    Pengujian Usability pada Aplikasi Informasi Akademik Mahasiswa Universitas Diponegoro berbasis Android

    Selain menggunakan website, pelayanan sistem informasi akademik Universitas Diponegoro juga bisa di akses melalui aplikasi Android sebagai sarana untuk mempermudah mahasiswanya dalam mengakses informasi akademik. Pembuatan aplikasi mobile bertujuan memberikan pelayanan yang mudah dan cepat. Salah satu cara untuk mengetahui tingkat pelayanan yang baik terhadap pengguna adalah dengan mengetahui tingkat usability dari aplikasi tersebut terhadap pengguna secara langsung. penelitian ini berfokus untuk mengetahui tingkat usability pada aplikasi informasi akademik dengan menguji atribut efektifitas, efisiensi, dan kepuasan pada pengguna dan mengetahui tingkat usability secara keseluruhan. Hasil dari penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa pengukuran dengan menyebarkan kuesioner tertulis kepada 22 orang responden menggunakan kuesioner pernyataan positif dan negatif dengan model System Usability Scale (SUS) dan kuesioner pengerjaan task dengan model Single Ease Question (SEQ) yang di analisa menggunakan model skala likert diperoleh nilai rata-rata untuk atribut effectiveness sebesar 96,75% , efficiency sebesar 94,86% dan satisfaction sebesar 87,00% berdasarkan SEQ dan untuk usability keseluruhan sebesar 80,90% berdasarkan SUS. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa aplikasi informasi akademik mahasiswa Universitas Diponegoro berbasis Android dapat memberikan layanan sesuai dengan keinginan pengguna, sehingga pengguna merasa nyaman dan akan mengajak pengguna lain untuk menggunakan layanan aplikasi ini.

    Designing Information System To Support Business Process Improvement In A Small-Mid Size Bottled Drinking Water Industry

    Due to inefficiencies of the business processes in small-mid size of bottled drinking water industries, it is necessary to improve them. The improvements are carried out in business processes of production, warehouse, delivery, marketing, and finance departments. The main causes of the inefficiencies are the inefficiencies of the business process itself and that the business processes of those departments were not integrated. This paper is concerned with designing information system to support for the integration of those departments. First, we mapped the business process of each department using flow diagram. Then analyze the inefficiencies of each department. Next, we redesign the business processes and standardize them. The next step is integrating the business processes by designing the information system. We design the information system modular. The modules are marketing module, production module, logistic module and finance module. Data Flow Diagram (DFD) is used to model the system. Relational database management system (RDBMS) is used to design the database. User interfaces are built to ease in using the program application. The outputs of the information system are reports and documents in monitor screen view and in printing. The validation showed that the information system designed can support the business process improvements.     Aplikasi XYZ merupakan aplikasi yang dikembangkan untuk pengguna gawai dengan operating system Android. Aplikasi ini berfungsi untuk mengidentifikasi berbagai jenis buah dari foto yang diambil secara langsung maupun dari galeri penguna. Dalam pengembangannya, aplikasi diharapkan dapat menyimpan informasi dan gambar hasil identifikasi pada penyimpanan cloud. Google Cloud Platform, yang ditawarkan oleh Google, merupakan penyedia layanan cloud computing. Terdapat setidaknya tiga produk yang ditawarkan oleh Google Cloud Platform untuk mengembangkan database aplikasi XYZ, yakni Cloud Firestore, Cloud SQL, dan Cloud Spanner. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menentukan prioritas pemilihan produk database, guna pengembangan aplikasi XYZ dengan metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). Digunakan empat kriteria, yakni user needs, easy to use, security, dan cost. Berdasarkan pengolahan data, cost menjadi prioritas utama untuk dipertimbangkan dalam memilih database, sementara disaster recovery menempati prioritas terakhir. Berdasarkan analisis menggunakan metode AHP, dapat disimpulkan produk database yang paling direkomendasikan untuk mengembangkan aplikasi XYZ adalah Cloud Firestore

    Designing Enterprise Resources Planning Application for Integrating Main Activities in a Simulator Model of SCM Network Distribution

    Collaborative supply chain is a specific topic in supply chain management and studied by industrial engineering students in supply chain management course. Unfortunately, conventional learning media cannot explain the phenomenon of collaborative supply chain to the students. This study aimed to design a dynamic learning media so that inter-company collaboration and information sharing on the activities of Supply Chain entities can be explained effectively to the students. The problem was solved using 3 (three) steps. First, the distribution network was described using mock up. It consists of miniature trucks, miniature network and miniature of the manufacturer-distributor-retailer embedded with tag and reader of RFID. Second, the Enterprise Resources Planning application was developed for supporting business activities. Third, we developed the integrator consists of monitor’s user interface and practice modules. The result of the research - an SCM-Simulator – will be able to improve learning skills of industrial engineering graduates, especially abilities to identify, formulate, and solve the activities of tactical plan & operational routines of Supply Chain entities. However, distribution module designed is for limited scale laboratory study of simple objects.     Adoption Intention Model of Electric Vehicle in Indonesia

    Indonesia’s government was targeting the adoption of 2.1 million units of two-wheeled electric vehicles and 2,200 units of four-wheeled electric vehicles in 2025 through the Republic of Indonesia's Presidential Regulation No. 22 in 2017 about the National Energy General Plan. In 2019, the Government of Indonesia issued Presidential Regulation No. 55 in 2019 concerning the Acceleration of the Battery Electric Vehicle Program for Road Transportation. In 2018, the adoption of two-wheeled electric vehicles only reached 0.14% of the government's target for 2025. Therefore, the adoption of Electric Motorcycle (EM) technology must also consider many factors to be successful. This research develops a non-behavioral electric vehicle adoption intention model. The factors include sociodemographic, financial, technological, and macro-level. The online survey involved 1,223 respondents. Logistic regression is used to obtain the function and probability value of intention to adopt EM in Indonesia. Frequency of sharing on social media, level of environmental awareness, purchase prices, maintenance costs, maximum speed, battery charging time, availability of charging station infrastructure at work, availability of home power based- charging infrastructure, purchase incentive policies, and charging cost discount incentive policies are significantly influencing the intention to adopt electric vehicles. It also shows that the opportunity for Indonesians to adopt electric motorcycles reaches 82.90%. The realization of the adoption of electric motorcycles in Indonesia requires infrastructure readiness and costs that can be accepted by consumers. Lastly, the results of this research provide some suggestions for the government and businesses to accelerate electric motorcycle adoption in Indonesia

    An Agri-food Supply Chain Model to Enhance the Business Skills of Small-scale Farmers Using Corporate Social Responsibility

    In general, small-scale vegetable farmers experience problems in improving the safety and quality of vegetables for supplying high-class consumers in modern retailers. Farmer Group and/or Cooperative (FGC) should be able to assist its members to meet the relevant provisions of modern retail on product specifications, delivery terms, and internal business requirements. This study proposed an agri-food supply chain (ASC) model that involves the corporate social responsibility (CSR) activities to enhance the business skills of the FGC as supplier of modern retailer. Multi-objective optimization programming is developed to determine the amount and timing of supply, level of farmers training skills, quality improvement target, and the CSR total cost. The results show that the proposed model can be used to determine the priority of programs in order to empower farmers' groups as modern retail suppliers

    An Optimization Model for Single-Warehouse Multi-Agents Distribution Network Problems under Varying of Transportation Facilities: A Case Study

    The transportation cost of goods is the highest day-to-day operational cost associated with the food industry sector. A company may be able to reduce logistics cost and simultaneously improve service level by optimizing of distribution network. In reality, a company faces problems considering capacitated transportation facilities and time constraint of delivery. In this paper, we develop a new model of order fulfillment physical distribution to minimize transportation cost under limited of transportation facilities. The first step is defined problem description. After that, we formulate a integer linear programming model for the single-warehouse, multiple-agents considering varying of transportation facilities in multi-period shipment planning. We analyze problems faced by company when should decide policy of distribution due to varying of transportation facilities in volume, type of vehicle, delivery cost, lead time and ownership of facilities. We assumed transportation costs are modeled with a linear term in the objective function. Then, we solve the model with Microsoft Excel Solver 8.0 Version. Finally, we analyze the results with considering amount of transportation facilities, volume usage and total transportation cost.     The Schemes Funding Analyisis for Technology Commercialization: A Case Study

    Funding is an important aspect in doing commercialization of  the results of research based technology. Adequate funding is needed to develop successful  research. This article is focused on developing a funding strategy for technology commercialization, on the condition where the funds owned by the researcher is not sufficient, the efforts need to do is find the source of funding from the other funding source. This research methodology was conducted by identifying an alternative access to the finance commercialization of technologies that possible and analyzing detail on each scheme by collecting primary data through interviews and support with some secondary data. The data were collected from interviews with the Technology Transfer Office (TTO) of universities in Indonesia; questionnaires and published material from some universities and research centers  and Ministry of Science, Technology, and Higher Education of Indonesia.  We also made a case study of a comparative analysis between Indonesia and Malaysia.
