Perbedaan Hasil Belajar Matematika Peserta Didik yang diajar dengan Strategi Pembelajaran Aktif Tipe The Power of Two dan Tipe The Learning Cell
The aim of this study is to determine differences of learning outcomes among mathematics learners who were taught by using the strategy of learning the type of power two and the learning Cell strategy at class VII of Junior High School (SMPN) 31 Padang. The Average result of the students those who were taught by The Power of Two was 74,00 and 73,78 for The Learning Cell. The Hypothesis testing obtained 0,803 for the t count and = 1,645 for the T-table. This indicate that there is a low significance difference on the result mathematics taught by using active strategy The Power of Two and Learning Cell

Islamic Education Based on Agroforestry in MTs Pakis Gununglurah Cilongok Banyumas
The paper aims to describe the implementation of Islamic education in Madrasah Tsawaniyah (MTs PAKIS) located on the edge of the forest of Mount Slamet village of Gunung Lurah Cilongok Banyumas Subdistrict. MTs PAKIS is a private MTs established by volunteers who care about the high number of primary and secondary drop outs of children from the edge of the forest. Poverty, low awareness of education, limited access to transportation and infrastructure make it possible for rural residents not to receive inherited educational services from generation to generation. MTs PAKIS is expected to be one of the alternatives to provide Islamic education-based secondary education services that can make school-aged children and forest-edge communities better educated and improve their quality of life. Abstract: equality and gender justice is a global issue. Along with the awareness of human rights, human beings begin to question and criticize the cultures already established that they perceive as unfair behavior constructor (bias) gender. From this point, then there are many organizations that provoke equality and gender justice. In this paper, the organization is called gender organizations. Gender organizations is a noble mission, to speak out gender equality and justice, but in practice, they experience a harsh challenge. How the strategy of gender culture in socializing gender fair culture, this is the question that became the starting point of this paper.

Pengaruh antara Supervisi Kepala Sekolah dan Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Disiplin Mengajar Guru PAI di MTs Kecamatan Tapung Kabupaten Kampar
Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh adanya gejala bahwa supervisi oleh kepala
sekolah sudah baik. Begitu juga lingkungan kerja di MTs Kecamatan Tapung
Kabupaten Kampar sudah menunjukkan gejala yang bagus. Namun demikian,
disiplin kerja guru di Madrasah Tsanawiyah Kecamatan Tapung Kabupaten
Kampar masih rendah. Oleh karena itu, masalah dalam penelitian ini akan
memfokuskan pada apakah terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan supervisi kepala
sekolah terhadap disiplin kerja guru? Apakah terdapat pengaruh lingkungan kerja
terhadap disiplin kerja guru? Dan apakah terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan
secara bersama supervisi kepala Madrasah dan lingkungan kerja terhadap disiplin
kerja guru di Kecamatan Tapung Kabupaten Kampar. Untuk menjawab masalah
tersebut, penulis menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda yang terlebih
dahulu diuji syarat-syarat dalam analisis tersebut yaitu Uji Normalitas dan Uji
Linieritas Garis Regresi. Adapun perhitungannya menggunakan Statistic Package
for Social Science (SPSS) fo Windows Release 22. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan
bahwa ; Pertama, Terdapat korelasi yang signifikan antara Supervisi Kepala
Sekolah dengan disiplin kerja guru, hal ini diperoleh nilai sig. untuk Supervisi
Kepala Sekolah sebesar 0.000. Hasil ini jika dibandingkan dengan nilai
probabilitas 0.05, maka ia lebih kecil (0.000 < 0.05). Kedua, Terdapat hubungan
yang signifikan antara lingkungan kerja guru dengan disiplin kerja Guru di
Madrasah Tsanawiyah Kecamatan Tapung Kabupaten Kampar. Hal ini didasarkan
pada perolehan nilai sig. sebesar 0.003. Hasil ini jika dibandingkan dengan nilai
probabilitas 0.05, maka ia juga masih lebih kecil dari 0.05 (0.003 > 0.05). Ketiga,
Terdapat pengaruh positif secara bersama supervisi kepala sekolah dan
lingkungan kerja guru terhadap disilin kerja guru di Madrasah Tsanawiyah
Kecamatan Tapung Kabupaten Kampar. Karena, hasil analisis regresi ganda
signifikan dengan nilai F sebesar 8.290 dengan signifikansi 0.000. Nilai taraf
signifikansi 0.00 tersebut adalah lebih rendah dari pada 0.05. Hasil ini, didukung
juga oleh adanya perhitungan korelasi ganda bahwa nilai determinasinya
menunjukkan nilai 0.157. Artinya, bahwa pengaruh variabel independen terhadap
variabel dependen adalah sebesar 15.7%, sedangkan sisanya yaitu 84.3%
dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain selain Supervisi Kepala Sekolah dan Lingkungan
kerja
DEVELOPING OF WEB-BASED GRAVE SOFTWARE PROTOTYPE
Jakarta has 65.000 hectares ofland area, homes to 9.9 million Jakarta populations, 98 hectares of grave land, and mortality rate of 0.64%. Those facts make the availability of graveyard becoming critical. To overcome the problem of high mortality rate and limited grave area, it is ideal to use Joint Corpse System, that is a grave filled with more than one corpse. Currently, registering a grave tomb in Jakarta is still using manual system, that is when a family member dies, the remaining family must come to the Public Cemetary office to fill out the registration form and choose the available tomb. However, the traffic jam in Jakarta makes it difficult for people to register the grave, for the Cemetery officer to inform the people regarding with the cemetery, and for the heirs whose leases have expired. Therefore, it is important to develop a web-based grave management information system in order to make people easier to reserve the tomb. The web gives people a complete information about grave location and how to register the grave which can be accessed using internet. The study aims to build a web-based information management system for grave registration with Tanah Kusir Public Cemetary as the object of the research. The study uses Prototyping Method, which analyzes the need system to see all components used by the running system and the developing one. The analysis also includes documenting the information system activity such as Input, Processing, Output, Storage, Controlling, Inteface design, Menu Program, and Database. Coding, is the stage of translating the results of analysis and design into the PHP programming language in order to develop a software. The result of the study is people can access the cemetary information, register and confirm via the internet. The cemetary official can also display available tombs in realtime
RELASI GENDER PERSPEKTIF PEREMPUAN PEDAGANG DI PASAR RAWALO BANYUMAS
Abstrak: Tulisan ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan tentang sudut pandang perempuan, yaitu pedagang perempuan tentang relasi gender. Perempuan yang berprofesi sebagai pedagang hakekatnya adalah perempuan yang berkiprah di sektor publik karena mereka adalah pencari nafkah dan beberapa diantaranya menghabisnya banyak waktu di luar rumah. Pada umumnya, struktur keluarga dalam masyarakat patriarkis menempatkan perempuan pada wilayah domestik (domestic sphere), yaitu menempatkan perempuan dengan fungsi manak (having children), masak (cooking), macak (berdandan). Perspektif relasi gender menurut perempuan pedagang meliputi: (1) Perempuan dalam tugas publik dan domestik; dan (2) Perempuan dalam tugas produktif dan reproduktif

Pemisahan Thorium Dari Uranium Pada Monasit Dengan Metode Pengendapan
Penelitian pengolahan monasit terdahulu telah memperoleh tahapan-tahapan proses sampai dihasilkannya produk RE(OH)3 dengan rekoveri sebesar Ā± 62%, dan diperoleh produk samping berupa campuran Thorium (Th) dan Uranium (U). Untuk dapat dimanfaatkan lebih lanjut, perlu dilakukan penelitian untuk memisahkan Th dari U. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan kondisi optimal pemisahan Th dari U pada monasit menggunakan metode pengendapan dengan reagen H2SO4. Tahapan proses dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari penggerusan monasit, dekomposisi, pelarutan parsial, pelarutan total, dan pengendapan Th dengan H2SO4. Larutan umpan yang digunakan untuk pengendapan berasal dari pelarutan total dengan 2 (dua) reagen berbeda, yaitu H2SO4 dan HCl. Parameter penelitian meliputi konsumsi reagen pengendap (H2SO4) dan waktu pengendapan. Hasil optimal rekoveri pengendapan pada larutan umpan sulfat yaituTh sebesar 96,99% dan U 18,26% dengan konsumsi H2SO4 20 ml dan waktu pengendapan 30 menit. Hasil optimal rekoveri pengendapan pada larutan umpan klorida yaituTh sebesar 98,05% dan U 25,03% dengan konsumsi H2SO4 20 ml dan waktu pengendapan 20 menit. Previous researches have obtained the monazite processing stages and resulting RE(OH)3 as a product with Ā± 62% of recovery, and the by products obtained in the form of a compound of thorium (Th) and Uranium (U). For further utilization, studies of U and Th separation is needed. This research is aimed to determine the optimal conditions for the separation of Th from U in monazite using the precipitation method with H2SO4 as a reagent. Stages of the process in this research consisted of grinding, decomposition, partial dissolution, total dissolution, and precipitation of Th with H2SO4. Feed solution used for precipitation is obtained from total dissolution stage with 2 different reagents are H2SO4 and HCl. Parameters of the research include the precipitating reagent (H2SO4) consumption and precipitation time. Optimal recovery results in the precipitation of sulfate feed solution are Th = 96.99% and U = 18.26% with 20 ml of H2SO4 consumption and 30 minutes of precipitation time. Optimal recovery results in the precipitation of chloride feed solution are 98.05% andU 25.03% with 20 ml of H2SO4 consumption and 30 minutes of precipitation time
PENGARUH KEGIATAN DOODLING TERHADAP KEMAMPUAN MENULIS PERMULAAN PESERTA DIDIK DENGAN AUTISME Penelitian Subyek Tunggal Kelas I SDLB di SLB BC Mini Bakti Rawamangun
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kegiatan Doodling
terhadap kemampuan menulis permulaan peserta didik dengan autisme kelas
I di SDLB BC Mini Bakti, Rawamangun. Metode yang digunakan dalam
penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian subjek tunggal dengan desain A-B-A.
Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan melalukan pengamatan pada
proses kegiatan belajar dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan
analisis visual dalam kondisi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa
kemampuan menulis permulaan pada peserta didik dengan autisme dapat
meningkat melalui kegiatan Doodling. Kegiatan Doodling berdampak positif
pada kemampuan menulis permulaan peserta didik dengan autisme. Oleh
sebab itu, guru dan orang tua dapat menggunakan kegiatan Doodling pada
kegiatan pembelajaran di sekolah ataupun di rumah.
This research intended to find the effect of Activity Doodling with the ability to
handwriting of grade I students with autism on the SDLB BC Mini Bakti,
Rawamangun. The method of the research is Single Subject Research with
A-B-A design. The technique of collecting the data is monitoring in teaching
learning activities and documentation. The technique of analyzing the data is
using visual analysis of condition. The result of the research shows the
handwriting skills the students of autism which influences with Activity
Doodling. The of Activity Doodling gives positive contribution to the
handwriting skills of the students of autism. In conclusion the teachers and
the parents enable to use Activity Doodling in teaching learning activities in
school or home
Strengthening the Micro Teaching Role in the Development of Teacher Candidates Teaching Skills
This study aims to analyze the micro-teaching course at the Faculty of Tarbiya and Teacher Training (FTIK) IAIN Purwokerto. The laboratories department of FTIK carried out the program. Analyzing its implementation is essential because micro-teaching is a strategic activity to improve teacher competence. Micro teaching is widely associated with efforts to improve teacher skills in education, and thus great attention is required. The data source in this study is the micro-teaching manager and the study program head. It is from observations and interviews. The steps to analyze the data are reduction, data display, verification, and conclusions. The results showed that technical briefing by merging all study programs at the same time, overcrowded participants, unrepresentative speakers for each study program, irrelevant appointed supervisors with the study program, and micro-teaching schedules that coincide with the lectures schedules had the potential to cause the implementation of micro-teaching becomes less effective. It encourages the need to re-enforce the role of micro-teaching to be more effective in providing basic teaching skills for the teacher candidates. The lecture should manage every study program by coordinating with the laboratory. It aims to increase the effectiveness of micro-teaching. The briefing material needs to be supplemented by enrichment various learning strategies relevant to the study program. One lecturer with small classes carries out lectures according to the norms of micro-teaching classes, and the frequency of meetings is adjusted to the regular lecture schedule
