Optimale Implantierung der Rezyklationszenteren

The Described problem is one of the tasks of discrete combinatorial optimisation and can be solved by means of operational research methods. The most appropriate are methods of theory of graphs and methods of linear programming. The papers involves the description of the problem, formulation of the optimisation criterion and the simplified verbal formulation of the problem.V článku je popsán a formulován problém optimalizace počtu a rozmístění recyklačních center pro ojetá osobní vozidla. Popisovaný problém patří do skupiny úloh diskrétní optimalizace, které jsou též označovány jako alokačně-Iokační úlohy. Für die Problemformulierung und für die Zusammensetzung des Kriteriums der Optimilität wird der mathematische Apparat der linearen Programmierung und der Grapfentheorie verwendet

Municipal waste components and their collection by computer support

Growing volumes of different waste types produced by industrial companies represent a serious threat for the environment. Unthoughtful waste liquidation by means of dumping results to massive valuable resources wasting on one hand and in environment pollution by greenhouse gases emissions into the air, endangering underground water by extract liquid seepage and soil contamination by heavy metals on the other. The only possible method of a sustainable development is a consistent separation of reusable materials contained in waste and their consequent recycling, separation of combustible waste by means of environment-friendly technologies, by separation of bio-degradable materials suitable for composting with a consequent return into natural nutriment cycle, and last but not least, by separation of hazardous waste components and their ecological /liquidation/use. The article focuses on the options of operational research methods in combustible waste management, handling separated bio-degradable municipal waste components and hazardous waste management in the Pardubice Region. System of trains ordering for the annual timetable

Příspěvek popisuje aplikaci editoru vlaků sloužící k zadávání požadavků dopravců na trasy vlaků v České republice. Aplikace je součástí informačního systému sestavy ročního jízdního řádu vlaků. Editor vlaků představuje distribuovanou aplikaci složenou z databázového serveru, aplikačního serveru a klientského programu. Obsahuje většinu údajů vlaků dostupných v rámci plánování jízdního řádu. Kromě funkcí pro práci s vlaky poskytuje různé analytické nástroje a tisk pomůcek pro železniční pracovníky a cestující. Za účelem koordinace sestavy jízdního řádu s provozovatelem dráhy byl navržen postup tvorby vlaku založený na fázích vlaku.The paper describes an application of train editor, which is used to make requests of carriers (users) for train track in the conditions of the Czech Republic. The application is part of the information system for the assembly of the annual train timetable. The editor of trains is adistributed application composed of a database server, application server and client program. It contains most of the data of trains available in the planning timetable. In addition to functions for working with trains editor provides various analytical tools and printing equipment for railway workers and passengers. In order to coordinate the assembly of timetable with railway undertakings a process of train design based on phases of the train was designed

Netypické systémy dopravní obsluhy regionu

Článek se zabývá základními hledisky kvalitní a široce dostupné veřejné dopravy. Neustálý nárůst používání individuální automobilové dopravy je v rozporu s principy trvale udržitelné dopravy. Proto se po celém světě hledají nová a netradiční řešení zajištění dopravní obslužnosti regionu, ať už se jedná o řešení povahy legislativní a ekonomické, nebo řešení technologická a technická. V článku jsou nastíněny základní typy řešení, doplněné o stručný výčet netradičních či netypických systémů. V poslední části je pak přiblížen projekt Evropské unie ICARO, založený na myšlence sdílené dopravy, i s ohledem na jeho konkrétní implementaci v Plzni

Analytical model for recycling centres location

Opotřebované a nepoužitelné osobní automobily, nákladní automobily a různá jiná vozidla se stávájí vážným problémem pro hospodářství a životní prostředí České republiky. Je snaha zorganizovat a vybudovat systém recyklace těchto vozidel. Článek představuje první výsledky navrženého analytického modelu poskytujícího lokaci zadaného počtu recyklačních středisek na území České republiky. A thin rectangular viscoelastic orthotropic plate under transverse impuls loading

An analytical solution of stress wave propagation in a thin rectangular viscoelastic plate with special orthotropy under transverse impulse loading is presented. The solution is based on the approximate theory of thin plates using the Kirchhoff and the Rayleigh corrections. Constitutive equations for two-dimensional linear viscoelastic Maxwell model of solid are derived using the superposition principle. Transverse impulse loading has been allowed to effect on an arbitrary point of the plate surface and it has general behaviour in time. Results in the form of displacement, velocities and stress components are obtained
