Факторы пропускной способности транспортных коридоров Дальнего Востока

[For the English abstract and full text of the article please see the attached PDF-File (English version follows Russian version)].ABSTRACT The authors analyze the possibilities of the Far Eastern region for further development of international transport corridors, highlighting the discrepancy between the carrying capacity of sea and rail transport. The factors constraining growth of volumes of transportation of export cargoes by railroads and considerably complicating the work of transport corridors are determined. A methodology for determining the efficiency of using parallel norms for the mass of freight trains and measures ensuring reduction in the required capacity of the transport infrastructure due to the phased progressive growth of the mass of freight trains are provided, if there are grounds to avoid additional costs. Определены факторы, сдерживающие рост объемов перевозки экспортных грузов по железной дороге и значительно затрудняющие работу транспортных коридоров. Предложены методика определения эффективности использования параллельных норм массы грузовых поездов и мероприятия, обеспечивающие снижение потребной пропускной способности транспортной инфраструктуры за счет поэтапного поступательного роста массы грузовых поездов при наличии оснований избежать дополнительных затрат

Cultural identity and the phenomenon of dual faith

Russian cultural identity was split soon after the arrival of Christianity. The old cultural memory inherited from ancestors with plenty of pagan elements and the new tradition of writing based on the Christian remained at the same time. The process of the transformation of cultural memory was influenced by church and state. Together they tried to stop the occupation of magical practices which were spread among all segments of society. However, the stability of people’s religious beliefs hasn`t been overcome.Вскоре после прихода христианства в русской культурной идентичности произошло расщепление: одновременно сохранялась старая культурная память, унаследованная от предков, с обилием языческих элементов, и новая, основанная на христианской письменной традиции. На процесс трансформации культурной памяти оказывали влияние церковь и государство, своими совместными действиями пытаясь пресечь занятия магическими практиками, распространенными среди всех слоев населения. Тем не менее устойчивость народных религиозных представлений так и не была преодолена

The effect of topography on the results of terrestrial observations at the station "Berezovaya Rudka"

Several mathematical methods of calculation of corresponding corrections were worked out for allowance of the effect of topography in earth-tidal tiltmetric observations. Unfortunately, there are inevitable assumptions in them, but to compare the corrections with their real value it is considered to be practically impossible. In the result of analysis of tidal observations in the region of Dniprovsko-Donetsk depression it was clear for the first time that on one of the stations it is possible.
