El presente trabajo de investigación referente a la Inteligencia Artificial y su influencia en las Ventas de la Empresa Gisymania Show en Trujillo, 2020 que tiene como planteamiento del problema no haber superado las ventas mínimas que titula la empresa Gisymania Show, cuyo objetivo es analizar cómo influye la inteligencia artificial en las ventas de la empresa, la metodología utilizada es de tipo investigación básica con enfoque cuantitativo, el diseño de la presente investigación se ha considerado que sea no experimental de tipo transversal cuya población está conformada por 50 vendedores y se ha obtenido para la presente investigación de 50 clientes por criterio de censo, teniendo como resultados del trabajo de campo, las encuestas que han sido debidamente analizada e interpretadas bajo el método deductivo. Teniendo como resultado la influencia de la inteligencia artificial de las ventas de eventos cuyas conclusiones son: a). Ideas de los futuros maestros sobre el SIDA y enfermedades de transmisión sexual

En este artículo analizamos las ideas que tienen los estudiantes de Magisterio sobre el SIDA y las enfermedades de transmisión sexual (ETS). Los resultados obtenidos nos muestran un escaso conocimiento sobre las conductas de riesgo relacionadas con la transmisión sexual, y sobre los niecanismos de prevención del SIDA y las ETS. Estos resultados nos sugieren la necesidad de introducir algunas estrategias didácticas para mejorar los conocimientos, actitudes y conductas respecto a estas enfermedades

Needs of patients with multi-morbidity and heart failure for the development of a mHealth to improve their self-management: A qualitative analysis

Objective: To provide practical information regarding needs, preferences of content and format of an app to assist the self-management in patients with multi-morbidity and heart failure (HF). Methods: The three-phase study was conducted in Spain. Six integrative reviews, a qualitative methodology based on Van Manen's hermeneutic phenomenology through semi-structured interviews and user stories were used. Data collection continued until data saturation was reached. All data were transcribed verbatim and analysed using a framework approach. Thematic analysis technique following the methods of Braun and Clarke was used for emerging themes. Results: Integrative reviews conducted included practical recommendations to include in the content and format of the App and helped create the interview guide. Interviews revealed 15 subthemes that captured the meaning of narratives offering contextual insights into the development of the App. The main effective mechanisms of multicomponent interventions for patients with HF must contain (a) components that increase the patient's understanding of HF, (b) self-care, (c) self-efficacy and participation of the family/informal caregiver, (4) psychosocial well-being and (5) professional support and use of technology. User stories revealed that patients prioritized improvements in direct contact with health services in case of emergency (90%), nutritional information (70%), type of exercises in order to improve their physical condition (75%) and information about food and drug interaction (60%). The importance of motivation messages (60%) was highlighted by transversal way. Intellectual Property Provisions in Regional Trade Agreements

This paper assembles detailed information about the intellectual property (IP) provisions contained in 194 active regional trade agreements (RTAs) that had been notified to the WTO by November 2010. IP provisions in RTAs have been the subject of much study and commentary. However, much of this work has focused on a relatively limited number of RTAs, with a concentration on parties with narrow geographical and economic profiles. The goal of the current study was to expand beyond the more commonly studied RTAs, to make an initial review of the full array of RTAs notified to the WTO, and in that way to lay the groundwork for a more comprehensive overview that would enable consideration of the broader system implications of this more diverse range of norm-setting activity. This was tackled by conducting a comprehensive mapping of the IP content in a larger number of RTAs involving parties from all regions and across different levels of development. This broad approach is necessary to better understand cross-cutting trends in RTAs, and how all the parts of the international IP framework influence each other. The methodology followed involved surveying each RTA in the sample to determine whether it made reference to any of 30 different IP-related provisions. The relevant provisions are discussed in detail and summary statistics used to identify patterns over time and by continent, level of economic development, and selected traders. The number of IP provisions in each RTA is then used to classify agreements according to their level of IP content. The first significant identified trend is the acceleration in the conclusion of RTAs with IP provisions after the creation of the WTO and the entry into force of the WTO TRIPS Agreement. A significant proportion of those RTAs contain some type of IP provision, but the number and type of those provisions vary widely across agreements. More than two-thirds of the RTAs surveyed include provisions on border measures or statements of general commitment to IP protection or cooperation. A smaller proportion contains explicit provisions on specific fields of IP law, such as geographical indications, patents, trademarks and copyright. The inclusion of even more detailed provisions elaborating on specific areas of IP law is less common. As a result, the actual IP content of RTAs differs greatly across the sample, with about 40% of these agreements found to have negligible substantive IP standards

En esta introducción se brinda un panorama de la obra, ofreciendo un cambio de perspectiva en la descripción de los fenómenos de contacto lingüístico en el campo del español en contacto con lenguas amerindias a partir de marcos metodológicos y teóricos de la sociolingüística del multilingüismo. Este cambio de perspectiva implica pasar del análisis de "sistemas" y de "códigos" en contacto, y de los resultados que se desligan, a la descripción y el análisis de prácticas sociales de lenguaje, centrados en la utilización de recursos semióticos y lingüísticos por parte de los hablantes para expresar mensajes, transmitir conocimientos o negociar posturas sociales, es decir, para construir significados en la interacción social
