    The development of Science and technology requires everyone to be able to use it well for advancement in the era of globalization. Covid-19 Pandemic conditions make students and teachers carry out teaching and learning activities from home. Independence in learning and the perception of learning resources that the teacher is not the only source of knowledge becomes very important in order to improve student achievement. Thus, difficulties in conducting learning activities that are integrate with technology that can be controll. However, on the other hand it remains related to the challenges in increasing student motivation, concentration and independence on learning tasks; In addition, it is also important to provide a way to manage students' perceptions of technology to be effective and efficient in their knowledge. Therefore, research related to the perception of learning resources and independence becomes an important and difficult problem in improving student achievement so that it can compensate for technological development. This research can discuss the source of learning and independence in learning and its effect on student achievement. With the existence of independent attitudes and perceptions of learning resources within students, learning objectives will succeed in achieving what is expected. This research was conduct at Class XI Private Vocational High School Students in the East Jakarta Region. The population used in this study were all students of class XI with total 450 students. Sampling used by purposive sampling technique. The number of samples obtained was 80 respondents. Based on the results of the analysis, there is significance obtained by students from learning resources and learning independence on the learning achievements of social studies students

    One of the strategies to increase the availability of beef cattle feed in small holder livestock farms is to build feed industry of raw material agricultural waste-based. Development of small scale feed mills at the farmers group level is a necessity in supporting their farm. The important thing to consider in feed production not only on the quality aspect, but also the economical aspects need to be considered, which can be affordable by the farmers. The farmer group of Padang Tawang is one of a farmers group that having small-scale feed mill that processing the raw material feed into the feed concentrates and complete feed. Based on identification of the availability of feed raw materials in the region of farmer groups generally available raw material feed is a source of fiber with a crude protein content below 20 % (14 of feed ingredients), and it was only two feed ingredients that are categorized as a protein source with crude protein content above 20 % was coconut meal and shrimp head

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya pengaruh model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe talking stick disertai metode eksperimen terhadap hasil belajar fisika pada peserta didik kelas XI SMA Negeri 5 Palu. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan eksperimen kuasi dengan desain posttest-only control group design. Teknik sampling yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah proposive sampling dengan sampel penelitian adalah kelas XI MIPA 4 sebagai kelompok eksperimen (n=29) dan kelas XI MIPA 3 sebagai kelompok kontrol (n=30). Pada kelas eksperimen diberi perlakuan dengan menggunakkan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Talking Stick dan kelas kontrol menggunakan model pembelajaran Direct Instruction, dimana kedua kelas menggunakan metode eksperimen. Setelah pembelajaran selesai, kedua kelas diberikan tes akhir untuk menguji hasilnya. Berdasarkan hasil dari kedua kelas, dari analisa data diperoleh bahwa skor rata-rata kelompok eksperimen 14,81 dan skor rata-rata kelompok kontrol yaitu 9,03. Berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis, diperoleh  dan  pada taraf nyata . Hal ini menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe taling stick disertai metode eksperimen terhadap hasil belajar fisika pada peserta didik kelas XI SMA Negeri 5 Palu

    This study aimed to analyze the influence of family environment and learning in college education toward  financial literacy of Labora School of Manajemen students in Jakarta. This study uses a quantitative approach to comparative causal type. Based on the calculation of sampling using a purposive sampling method with Slovin formula obtained a minimum of 62 respondents so that the respondents get the final data. The method used is a survey method using a questionnaire given to students and answered by students and processed with a Likert scale. Data analysis techniques used are multiple linear regression. Based on the results of the analysis that has been done, the results show that the family environment, college learning has a positive and significant effect on financial literacy with a linear regression equation in this study formulated with Y = 2.054 + 0.419 X1 + 0.470 X2. The results of the study are partially family environment and learning in college education influence financial literacy and simultaneously family environment and learning in college education influence financial literacy

    Psychological Well-Being of Mothers who are Members of the Movement Empowerment and Family Welfare: A Preliminary Study

    This study discusses the preliminary study on the psychological well-being (PWB) of mothers who are members of the movement empowerment and family welfare. This study aimed (1) to obtain a profile of mothers PWB, (2) to describe each dimension of PWB consists of autonomy, positive relations with others, environmental mastery, personal growth, purpose in life and self-acceptance in the mother, (3) to obtain a profile PWB based on level of education and marital status. Respondents of this study were 228 mothers aged between 32 years to 63 years. This research method is survey research design. The results showed that (1) profile of mothers PWB in 3 villages (kelurahan) in Bekasi, was 29.8% in the high category, 67.9% moderate and 2.3% in the low category. (2) a description of the each dimensions of PWB shows the dimensions of autonomy 59% in the low category, the dimensions of positive relations with others 76% in the low category, the dimension of mastery of the environment 50% in the medium category, dimensions of personal growth 65% in the moderate category, dimensions purpose of life 51% in the middle category, and dimension of self-acceptance 76% in the middle category. (3) profile PWB based on level of education were 97% senior high in the low category and undergraduate education were 43% in the high category. Meanwhile, PWB based on marital status showed that married status showed 29% in the high category and widowed 34% in the high category.     PEER PERFORMANCE PROFILE BASED ON DEMOGRAPHIC FACTORS. The purpose of this study was to determine the conformity profile peers based on demographics socioeconomic status. Participants in this study were 123 students junior high school consist of 39 regulars student and 86 “binalingkungan” (low economic) students. The average age of participants was 12-15 years. This research approach using quantitative approach, types of research using a cross sectional survey. The instruments used was a scale conformity peers who developed the theory Brendt use any form of semantic differential scale with alternative answers 1-6 (1 = very inappropriate, 6 = very appropriate). Data were analysed using analysis Mann-Whitney U with a score of 1488.00 and a significance probability value of 0.414. Because the probability of significance 0.414> 0.05, the results showed that there was no difference conformity peers in the student of low socioeconomic status and students socioeconomic status of middle to top

    Solving Adolescent Verbal Aggressions through Transactional Analysis Counseling Approach

    This study aimed at helping school counselors in solving issues related to adolescent verbal aggressions  through implementing Transactional Analysis (TA) counseling, which was particularly given to the students in public vocational schools (SMKs) in Padang city who were majoring in engineering. Recent phenomena in Padang had revealed that among the critical problems at most secondary schools were those associated with students’ aggressive behaviors. Aggressive behaviors are acts which cause other people’s suffering, either through verbally or physically abuses, or in another word,  actions which bring harm to someone else. However, verbal aggressions were mostly identified ones. Therefore, this study focused on two things: first, to identify kinds of verbal aggressions that these students committed, such as, criticizing, ranting, insulting and threatening others; second, to produce a transactional analysis (TA) counseling guide to overcome those identified verbal aggression issues, by means of analyzing the students’ ego state, transactions, and life script.  The design of this study was research & development,  that attempted to produce a final product which took a mode of transactional analysis (TA) counseling guide. Experimental method was used to test the effectiveness of the transactional  analysis (TA) counseling analysis to solve the identified students’ verbal aggressions. The results of the empirical tests to transactional analysis (TA) counseling showed that specific transactional analysis group counseling seemed effective in reducing the adolescent students’ verbal aggressions.
