    Penelitian ini membahas tentang suatu proses membangun semangat cinta lingkungan sehat komunitas anak SD pada 3 sekolahan di Desa Perning. Proses pengorganisasian komunitas anak ini bertujuan agar memiliki rasa cinta terhadap lingkungan melalui hubungan timbal balik antara manusia dengan lingkunganya atau sistem ekologi. Adapun fokus masalah yang dirumuskan oleh peneliti dianataranya yaitu 1) Bagaimana problematika kesehatan masyarakat di Desa mengenai lingkungan sehat?, 2) Bagaimana strategi dalam membangun semangat cinta lingkungan hidup pada komunitas anak di Desa Perning, 3) Bagaimana hasil dari proses pngorganisasian untuk membangun semangat cinta lingkungan sehat pada anak menuju kampung sehat dan bersih di Desa Perning Jatikalen Nganjuk?. Pengorganisasian komunitas anak terhadap ketidak pedulian anak SD pada lingkungan dengan cara mengelolah sampah dan menanam serta merawat tanaman menjadikan lingkungan hijau dan bersih. Penelitian dan pendampingan ini menggunakan Participatory Action Research (PAR). Metode PAR merupakan penelitian yang melibatkan secara aktif semua stakeholder atau pihak-pihak yang relevan seperti bapak/ibu guru pengajar sekolah, anak-anak SD, orang tua dan Pegawai Negeri Sipil yang mengajar di sekolah tersebut. dan juga melibatkan secara aktif semua stakeholder atau pihak-pihak yang relevan terhadap apa yang diteliti dalam mengkaji tindakan yang sedang berlangsung, dimana pengalaman masyarakat sendiri sebagai persoalan dalam rangka melakukan perubahan dan perbaikan yang orientasinya membuat masyarakat lebih baik. Hasil dari penelitian dari proses pengorganisasian dalam terwujudnya perubahan perilaku dan bertambahnya wawasan komunitas anak sekolah dasar mengenai lingkungan sehat. Selama proses pengorganisasian berlangsung, anak-anak sudah mulai mengetahui mengenai dampak dari lingkungan yang kotor melalui pendidikan yang dibangun oleh peneliti guna untuk membangun semangat mereka sejak sekolah dasar. Serta adanya kegiatan mulung sampah, dan terbentuknya jadwal piket kelas untuk meningkatkan sikap kepedulian terhadap kebersihan lingkungan yang telah dibangun sejak sekolah dasar

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendesain, membuat, dan mengukur parameter antena mikrostrip segiempat linier array dengan teknik pencatuan proximity coupling parameter yang diujikan yaitu frekuensi tengah 1,575 GHz, bandwidth minimal 10 MHz, Gain minimal 4 dB, axial ratio maksimal 2, polarisasi melingkar, return loss minimal 10 dB dan VSWR maksimal 2 sehingga sesuai dengan antena GPS untuk Quasi Zenith Satelitte. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Laboratorium Telekomunikasi Jurusan Teknik Elektro Fakultas Teknik Universitas Negeri Jakarta pada bulan September 2015 – Desember 2015. Antena ini dirancang pada frekuensi tengah 1,575 GHz dibuat menggunakan substrat Epoxy FR-4 dengan r = 4,3 dan h = 1,6 mm. Dari frekuensi kerja antena maka didapatkan dimensi antena dengan lebar elemen peradiasi 53,28 mm dan panjang elemen peradiasi 42,28 mm. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik linier array saluran T-Junction untuk menghasilkan gain yang besar, teknik slot untuk menghasilkan polarisasi melingkar dan teknik pencatuan proximity coupling untuk membuat nilai return loss dan VSWR sesuai dengan parameter yang diinginkan. Desain antena menggunakan perangkat lunak CST microwave studio 2014 dan pengukuran dilakukan menggunakan perangkat keras spectrum analyzer. Dari hasil penelitian Antena Mikrostrip Segiempat Linier Array dengan teknik pencatuan Proximity Coupling untuk Aplikasi pada Frekuensi 1,575 GHz telah berhasil dibuat dan diuji secara simulasi dan pengukuran. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa antena mikrostrip ini berhasil didesain pada perangkat lunak CST Microwave Studio 2014, difabrikasi, dan diuji menggunakan alat ukur Spectrum Analyzer dengan hasil parameter frekuensi kerja sebesar 1,560 GHz, bandwidth sebesar 30 MHz, gain sebesar 7 dB, axial ratio 0.93 dB, polarisasi melingkar (RHCP), return loss 30,77 dB dan VSWR 1.04

    This research aims to determine and explain the effect of Perceived Organizational Support, Employee Training, Core Competencies, and Self-Efficacy on Employee Performance. This is a causal research with quantitative approach. The sample collecting technique is using sample saturation with 60 respondent of non medical employee PT Cipta Nirmala Gresik. The statistical analysis used is Partial Least Square (PLS) with the support of smartPLS software. The results of this research show that Perceived Organizational Support has no significant effect on Employee Performance. Employee Training has positive and significant effect on Employee Performance. Core Competencies has no significant effect on Employee Performance.     Abstract: The main purpose of this paper is to understand the students 'reactions to reward and punishment, research reward and punishment if the method can improve students' motivation to learn Chinese language and academic performance. Qualitative research methods using of describe methods. The study design included: questionnaire before and after the test teaching methods. According to the results of this study, student motivation can be divided into: learning to responsibility, to avoid punishment, rewarded and improve their own identity, get recognition from people aroung them. In addition, the findings in the teaching process is the use of reward and punishment approach helps to enhance students' motivation to learn Chinese, and improve academic performance, the effect is significant. And students are easily accepted methods of punishment and reward, the majority of students want to get good grades when there are rewards, nor exclude wrong to be punished at the time.     PENGARUH INSTRUCTIONAL LEADERSHIP DAN PERSISTENCE TERHADAP TASK PERFORMANCE

    Kinerja tugas adalah tanggung jawab dan tugas yang dilakukan oleh setiap guru dalam melaksanakan pekerjaannya yang berkontribusi pada tugas-tugas administrasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan informasi tentang pengaruh kepemimpinan instruksional dan ketekunan pada kinerja tugas. Survei kausal melibatkan 120 guru, dipilih menggunakan Simple Random Sampling (SRS). Ada tiga instrumen yang dikembangkan untuk mengukur kinerja tugas (25 item, reliabilitas 0,952), kepemimpinan instruksional (30 item, reliabilitas 0,948) dan ketekunan (24 item, reliabilitas 0,940). Data dianalisis menggunakan regresi, korelasi, dan analisis jalur. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan instruksional dan ketekunan memiliki pengaruh langsung dan signifikan terhadap tugas kinerja guru. Oleh karena itu, untuk meningkatkan tugas kinerja guru, faktor-faktor seperti kepemimpinan instruksional dan ketekunan perlu dipertimbangkan. *********** Task performance is the responsibility and duty carried out by each teacher in carrying out his work which contributes to administrative tasks. This study aims to provide information about the influence of instructional leadership and persistence on task performance. The causal survey involved 120 teachers, selected using Simple Random Sampling (SRS). There are three instruments developed to measure task performance (25 items, reliability 0.952), instructional leadership (30 items, reliability 0.948) and persistence (24 items, reliability 0.940). Data were analyzed using regression, correlation, and path analysis. The results of the analysis show that the instructional leadership and persistence have a direct and significant influence on the teacher's performance tasks. Therefore, to improve teacher performance tasks, factors such as instructional leadership and persistence need to be considered

    Students’ Perception of Self-assessment on Speaking Presentation at Eleventh Grade SMA of YPI Darussalam

    This study described about students’ perception of self-assessment on speaking presentation. Now days there are many techniques which are used in assessing and one of them is self-assessment. Self-assessment is alternative assessment which involves the students to judge their own performance. It is appropriate to judge speaking presentation. Speaking presentation is oral presentation that is done by students through telling or presenting certain topic in front of the class. In order to know what students think and the technique have implemented is appropriate with students or not, the researcher here wants to know about student’s perception of self-assessment on speaking presentation. The design of the study is a mix method. Questionnaire and interview were used to collect the data. 63 students of eleventh grade in SMA YPI Darussalam were the subject of the study. The data was collected by using perception questionnaire in which the questionnaire was divided into three categories; evaluation, memory and impression. After gaining the data, the researcher analyzed the data with some formulas. The researcher also used interview to ensure the result of the questionnaire. The research findings from calculating showed that students had positive perception to the implementation of self-assessment on speaking presentation. It can be seen the tendency of the students answer in each item of questionnaire. The student tend to answer agree. It can be concluded that the students are interested about the implementation of self assessment on speaking presentation. It is because there are many advantages that have been gotten, such us; the students can evaluate themselves, responsibility with their presentation and can make their presentation be better. The researcher gives some suggestions to the teacher in order to stay using self-assessment on speaking presentation. The teacher should try to motivate the students and give more guidance to the students in order to the implementation self-assessment can maximally.     PENERAPAN PEMODELAN STOKASTIK DENGAN METODE POLINOM NEWTON GREGORY MAJU DAN POLINOM NEWTON GREGORY MUNDUR DALAM MEMPREDIKSI JUMLAH PENDUDUK SUMATERA UTARA

    The population growth rate of an area is influenced by several factors including fertility, mortality and migration. Meanwhile, population counts are usually carried out through a population census which is carried out every 10 years. As a metropolitan area, every year North Sumatra experiences a very rapid population growth rate. The population growth rate can be modelled with a stochastic model. In stochastic modelling refers to the percentage calculations for fertility, mortality and migration in predicting for the next census year period. Meanwhile, to calculate the population, you can use numerical methods, namely, forward newton Gregory polynomial and reverse newton Gregory polynomial. The method used in this study is a literature study where the data source used is secondary data and in this case, the researcher analyzes between three census periods, namely the period 1980 to 2010 and then predicts the period of the next census year. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of the three models in predicting the population of North Sumatra in the census period. For stochastic modelling, the prediction results obtained for the year 2010 are the percentage of total birth rate or fertility reaching ± 17.67%, the mortality reaches ± 39.61% and the migration reaches ± 42.72%. For 2020, the probability that the percentage of total birth or fertility is ± 16.83%, the mortality is ± 33.85% and the migration is ± 49.36% and for 2030 the probability of the percentage of total birth or fertility is ± 16.98%. the mortality reached ± 34.28% and the migration reached ± 48.74%. And for the forward newton Gregory polynomial method and the reverse Gregory newton polynomial, the total relative error is obtained respectively while for the reverse newton Gregory polynomial method the total error value is. Referring to the error value, the advanced Newton Gregory polynomial method has better accuracy
