. The article is aimed at disclosing a direct relationship of the quantitative sound change of consonant composition with thought processes by which the human brain recognizes language categorization, identification of the mechanism of phonemic structure, which is quantitatively modified to mark the word morphologically and syntactically. Disclosed are the rules of the relationship of phonetic changes with thought processes. It’s stated that cognitive bases of phono-grammar in the Arabic and Russian languages reflect the perceivable association of the sound with meaning.Este artículo discute la relación de los cambios inflexos con los procesos de pensamiento en dos idiomas inflexibles pertenecientes a familias de diferentes idiomas, es decir, ruso (el subgrupo eslavo de la familia de lengua indoeuropea) y árabe (el subgrupo semítico de la familia de lengua afroasiática) mediante el análisis de las bases semánticas, fonéticas, morfológicas y sintácticas de la fono gramática de la cognición: el conocimiento de la categorización flexiva progresiva completa de los niveles lingüísticos representados por los cambios de sonido. El artículo tiene como objetivo revelar una relación directa del cambio de sonido cuantitativo de la composición consonántica con los procesos de pensamiento mediante el cual el cerebro humano reconoce la categorización del lenguaje, identificación del mecanismo de la estructura fonémica, que se modifica cuantitativamente para marcar la palabra morfológica y sintácticamente. Se revelan las reglas de la relación de los cambios fonéticos con los procesos de pensamiento. Problems and prospects of human capital development in modern Russia

Purpose: In the context of dynamically changing modern labor market there is a need to develop a model of congruence and correlation of the process of building professional competencies provided by educational standards. Design/Methodology/Approach: The study was performed using monographic, abstract logical, sociological and statistical methods. However, this approach does not imply the formation of supra-professional competencies, which generally predetermine the success of professional tasks performed by a specialist. Findings: The article discusses the role of human capital as a fundamental factor affecting the increase in the competitiveness of production. Practical implications: The study focusses on the most demanded competencies for the development of digital society. The authors have grouped countries by level of human capital use.
