Efforts to Increase Interest in Learning Machine Prime Mover Boats Students Through Learning Method Demonstration in Class X Smk Negeri 1 Sutera Sutera District of School Year 2015/2016

This study is a Class Action Research with a total time of study 2 months from the month from September to October in Odd Semester Academic Year 201 5 stars / 201 6 . This study was planned to consist of two cycles, which aims to improve the activity and learning outcomes Prime Mover Engineering Ship class X SMK 1 Sutera in the second semester of the academic year 2015-2016. Subject of research is all class X SMK Negeri 1 Sutera 's 27 people in the first semester of the academic year 201 5 stars / 201 6 . Source Data in the study were students of class X SMK 1 Sutera . As for how to capture data that is done in this study are as follows. Data on students' learning activities implemented actions taken when using the observation sheet. In the charging process observation sheets, all indicators of activity was observed contained therein. The observed circumstances are activities in the learning process. Data on study results taken from tests of learning outcomes at each end of the cycle consists of six items about. Motor 2 TAK; Each piston-step process is required 2x, 1x crankshaft rotation while the piston between two steps, just one step affords effort. In size and the same rotation, the motor 2 TAK can produce more power than the motor 4 TAK. The piston and cylinder wall temperature is rather high. Easy to administer and sound quiet bike. Construction is simple because it does not require the intake valve / exhaust. Filling / flushing and incomplete combustion. Rinse pump USAge, add gear motor becomes expensive. Used if required a great power and a simple construction.   &nbsp

Kemiskinan Multidimensi di Kota Padang Dalam Telaah Empiris

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk melihat tingkat kemiskinan multidimensi di Kota Padang tahun 2022 yang didasarkan pada beberapa indikator yang tersedia oleh Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS). Beberapa  indikator  tersedia  yang  diukur  dalam  penelitian  ini  adalah  imunisasi,  jaminan kesehatan,  melek  huruf,  pendidikan  terakhir  tertinggi,  air  bersih,  bahan  lantai,  sumber penerangan, sanitasi, dan kepemilikan bangunan. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menerapkan metode Alkire & Foster yang menggunakan software Microsoft Excel. Langkah awal analisis ini adalah menentukan jumlah rumah tangga  yang mengalami kemiskinan multidimensi, Intensity Of Poverty, dan Multidimensional Poverty Index (MPI) kemudian disusul dengan pengukuran per indikator terkait. Berdasarkan perhitungan menggunakan metode Alkire & Foster, jumlah penduduk miskin multidimensi di Kota Padang adalah sebesar 68,7% dengan MPI sebesar 0,367. Kemudian beberapa indikator turut menunjukkan angka deprivasi yang cukup tinggi sehingga dapat   memperlihatkan   bahwa   beberapa   aspek   kehidupan   dapat   mempengaruhi   tingkat kemiskinan

Indeks Pembangunan Manusia Di Indonesia

Artikel ini membahas tentang perubahan metode penghitungan Indeks Pembangunan Manusia (IPM) di Indonesia. IPM merupakan salah satu komponen penting dalam mengukur kemajuan pembangunan manusia di suatu negara. Dalam artikel ini penulis menjelaskan bahwa perubahan metodologi penghitungan IPM dilakukan untuk memperbaiki kelemahan metode sebelumnya, terutama dalam hal ketersediaan data. Artikel tersebut juga menjelaskan bahwa HDI di Indonesia terdiri dari tiga aspek pembangunan manusia, yaitu kesehatan, pendidikan, dan standar hidup layak. Selain itu, artiel ini juga membahas peran pertumbuhan ekonomi dalam pembangunan manusia, serta perbedaan antara pendekatan pembangunan manusia dan pendekatan sumber daya manusia atau pendekatan kesejahteraan manusia. Artikel yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif eksploratif dengan tinjauan pustaka sebagai metodologi penelitiannya. Data dikumpulkan melalui kumpulan literatur dari buku, jurnal, dan opini ilmiah untuk membahas konsep kepemimpinan, peran manajemen, dan budaya organisasi dalam pembangunan manusia. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa perubahan metodologi penghitungan IPM di Indonesia telah memperbaiki kelemahan metode sebelumnya. Dalam artikel ini, penulis juga memberikan rekomendasi untuk terus meningkatkan kualitas data dan metodologi penghitungan IPM di masa mendatang. Secara keseluruhan, artikel ini memberikan informasi penting mengenai pembangunan manusia di Indonesia dan perubahan metodologi penghitungan IPM. LEARNING STRATEGIES OF THE TRADITIONAL FARMERS HOUSEHOLD IN SURVIVING THE ECONOMIC AND ECOLOGICAL CHANGE

The prosperous future household means that the one who can manage their financial through saving money and investment. However, households are always limited by the budget, there their consumption tends to be bigger than their saving. The household lower income, they tend to face difficulties in saving money. This article aims to explore the household economic behavior and the pattern it regards the consumption, investment and production. Additionally, this study discusses the changing of their attitudes and behavior due to economic and ecologic changing. This research is located in Mapattunggul Selatan, Pasaman. The results showed that there is a changing of the attitude and behavior agents of transportation and information. The learning process of the society did not consistently give an effect to the investment behavior. This was due to limitation of learning facilities and facilitators. The level of society education was able to affect the investment decisions. Pengaruh Penggunaan Youtube Sebagai Media Pembelajaran dan Motivasi Belajar Siswa Terhadap Engagement Belajar Siswa di SMA Negeri 8 Padang

This study aims to determine the effect of the Youtube variable as a learning medium on student Engagement and to determine student learning motivation on student Engagement at SMAN 8 Padang. This type of research is descriptive with a causative approach, namely the existence of a relationship or influence with each other on the variables studied. The data will be taken through the process of distributing questionnaires that will occur during the 2021/2022 school year at SMAN 8 Padang. The data analysis method used is SEM (Structural Eguation Model) analysis with multivariate statistical analysis methods. The data will then be processed using the AMOS application which is then described by analyzing the obtained hypotheses and describing the results of the research. The results of this study indicate that there is an influence from the use of Youtube as a medium of student learning and student motivation on student learning Engagement at SMAN 8 Padang. So it is suggested to further researchers, can examine other learning media in the learning process and examine other variables that can increase student learning Engagement so that from the results of subsequent research new ways are found in increasing student learning Engagement so that it can improve the quality of the learning process.DOI: https://dx.doi.org/10.17977/UM014v15i22022p16

Analisis Konfirmatory Faktor Pengukuran Indikator Kesejahteraan Rumah Tangga

Level Measurement of household welfare require multidimensional measurement. Based on the consideration of population specification and the distribution of population residence location, this research is determined by using multistage random sampling technique. The analysis tools usedis Lisrel 8.30 to get the CFA. This study aims to determine indicators of household welfare in physical and psychological aspects. The indicators that were analyzed are physical factors, safety factor, affection, appreciation and self-actualization. The results of this study indicated that the measurement factors sourced from physical well-being consistently can be used as a measurement of household welfare level. The measurementcan be used in aspects of production factors, income level, housing conditions, home facilities, health conditions, rice adequacy, protein adequacy,water adequacy, availability of transportation facilities. While the non-physical factors which can also be used as a measurement of welfare are a sense of security in preference to public order, anxiety and fear, the role of the head of the household in maintaining the household. A sense of affection is related to the affection of the household, mutual trust, belonging, and hospitality. Meanwhile, the reward factor does not qualify to be a measurement.
