    Permasalahan yang diangkat dalam Penelitian ini adalah bagaimana hubungan gaya kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah dan Supervise Klinis dengan Kinerja Guru SMU Negeri Kota Jambi yang bertujuan untuk mengungkapkan ada tidaknya pengaruh antara gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dengan kinerja guru, hubungan supervisi klinis dengan kinerja guru dan hubungan kedua variable tersebut dengan kinerja guru. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah korelasional dengan menjaring data pada 30 orang guru SMU Negeri Kota Jambi sebagai responden untuk mendapatkan data tentang kinerja guru, gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan supervise klinis. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik proporsional sampling dari populasi guru 462 orang pada 11 SMU Negeri Kota Jambi. Alat pengumpul data digunakan kuesioner yang disusun menurut skala likert dan menggunakan teknik analisa deskriptif (menggambarkan apa adanya).Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa meningkatnya pelaksanaan supervise klinis dapat meningkatkan kinerja guru dengan baik dalam upaya meningkatkan kualitas tenaga pendidik pada masa mendatang

    Based on observations of online learning at one of the universities in Sungai Full City, the online learning process is very different from the offline or face-to-face learning process, such as the way of delivering material and how to assess it. It is also of course that there are many obstacles experienced by educators and students during the online learning process. This study aims to see whether online learning using the Google Classroom application on learning outcomes is effective or not. Based on the results of research and hypothesis testing that has been discussed, it can be concluded that the data analysis used is a hypothesis test, where the hypothesis test is used to see the effectiveness of online learning using the Google Classroom application on learning outcomes. In this study hypothesis testing used a one-sample t-test. Based on the results of the study, the table t value < 0.05 = 0.000 < 0.05 so that it can be said H_1 accepted, it can be concluded that online learning using the Google Classroom application on learning outcomes is classified as effective

    Kolaborasi antarprovinsi dalam penyusunan materi ajar merupakan suatu upaya yang penting dalam meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan dan aksesibilitas bagi masyarakat. Dalam era digital saat ini, teknologi konferensi virtual menjadi alat yang kuat untuk menciptakan kolaborasi yang efisien di antara para mitra pendidikan dari berbagai provinsi. Artikel ini membahas tentang pemanfaatan teknologi konferensi virtual dalam konteks kolaborasi antarprovinsi dalam penyusunan materi ajar. Artikel ini juga menyarankan beberapa solusi untuk mengatasi permasalahan yang mungkin timbul, seperti peningkatan infrastruktur internet, pelatihan dan dukungan teknis, penjadwalan yang disesuaikan dengan zona waktu, meningkatkan keterlibatan peserta, dan komunikasi yang efektif. Selain itu, metode pelaksanaan juga disajikan, termasuk memilih platform konferensi virtual yang tepat, mengorganisir pertemuan rutin, menetapkan agenda pertemuan, memfasilitasi kolaborasi dan diskusi, mendokumentasikan hasil pertemuan, menyediakan dukungan teknis, dan melakukan evaluasi dan refleksi. Kesimpulannya, pemanfaatan teknologi konferensi virtual dalam kolaborasi antarprovinsi dalam penyusunan materi ajar memberikan peluang baru dalam meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan dan aksesibilitas bagi masyarakat. Meskipun tantangan mungkin timbul, dengan menerapkan solusi yang tepat dan metode pelaksanaan yang efektif, kolaborasi antarprovinsi dapat terwujud secara efisien dan produktif.     Based on the results of observations at SMP Negeri 29 Tangerang, it is necessary to have meaningful learning that is able to involve students in all the activities carried out in the learning.     THE ACCOUNTABILITY OF PERFORMANCE OF LOCAL CULTUR-BASED LIFE SKILL EDUCATION UNITS (A Study on the Influence of Planning, Leadership, and Organization Climate towards the Performance of the Administration of Life skill Education Program in the Province of Jambi), A Dissertation, Bandung, School of PostGraduate Studies, Indonesia University of Education, 2010. This research was based on the notion that life skill education as one of the superior programs of informal education played a strategic role in preparing adult learners with life skills appropriate with market needs, in order for them to compete with other nations. On the other hand, the life skills program in the Province of Jambi had not been managed optimally. The condition reflected performance problem of the life skill education. The main problem of this research was formulated as follow: How do the educational planning, educational leadership, and organizational climate influence to wards and mean for the performance of life skills education unit in the Province of Jambi? This research employed the approaches of descriptive and explanatory surveys. The objects of this research were life skills education unit, consisting of training and course Institutions, life skills Education in Cooperation with Vocational School/Polytechnics, Rural-Oriented Life Skills Education, and City-Oriented Life skills Education. The respondents were 41 life skills education unit in the at 48 subjects for the respondents of this research were obtained. The data were gathered through close-ended questionnaire, revealing the point of views of the respondents on the four variables tested. The data analysis used path analysis technique processed with computer aid. The results of this research showed that as a whole, the variable of life skills education contributed positively and significantly toward the variable of life skills education performance simultaneously as much as 93.70%, contributed by educational planning (X1) as much as 15,37%; educational leadership (X2) as much as 37,09%; and educational organizational climate (X3) as much as 10,18%. The findings of this research imply that the human resources, infrastructures, and facilities are required to be appropriate in terms of number and quality. In line with tha, it will be better if life skills education program planning give emphasis on the graduates, preparation to master certain skills necessary for their lives. In the implementation of hypothetical model, the performance management life skills education units is recuired to be committed to the continuous maintenance and improvement of the learning characteristics, education, professionalism, adult learners’ participation, and the society’s initiatives. What is similarly important is the appropriate understanding on the organizational vision and life skills education vision, and the willingness for self-development in the contect of learners’ organization
