    Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Transformasional terhadap Kinerja Karyawan: Peran Kesiapan untuk Berubah Sebagai Mediator

    ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap kinerja karyawan industri otomotif di Tangerang yang dimediasi oleh kesiapan untuk perubahan. Pengumpulan data penelitian kuantitatif ini dilakukan dengan teknik simple random sampling dan hasil kuesioner yang kembali dan valid adalah 217 sampel. Pemrosesan data menggunakan metode SEMdengan perangkat lunak SmartPLS 3.0. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, tetapi kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kesiapan untuk berubah. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan juga bahwa kesiapan untuk berubah memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap hubungan antara kepemimpinan transformasional dan kinerja karyawan. Kesiapan untuk berubah sebagai full-mediator. Penelitian ini mengusulkan sebuah model untuk membangun kinerja karyawan di antara karyawan industri otomotif di Tangerang melalui peningkatan praktik kepemimpinan transformasional dengan kesiapan untuk berubah sebagai mediator. Penelitian ini dapat membuka jalan untuk meningkatkan kesiapan karyawan dalam menghadapi era revolusi industri 4.0.     Did Islamic Leadership Influence Online Learning Systems?

    This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of Islamic leadership of leaders at the Islamic Schools in Tangerang on the information system success model (system quality, information quality, service quality). The number of research samples was 98 teachers. The sampling technique used is simple random sampling. The analytical method used is SEM with the help of SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results showed that the role of Islamic leadership had a significant effect on the three variables of the information system success model. This research can be used as a basis for the next similar research in the schools, which until now is still relatively minimal exploration

    This study aimed to measure the effect of authentic leadership on employee performance of the part-time employee of a manufacturing company in Tangerang which is mediated by readiness for change mentality. Data collection was done by simple random sampling technique and the returned and valid questionnaire results were 109 samples. Data processing was used SEM method with SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results of this study concluded that authentic leadership has a significant effect on readiness for change and employee performance. This study conclude also that readiness for change have a positive and significant effect on the relationship between authentic leadership and employee performance.     Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional pemimpin pada Sekolah Islam di Tangerang terhadap model keberhasilan sistem informasi (system quality, information quality, service quality). Jumlah sampel penelitian adalah 115 guru. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah simple random sampling. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah SEM dengan bantuan software SmartPLS 3.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peran kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh signifikan terhadap ketiga variabel model keberhasilan sistem informasi.     Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh leaders coaching terhadap kinerja dan modal psikologis guru serta untuk menyelidiki efek mediasi modal psikologis pada populasi guru dari tujuh SMP Swasta di Tangerang.Penelitian ini mengadopsi metode simple random sampling dengan 59 sampel guru. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa leaders coaching memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerjadan modal psikologis guru. Hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan bahwa hubungan antara leaders coaching dan kiner jaguru secara signifikan dimediasi oleh modal psikologis. Penelitian ini dapat membuka jalan untuk meningkatkan kesiapan guru dalam menghadapi era education 4.0

    This research aims to examine the influence of transformational leadership on employee performance in the Refrigeration and Air Conditioning (RAC) industry employees in Bekasi with a mentality of being ready to change as a mediator. The data were collected through simple random sampling technique and the results of a questionnaire that returned and were valid for 132 samples. The data were processed by the SEM method using SmartPLS 3.0 software. From the results of this research, it is concluded that transformational leadership has no significant effect on employee performance, but transformational leadership has a significant and positive effect on the mentality of being ready to change as a mediator. This research also concludes that a mentality of being ready to change has a significant and positive effect on the relationship between transformational leadership and employee performance. The mentality ready to change in this study serves as a full mediator. This new research proposes a model for building employee performance among RAC industrial employees in Bekasi through the development of transformational leadership practices with a change-ready mentality as a mediating variable. This research can pave the way for developing a ready-to-change mentality in employees in the face of the pace of the fourth industrial revolution

    Kinerja organisasi dipengaruhi secara positif oleh perilaku inovatif karyawan, tetapi studi terbaru menunjukkan bahwa perilaku kerja inovatif mungkin memiliki konsekuensi kinerja yang negatif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji bagaimana variable kontekstual berupa kepercayaan inovasi dan otonomi kerja mempengaruhi efektivitas perilaku kerja inovatif melalui moderasi kepuasan kerja. Model teoretis dikembangkan dan diuji pada data sampel 173 karyawan di salah satu industry manufaktur di Indonesia. Pengolahan data menggunakan metode SEM dengan perangkat lunak SmartPLS 3.0. Studi ini menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan kerja mampu memoderasi pengaruh kepercayaan inovasi terhadap perilaku kerja inovatif karyawan industry manufaktur. Berbanding terbalik dengan otonomi kerja. Implikasi praktis dari hasil studi ini adalah manajerial perusahaan dapat menyelaraskan variable kontekstual dengan kepuasan kerja guna memperoleh efektivitas yang tinggi dari perilaku kerja inovatif karyawan

    Abstract: This study aims to measure the influence of tacit and explicit knowledge on teacher teacher innovation capability in Indonesia mediated by organizational culture. Data collection was carried out by simple random sampling via electronic to a population of teachers in Jabodetabek. The returned and valid questionnaire results were 231 samples. Data processing using SEM method with SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results of this study are tacit knowledge sharing has a positive and significant effect on teacher innovation capability, both directly and through mediating organizational culture. While explicit knowledge sharing only has a positive and significant effect on teacher innovation capability through organizational culture mediation. This novel research is proposing a model to build teacher innovation capability among teachers through tacit & explicit knowledge sharing with organizational culture as mediation. Pengumpulan data dilakukan secara simple random sampling melalui elektronik terhadap populasi guru di Jabodetabek. Hasil kuesioner yang kembali dan valid sebanyak 231 sampel. Pengolahan data menggunakan metode SEM dengan software SmartPLS 3.0. Hasil penelitian ini adalah tacit knowledge sharing berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kapabilitas inovasi guru, baik secara langsung maupun melalui mediasi budaya organisasi. Sedangkan berbagi pengetahuan eksplisit hanya berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kemampuan inovasi guru melalui mediasi budaya organisasi. Penelitian baru ini mengusulkan suatu model untuk membangun kapabilitas inovasi guru di antara para guru melalui tacit dan eksplisit knowledge sharing dengan budaya organisasi sebagai mediasi. Penelitian ini dapat membuka jalan untuk meningkatkan kesiapan guru dalam menghadapi era pendidikan 4.0.    

    Analysis of Profitability, Sales Growth, and Determinants of Tax Avoidance in PT Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk Period 2016-2020

    This study aims to determine the effect of profitability and sales growth on the tax avoidance of PT. Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk period between 2016-2020. Increased sales make the company earn big profits; therefore, the company will tend to practice tax avoidance. Tax avoidance is a legal activity that is often carried out by companies in an effort to reduce tax payments. The data in this study is secondary data in the form of company financial statements. Profitability is measured by Return On Assets (ROA), which is the ratio between net income after tax and total assets. Sales Growth is measured by the formula for the difference between the current and previous year's sales divided by the previous year's sales. While the assessment of tax avoidance behavior is measured by the Cash Effective Tax Rate (CETR), which is the ratio between cash for taxes and profit before tax. The data processing technique in this study used multiple linear regression with the Ordinary Least Square (OLS) method. The results of the classical assumption test carried out explain that the data is normally distributed, there is no multicollinearity disorder between independent variables, the data is linear data and there is no heteroscedasticity, and there is no autocorrelation between residual values. While the results of multiple linear regression indicate that profitability and sales growth have a significant positive effect on tax avoidance. This is in line with the CETR value which tends to be small, which is close to 0, which means that the tax avoidance that occurs is quite large
