Mit diesem Thema ist sehr eng dieNatürlichkeitsentwicklung verbunden, der Natürlichkeit des Rechtes und derStellung des Menschen in der Gesellschaft vom Reflexbeginn des Menschens, derin der Einführung dieser Arbeit definiert wird.Das Ziel dieser Arbeit ist den Augenblik der Geburt der Menschenrechteaufzudecken, worin an der ersten und wesentlichen Stelle das Recht auf Leben istund sein muss. Die Notwendigkeit der Gesetze zu zeigen, ohne die nicht denkbarist die Beziehungen zwischen den Menschen zu regeln. Deshalb liegt der Beitragdieser Arbeit in der Öffnung und Belebung der Prioritätnotwendigkeit desLebensschutzes, der allen Menschen gehört, da es deren natürlicher Anspruch ist.Bakalářská práce poskytuje přehled politické filozofie Thomase Hobbese,v níž se zrodila nezadatelnost práva na život. S tímto tématem velmi úzce souvisívývoj přirozenosti, přirozeného práva a postavení člověka ve společnosti odpočátku reflexe člověka, které je vymezeno v úvodu této práce.Cílem této práce je odkrýt okamžik zrodu lidských práv v němž prvnía zásadní místo má a musí mít právo život. Chemiluminiscenční hodnocení celkové antioxidační kapacity potravin

Diplomová práce 2014 Abstract_ENG Jitka Vlčková ABSTRACT An investigation presented was concern to measure and evaluate the total antioxidant capacity (TAC) in samples of red wine clarified with four fining agents (polyvinylpolypyrrolidone and three different types of gelatin). All wine samples were treated by concentrations of 10, 20 and 40 g/hL of finings. The main aim was to discover how the particular agents in different dosages influence the TAC. The second part describes relations between changes in TAC in content of single antioxidant components (total polyphenols, anthocyanins, gallic acid and simple phenols). Total antioxidant capacity in red wine samples was evaluated using the Trolox equivalent antioxidant capacity assay (TEAC). A theoretical part of the thesis briefly summarizes basics about luminescence, focused on chemiluminescent reaction. Theory of free radicals and antioxidants, especially those included in red wine are also described. Process of winemaking aimed at fining is also contained in this part. An experimental part describes techniques of determination of the total antioxidant capacity, principle of chemiluminescent assay based on the luminol/peroxidase system. Savings accounts

This work is focused on savings accounts as a relatively new deposit product in the Czech financial trade. The majority of the domestic banking institutions offer savings accounts. Non-banking institutions (co-operative agricultural savings banks, so called "Kampelitchka") have recently begun competing with the banks for the sphere of savings accounts. The attention of the banks is focused on the savings accounts offered to natural persons. As for this product entrepreneurs are in essentially worse situation, because any banks have not offered them the savings accounts until recently. The only exceptions were so called ``packets{\crq}q, which were suitable only for some entrepreneurs, and moreover a client took the advantage of only few service trades of the packet. The banks concentrate especially on large and medium firms; however, they miss out small business men. The occurrence of offers of businessmen savings accounts is rising only very slowly in the financial trade. The information about savings accounts was gained mostly from the Internet, nowadays the biggest source of information. Creation of contemporary Czech artist Jan Samec Jr. in the context of education

Předmětem diplomové práce je zamyšlení nad uměleckou tvorbou předního českého kreslíře, malíře, grafika a ředitele Galerie umění v Karlových Varech Jana Samce ml. s přesahem do edukační oblasti, žákovské tvorby. V teoretické části práce je pojednáno téma abstrahované krajiny, životopis J. Samce a inspirační východiska jeho tvorby. V praktické části je popsána realizace výtvarného projektu, prostřednictvím kterého je žákům druhého stupně ZŠ zprostředkováno umělcovo dílo. Důraz je kladen na reflexi vyučovacího procesu a na interpretaci uměleckých děl samotnými žáky. Důležitou součástí projektu je setkání žáků s J. Samcem a diskuze o jeho autorské tvorbě. Cílem práce je na základě práce s obsahy děl J. Samce přispět k porozumění abstraktnímu umění u žáků druhého stupně ZŠ.ObhájenoThe subject of the thesis is a reflection on the artistic work of the leading Czech draughtsman, painter, graphic designer and director of the Art Gallery in Karlovy Vary, Jan Samec Jr. with an overlap into the educational area, pupil's work. The theoretical part deals with the theme of abstract landscape, biography of J. Samec and the inspirational sources of his work. The practical part describes the realization of an art project through which the artist's work is mediated to the pupils of the second grade of the elementary school. Emphasis is placed on the reflection of teaching process and on the interpretation of artworks by pupils themselves. An important part of the project is the meeting of pupils with J. Samec and discussion about his art work. The aim of the thesis is to contribute to the understanding of abstract art by pupils in the second grade of elementary school with the aid of the work with contents of J. Samec's artworks
