The Innovation Technologies as Production Solutions in Mechanical Engineering on the Example of Enterprise in Uzbekistan
based on the basis of the production activities of JSC "Uzbek Geology Kydiruv", as well as in the first article, methods of diversifying production, achieving new economic results, as well as marketing are considered as a tool for managing an enterprise in its strategic planning.
Unlike the first article, which describes the structure of production as a whole, this article discusses in more detail the issues that increase the efficiency of enterprise management, how to do it? What successful promotions will leave the company competitive and profitable?
This article deals with the analysis of production management: a model for controlling the production process, identifying, analyzing and assessing risks.
P.S.: Using publications: research papers based on assumptions and the application of their requirements to production, we will try to build our model of selective planning and enterprise management, using the example of specific factors that affect production in real time. We are undoubtedly interested in constructive criticism, opinions, comments, advice and just comments of our listeners and readers on this topic

Oncologic outcomes of pelvic bone sarcomas surgical
Despite the development and implementation of new regimens and methods of adjuvant therapy, one of the complex problems of modern oncology is the treatment of malignant tumours of the pelvic bones, which is reflected in low survival rates and a high percentage of postoperative complications. The article provides a review of the literature on the problem of diagnosis, pathology, and preoperative planning of intraoperative navigation with the definition of the resection zone in pelvic bone sarcomas. Due to the complex anatomical structure of the pelvis, as well as the rare occurrence of pelvic bone sarcomas, a single approach to the treatment of this category of patients has not been developed. The authors conducted a deep analysis of the effectiveness of various types of reconstructive operations from 4 types of pelvic bone resections, depending on the location of the tumour
Dimerization of long hibernation promoting factor from Staphylococcus aureus: Structural analysis and biochemical characterization
International audienceStaphylococcus aureus hibernation promoting factor (SaHPF) is responsible for the formation of 100S ribosome dimers, which in turn help this pathogen to reduce energy spent under unfavorable conditions. Ribosome dimer formation strongly depends on the dimerization of the C-terminal domain of SaHPF (CTDSaHPF). In this study, we solved the crystal structure of CTDSaHPF at 1.6 Ă… resolution and obtained a precise arrangement of the dimer interface. Residues Phe160, Val162, Thr171, Ile173, Tyr175, Ile185 andThr187 in the dimer interface of SaHPF protein were mutated and the effects were analyzed for the formation of 100S disomes of ribosomes isolated from S. aureus. It was shown that substitution of any of single residues Phe160, Val162, Ile173, Tyr175 and Ile185 in the SaHPF homodimer interface abolished the ribosome dimerization in vitro
