Analysis of Financial Performance of Local Government through South Tangerang Calculation of Realization Regional Budget

Regional autonomy is the authority of the autonomous regions to organize and take care of its people, in accordance with the regulations applicable law. To assess the performance of local government (local government) in managing local financial is to perform financial ratio analysis of the financial statements and the realization of local government budgets. The purpose of this study was to determine the financial performance of South Tangerang City Government for 2010-2014 as well as to determine the level of efficiency and effectiveness of South Tangerang city government in managing its resources. The data used in this research is descriptive quantitative research that the financial statements of Local Government. Furthermore, the data will be analyzed using a number, ranging from data collection, interpretation of the data and the appearance of the resultsData used are secondary data from Revenue Budget Realization Report and Expenditure South Tangerang City in 2010-2014 After analysis, the results showed that (1) Financial performance Revenue South Tangerang City Regional are generally said to be good. This is evidenced (a) Ratio Independence Regional Income average above 100%, (b) Ratio Effectiveness and Efficiency of Local Taxes, the general effectiveness ratio average of 55.002% and the ratio of average efficiency of 5.3304%, Degree ( 2) Financial performance Regional Shopping South Tangerang City Government in general can be quite good.Keywords: Financial Performance, independence ratio, the ratio of the effectiveness of efficiency, the ratio growt

Exploring Plagiarism Behavior in Higher Education

This study aims to explore plagiarism behavior in higher education. This study employed a qualitative method with a case study design using the reflective notes technique to collect data from the participants. The data were collected through online submission. The authors, at this moment, employed a qualitative method by assigning the participants to write reflective notes to obtain the true responses to various questions. The approach used in this study is a case study approach to understand the object studied. Ten students of Universitas Negeri Makassar were invited to participate in this study, but only six met the valid reflective notes. The study found that students have different views on plagiarism behavior. Some problems highlighted in this study related to plagiarism behavior, such as lack of training in proper writing techniques, academic dishonesty, lack of access to library resources, lack of admiration for fellow writers, and little or no consequence for plagiarism cases. PELATIHAN PUBLIC SPEAKING DI SDIT FAJAR DEPOK UNTUK MENINGKATKAN KOMPETENSI ANDRAGOGIK DILAKSANAKAN OLEH MAHASISWA DAN DOSEN MAGISTER MANAJEMEN UNPAM

Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini berjudul “Peningkatan Kompetensi Andragogik Tenaga Pendidik Dengan Public Speaking Skill di SDIT Fajar, Depok” Tujuan umum dari kegiatan PKM ini adalah memberikan pelatihan dan pengetahuan secara praktis tentang Public Speaking ke para guru, dan  dalam  rangka untuk mengembangkan kompetensi andragogic guru dalam hal cara berkomunikasi dan menyampaikan materi pelajaran dan kurikulum pelajaran ke muridnya. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode penyampaian materi secara langsung, simulasi dan diskusi interaktif mengenai dasar Public Speaking, tehnik berkomunikasi yang efektif dan baik, dan berbagai tips untuk mengembangkan diri terutama dalam hal Public Speaking. Kesimpulan dari pengabdian  kepada masyakat ini adalah bahwa pengembangan kompetensi andragogic terhadap tenaga pendidik dan guru terutama dalam hal Pulic Speaking Skill sangat diperlukan dalam rangka  pengembangan kualitas pendidikan dan kelancaran proses belajar mengajar di SDIT Fajar Depok.Kata Kunci: Public Speaking, Skill, Communication, Education, Guru, Tenaga Pendidik, Kompetensi Andragogi

Utilizing Rapid Molecular Tests (RMT/RIF) in Tuberculosis Drug-Sensitive/Resistant Discovery in Indonesia: A Pilot Study

The underdiagnosis and underreporting of tuberculosis (TB) indicators are unresolved problems. The rapid molecular test (RMT) is one of the breakthroughs for TB case finding by using safer and more sensitive equipment; it is even believed to help find drug-resistant TB. The results of several webinars held regularly by a TB program as well as its evaluation and the use of RMT formed the basis of this study. This initial pilot study aimed to provide an overview of case finding for both drug-sensitive and drug-resistant TB using RMT. A cross-sectional study was conducted on samples in several provinces in Indonesia that have used RMT, both in remote or non-remote island borders areas and fiscal capacity. Regarding the use of RMT for drug-sensitive TB case finding, the largest contributors were males aged above 15 years, while in the drug-resistant TB case finding group, the biggest contributor was the use of RMT in 2017 and 2018. Overall, the findings could only describe the situation in the study area. The use of RMT in drug-sensitive TB case finding would be maximized if the detected cases are males aged above 15 years, while RMT can help find cases of drug-resistant TB

Kajian Efisiensi dan Efektifitas Jaringan Jalan Daerah Jawa Barat yang Berbatasan dengan DKI Jakarta

Jaringan jalan merupakan salah satu prasarana umum utama dalam mendukung pergerakan manusia maupun barang. Berdasarkan tujuan penyelenggaraan transportasi jalan diperlukan kajian kinerja jaringan jalan yang memperhatikan beberapa aspek penting, yaitu pemerataan aksesibilitas, keselamatan pengoperasian jaringan jalan, efisiensi, efektifitas, biaya yang rendah dan terjangkau, serta keterpaduan dengan sistem jaringan transportasi lainnya. Kinerja suatu jaringan jalan dapat dinyatakan dalam parameter efisiensi dan efektifitas. Tingkat efisiensi dan efektifitas sistem jaringan jalan perlu dikaji untuk mendapatkan gambaran yang tepat mengenai kinerja jaringan jalan. Gambaran tersebut merupakan dasar dalam pengambilan kebijakan. Kajian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat efisiensi dan efektifitas sistem jaringan jalan wilayah di Provinsi Jawa Barat yang berbatasan dengan DKI. Metode kajian yang dipergunakan adalah studi literatur, dan data sekunder peraturan terkait, guna membangun model kinerja jalan. Analysis of Financial Performance: Case Study of Pt. X Employee Cooperative

This study aims to determine the level of health, growth and business prospects of the employees of the PT. X cooperative. The results of this study indicate that employees of general health level PT. X are in the category "moderately healthy" obtaining the average score of 68.00. Based on the result of a common size analysis of the balance sheet and operating result for the 2014-2018 period, PT. X did not experience significant growth and was really stable. Although based on the analysis of the segment report, the multipurpose loan business is the business with the most prospects for development.Este estudio tiene como objetivo determinar el nivel de salud, crecimiento y perspectivas comerciales de los empleados de la cooperativa PT. X. Los resultados de este estudio indican que los trabajadores de nivel de salud general PT. X se encuentran en la categoría “moderadamente saludable” obteniendo la puntuación media de 68,00. Basado en el resultado de un análisis de tamaño común del balance general y resultado operativo para el período 2014-2018, PT. X no experimentó un crecimiento significativo y se mantuvo realmente estable. Optimizing Organizational Performance through Strategic Human Capital Management

The pivotal role of human capital in organizational success is increasingly recognized in contemporary business environments. Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini bekerjasama dengan yayasan pembangunan masyarakat sejahtera. Jl. Masjid Darussalam No. 40 Kel Kedaung Kec. Pamulang, Kota Tangerang Selatan 15415. Dengan tujuan untuk Memberikan pengetahuan dalam hal kemandirian sebuah yayasan dan memberikan pengetahuan tentang wirausaha. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian ini adalah ceramah, diskusi, dan pemberian materi mengenai Strategi Mewujudkan Kemandirian Yayasan Melalui Program Wirausaha yang harus dijalankan oleh Yayasan agar dapat menjadi yayasan yang mandiri. Analisis penerapan manajemen pengetahuan dan pengetahuan berbasis strategi untuk menciptakan keunggulan bersaing berkelanjutan (studi kasus pada SMK YPUI Parung)

The aim of this study was to determine and analysis implementation of knowledge management and knowledge based-strategy to create sustainable competitive advantages as well as strategies to overcome the obstacles in their applicapility. In this research used mixed methode squential/gradual (squential mixed methods) mainly exploratory squential method. At the step collecting and analyzing qualitatif data to answer the problem formulation. To complete qualitatif data used in the second step of quantitatif data. The knowledge management and knowledge based-strategy has been implemented in YPUI Parung Vocational School. Based on the diagnostic result knowledge management implementation perception in YPUI Vocational School was measured using seven (7) dimention, the are knowledge creation, knowledge storage, knowledge sharing, knowledge update, leadership, technology dan culture show good results. While the knowledge based-strategy implementation also good results. The combination of the knowledge, capabilities and resource that are combined with a business strategy that is owned generating performance YPUI Parung Vocational School better than its competitors even able to create a sustainable competitive advantage. A model of sustainable competitive advantages YPUI Parung Vocational School as the outcome of this research
