    This article shows the effect of heat treatment of sapropels on the changes in the chemical composition of humic acids derived from them. Data on changes in the content of elements, the atomic relations, the degree of oxidation, graphic and statistical feature have been presented. The effect of heat treatment from 150 to 2500C on the dynamics of the processes of decarboxylized and dehydration, a comparison of the results obtained of elemental composition of humic acids of initial and heat-treated sapropels.Este artículo muestra el efecto del tratamiento térmico de los sapropeles sobre los cambios en la composición química de los ácidos húmicos derivados de ellos. Se han presentado datos sobre cambios en el contenido de los elementos, las relaciones atómicas, el grado de oxidación, la característica gráfica y estadística. El efecto del tratamiento térmico de 150 a 2500C sobre la dinámica de los procesos de descarboxilación y deshidratación, una comparación de los resultados obtenidos de la composición elemental de ácidos húmicos de sapropeles iniciales y tratados térmicamente.Este artigo mostra o efeito do tratamento térmico de sapropels sobre as alterações na composição química dos ácidos húmicos derivados deles. Dados sobre mudanças no conteúdo dos elementos, as relações atômicas, o grau de oxidação, a característica gráfica e estatística foram apresentados.     Spons & shields: practical isolation for trusted execution

    Trusted execution environments (TEEs) promise a cost-effective, “lift-and-shift” solution for deploying security-sensitive applications in untrusted clouds. For this, they must support rich, multi-component applications, but a large trusted computing base (TCB) inside the TEE risks that attackers can compromise application security. Fine-grained compartmentalisation can increase security through defense-in-depth, but current solutions either run all software components unprotected in the same TEE, lack efficient shared memory support, or isolate application processes using separate TEEs, impacting performance and compatibility. We describe the Spons & Shields framework (SSF) for Intel SGX TEEs, which offers intra-TEE compartmentalisation using two new abstraction, Spons and Shields. Spons and Shields generalise process, library and user/kernel isolation inside the TEE while allowing for efficient memory sharing. When users deploy unmodified multi-component applications in a TEE, SSF dynamically creates Spons (one per POSIX process or library) and Shields (to enforce a given security policy for memory accesses). Applications can be hardened with minor code changes, e.g., by using a separate Shield to isolate an SSL library. SSF uses compiler instrumentation to protect Shield boundaries, exploiting MPX instructions if available. We evaluate SSF using a complex application service (NGINX, PHP interpreter and PostgreSQL) and show that its overhead is comparable to process isolation

    Características comparativas da estabilidade térmica dos ácidos húmicos dos sapropels da região OB do meio e sul da bacia de OB-Irtysh da Sibéria Ocidental

    The study of humic acids has more than a century history with a natural and logical evolution of focuses on their development processes, composition and properties. Despite the considerable material accumulated to date, the nature of this group of organic compounds still has not been sufficiently studied. We have decided that the distinctive features of hydrochemical and hydrobiological factors in the formation of sapropels of the studied lakes will be reflected in the thermal stability of humic acids extracted from them. Thermal analysis of humic acids extracted from the upper layers of bottom sediments of lakes of Kondinsk district of Khanty-Mansi Autonomous okrug and Barabinsk district of the Novosibirsk region, made using modern synchronous thermal analysis, has been resulted in the article. According to the obtained data, it is observed that with increasing of maximum temperature of the thermal effect, the value of Z decreases (the ratio of the mass loss in the low temperature space to the mass loss in the high temperature space), which indicates the increase in thermal stability, formation of humic acids. The indicator of humic acids of sapropels of the Kondinsk lakes varies from 0,56 to 0,67, and these intervals are much wider from 0.45 to 0.75 in the Barabinsk lakes. According to thermogravimetric analysis the only statement of changes in chemical structure is possible, and the direction of the process can be assumed taking into account the data of the structural chemistry in combination with other spectral and chemical analysis methods.El estudio de los ácidos húmicos tiene más de un siglo de historia con una evolución natural y lógica de enfoques en sus procesos de desarrollo, composición y propiedades. A pesar del considerable material acumulado hasta la fecha, la naturaleza de este grupo de compuestos orgánicos aún no ha sido suficientemente estudiada. Hemos decidido que las características distintivas de los factores hidroquímicos e hidrobiológicos en la formación de sapropeles de los lagos estudiados se reflejarán en la estabilidad térmica de los ácidos húmicos extraídos de ellos. El resultado del análisis térmico de los ácidos húmicos extraídos de las capas superiores de los sedimentos del fondo de los lagos del distrito de Kondinsk de Okrug Autónomo de Khanty-Mansi y el distrito de Barabinsk de la región de Novosibirsk, realizado con el moderno análisis térmico sincrónico, ha sido publicado. Según los datos obtenidos, se observa que al aumentar la temperatura máxima del efecto térmico, el valor de Z disminuye (la relación entre la pérdida de masa en el espacio de baja temperatura y la pérdida de masa en el espacio de alta temperatura), lo que indica El aumento de la estabilidad térmica, formación de ácidos húmicos. Decidimos que as características distintivas dos fatores hidroquímicos e hidrobiológicos na formação de sapropelas dos lagos estudados serão refletidas na estabilidade térmica dos ácidos húmicos extraídos dos mesmos. Análises térmicas de ácidos húmicos extraídos das camadas superiores de sedimentos de fundo dos lagos do distrito de Kondinsk, distrito de Okrug e autônomo de Khanty-Mansi, na região de Novosibirsk, usando análise térmica síncrona moderna, resultaram no artigo. De acordo com os dados obtidos, observa-se que com o aumento da temperatura máxima do efeito térmico, o valor de Z diminui (a razão da perda de massa no espaço de baixa temperatura para a perda de massa no espaço de alta temperatura), o que indica o aumento da estabilidade térmica, formação de ácidos húmicos. O indicador de ácidos húmicos de sapropels dos lagos de Kondinsk varia de 0,56 a 0,67, e estes intervalos são muito mais largos de 0,45 a 0,75 nos lagos de Barabinsk.     Producing translationally cold, ground-state CO molecules

    Carbon monoxide molecules in their electronic, vibrational, and rotational ground state are highly attractive for trapping experiments. The optical or ac electric traps that can be envisioned for these molecules will be very shallow, however, with depths in the sub-milliKelvin range. Here we outline that the required samples of translationally cold CO (X1Σ+^1\Sigma^+, v"v"=0, N"N"=0) molecules can be produced after Stark deceleration of a beam of laser-prepared metastable CO (a3Π1^3\Pi_1) molecules followed by optical transfer of the metastable species to the ground state \emph{via} perturbed levels in the A1Π^1\Pi state. The optical transfer scheme is experimentally demonstrated and the radiative lifetimes and the electric dipole moments of the intermediate levels are determined

    The article considers historical aspects of the experience in the development and formation of digital education in the USA and Western Europe. It has been determined that the introduction of the latest information technologies in education has made it possible to advance the solution of quality, accessibility and effectiveness issues, revealing such problems as occurrence of computer addiction, fragmentation and unsystematic knowledge, redundancy of information, insufficient motivation and others. Tendencies in the development of digitalization in the Russian Federation are highlighted. The generalized definition is given of the information and communication educational environment as a purposefully organized system of technical and information resources, electronic didactic materials, telecommunication facilities which ensure the effective mastering of professional educational programs. The educational information system should be harmonized with the curriculum and work programs of disciplines and integrated with electronic library resources. The trends and possibilities of digital education in Russia are identified and briefly characterized from the point of view of modernization and solving problems of higher education quality. The main directions of developing the electronic communication system in teaching technical and general technical disciplines as a means of managing students» research activities are considered. The article also presents a generalized classification of e-learning implementation models for the disciplines under consideration. It is noted that the choice of optimal models is determined by the tasks being solved by educational goals. It was highlighted that modern theoretical training, within the framework of modernization trends, involves active use of modern computer technologies, interactive multimedia tools (webinars, presentations, video lectures) and exchange of information via telecommunication channels (online consultations). It was emphasized that it is desirable to carry out a laboratory workshop in a real environment, rather than a virtual one (on modern equipment). The conclusion is made that the digitalization of education in Russia will contribute to increasing the efficiency, accessibility and quality of education with the high quality of the components and subjects of the information and communication system.Рассмотрены исторические аспекты опыта развития и становления цифрового образования в США и Западной Европе. Определено, что внедрение новейших информационных технологий в образование, позволило продвинуть решение вопросов качества, доступности и эффективности, обнажив такие проблемы как возникновение компьютерной зависимости, фрагментарность и бессистемность знаний, избыточность информации, недостаточная мотивация и другие. Выделены тенденции развития цифровизации в Российской Федерации. Дано обобщенное определение информационно-коммуникационной образовательной среды как целенаправленно организованная система технических и информационных ресурсов, электронных дидактических материалов, средств телекоммуникационной связи, обеспечивающих эффективное усвоение профессиональных образовательных программ. Образовательная информационная система должна быть гармонизована с учебным расписанием и рабочими программами дисциплин и интегрирована с электронными библиотечными ресурсами. С точки зрения модернизации и решения проблем качества высшего образования определены и кратко охарактеризованы тенденции и возможности цифрового образования в России. Рассмотрены основные направления развития электронно-коммуникационной системы при обучении техническим и общетехническим дисциплинам как средства управления научно-исследовательской деятельностью студентов. Представлена обобщённая классификация моделей реализации электронного обучения по рассматриваемым дисциплинам. Отмечено, что выбор оптимальных моделей обуславливается решаемыми учебными целями задачами. Выделено, что современное теоретическое обучение, в рамках тенденций модернизации, предполагает активное использование современных компьютерных технологий, интерактивных мультимедийных средств (вебинары, презентации, видео-лекции) и обмен информацией по каналам телекоммуникационной связи (онлайн-консультации). Подчёркнуто, что лабораторный практикум желательно осуществлять в реальной среде, а не виртуальной (на современном оборудовании). Сформулирован вывод о том, цифровизация образования в России будет способствовать повышению эффективности, доступности и качества высшего образования при высоком качестве компонентов и субъектов информационно-коммуникативной системы

This is very useful when considering the selection rules for transitions and it also facilitates the calculations of eigenvalues. Thus, the symmetrization can be used as a powerful tool in the analysis of high-resolution molecular spectra. While this process is easy to perform in the case of symmetric- and asymmetric-top molecules thanks to projection methods, it is much harder in the case of spherical-tops (tetrahedral or octahedral molecules). After briefly reviewing the general principles of this topic, we propose a detailed method for the symmetrization of the standard basis j,m|j, m\rangle into the OhO_{h} or TdT_{d} point groupagroup^{a}. This is realized by means of an orientation matrix called G determined following the ideas developed formerly by Moret-BaillybBailly^{b}. It allows matrix element calculations for rovibronic spectroscopic problems concerning octahedral or tetrahedral molecules. A numerical calculation of all the G matrix elements for both integer and half-integer j values up to 399/2 has been performed. Such high angular momentum values are necessary for the case of heavy molecules with high rotational excitation.
