    Penerapan Standar Keselamatan Pasien di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Barat

    Keselamatan menjadi isu global dan terangkum dalam lima isu penting yang terkait di rumah sakit yaitu keselamatan pasien, keselamatan pekerja atau petugas kesehatan, keselamatan bangunan dan peralatan di rumah sakit, keselamatan lingkungan dan keselamatan bisnis rumah sakit yang terkait dengan kelangsungan hidup rumah sakit. Mengingat masalah keselamatan pasien merupakan masalah yang perlu ditangani segera maka diperlukan standar keselamatan pasien fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan yang merupakan acuan untuk melaksanakan kegiatannya. Berdasarkan Permenkes RI Nomor 11 Tahun 2017 tentang Keselamatan Pasien bahwa setiap fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan harus menyelenggarakan keselamatan pasien. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui sejauh mana penerapan standar keselamatan pasien di RSUD Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Barat. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi dan subjek penelitian berjumlah 7 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode wawancara mendalam dan observasi. Analisis data kualitatif dan validitas data menggunakan teknik triangulasi sumber dan triangulasi metode. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa dampak penerapan standar keselamatan pasien mulai dari hak pasien, pendidikan bagi pasien dan keluarga, keselamatan pasien dan kesinambungan pelayanan, penggunaan metoda-metoda peningkatan kinerja, peran kepemimpinan dalam meningkatkan keselamatan pasien, mendidik staf tentang keselamatan pasien dan komunikasi di rumah sakit telah diterapkan dan dilaksanakan dengan baik sesuai dengan peraturan yang ada. RSUD Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Barat telah menerapkan standar keselamatan pasien berdasarkan Permenkes RI No 11 Tahun 2017

    Salah satu permasalahan yang ada di masyarakat Desa Kradenan, Papringan, dan Pager, Kecamatan Kaliwungu, Kabupaten Semarang adalah kurangnya kesadaran perilaku hidup bersih dan sehat di masyarakat. Maka program KKN UAD difokuskan pada kesehatan masyarakat. Program ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan perilaku hidup bersih dan sehat menuju masyarakat yang sejahtera. Metode pelaksanaan program KKN meliputi : pendidikan masyarakat dan praktek langsung. Dampak dari kegiatan KKN ini adalah : 1) tercipta kesadaran masyarakat tentang pentingnya PHBS , 2) memberikan penyuluhan tentang bahayanya buang air besar di sungai 3)melakukan pemeriksaan jentik nyamuk dan pemberian obat Abate di masyarakat, 4) memberikan penyuluhan bahaya asap rokok di tempat umum, 5) mengajak masyarakat memeriksakan anaknya ke POSYANDU secara rutin

    Background : Complexity of hospital marketing strategy that have social function needed research to analyses marketing strategy have been applied by PKU Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta hospital, especially to promote Laparoscopy Product. Marketing strategy of the segmentation, targeting and positioning. The aim of the research to analyses marketing strategy of PKU Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta to promote Laparoscopy product.Method : This was descriptive research using qualitative method. The subject was director of public and financing, the chief of marketing, and patient of Laparsocopy user. Data from the resources person was analyses carefully.Result : Strategy analyses used marketing analyses, product analyses, and competitor analyses. Laparoscopy marketing segmentation was the middle and lower social class of the patient. No distinct market targeting yet of the marketing segmentation have been applying, its caused marketing not effective yet. The position of Laparoscopy product based on seven based variable those were: attribute positioning, benefit positioning, application positioning, user positioning, competitor positioning, product category positioning, and quality/price positioning.Conclusion : Laparoscopy marketing in PKU Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta have been effective insight amount of the patient who have been using of the Laparoscopy product. However, improving better services that Laparoscopy product capable become positioning product.     PENGARUH GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN DAN MOTIVASI KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA PERAWAT DI RSU RAJAWALI CITRA KABUPATEN BANTUL

    Kinerja merupakan hasil dari pekerjaan seseorang dalam suatu organisasi yang dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor. Kinerja dapat dipengaruhi oleh gaya kepemimpinan dan motivasi kerja. Menurut perawat RSU Rajawali Citra, jumlah sumber daya manusia (SDM) di bagian keperawatan masih kurang. Perawat merasa kurangnya jumlah perawat di rumah sakit ini karena perawat tidak hanya mendapat tugas di satu bangsal, misalnya perawat yang bertugas di bangsal anak juga mendapat tugas di bangsal dewasa dan dapat berpindah tugas ke bangsal yang lain sesuai kebutuhan, artinya perawat mempunyai tugas ganda. Hal ini akan menjadi beban saat terjadi peningkatan jumlah pasien yang membuat perawat berpindah-pindah tempat ke bangsal yang memerlukan perawat tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja perawat di RSU Rajawali Citra. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian analitik dengan desain studi cross sectional. Analisis data adalah analisis univariat untuk menggambarkan karakteristik masing-masing variabel dan analisis bivariate dengan alat uji menggunakan analisis korelasi pearson product moment. Besar sampel pada penelitian ini adalah 45 sampel. Hasil dari uji univariat didapatkan hasil bahwa gaya kepemimpinan menurut mayoritas perawat termasuk dalam kategori sedang (55,6%), motivasi kerja yang dimiliki oleh para perawat termasuk dalam kategori sedang (71,1%), sedangkan hasil untuk kinerja perawat termasuk dalam kategori sedang (66,7%). Hasil uji bivariat didapatkan hasil bahwa ada pengaruh antara gaya kepemimpinan dengan kinerja perawat (sig 0,000), dan ada pengaruh antara motivasi kerja dengan kinerja perawat (sig 0,000). Semakin tinggi gaya kepemimpinan maka semakin tinggi pula kinerja perawat di RSU Rajawali Citra Kabupaten Bantul, 2) Semakin tinggi motivasi kerja maka semakin tinggi pula kinerja perawat di RSU Rajawali Citra Kabupaten Bantul.     Central Sterile Supply Department (CSSD) or Sterilization Center Installation is a strategic service unit in preventing infection. And has the main function of preparing clean and sterile tools for the purposes of patient care at the hospital. The research method used descriptive qualitative and research design used case study. Techniques of collecting data using interviews, checklist and document review. The results show that 1) CSSD planning is well planned, 2) CSSD organizing has not been fully structured, 3) Implementation consists of receiving tools, packaging, labeling, sterilization, distribution, and storage, 4) supervision done every 6 months.Central Sterile Supply Department (CSSD) atau Instalasi Pusat Sterilisasi adalah unit pelayanan yang strategis dalam upaya pencegahan infeksi dan mempunyai fungsi utama yaitu menyiapkan alat-alat bersih dan steril untuk keperluan perawatan pasien di rumah sakit. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dan rancangan penelitian yang digunakan studi kasus Pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, checklist dan telaah pustaka. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) perencanaan CSSD sudah terencana dengan baik, 2) pengorganisasian CSSD belum tersusun secara maksimal, 3) Pelaksanaan terdiri dari penerimaan alat, pengemasan, pelabelan, pensterilan, pendistribusian dan penyimpan, 4)Pengawasan dilakukan setiap 6 bulan sekal

    The safety of patient was important component in quality of service in health. The hospital of Wonosari was belongs to the government districts of Gunung Kidul type C whom has contribution in services of health for people. In 2016 facilities like barcode not yet in all rooms, human resources have not consistenly reported KTD, the bathroom floor was slippery so that it can cause an incidence of patient safety risk. Now overall the implementation of patient safety has been running optimally, such as the availability of supporting facilities and later of SOP, socoalization and training on evaluation and supervision have been held. The aims of this study to analyze the implementation of patient safety goals based on the hospital accreditation standards (KARS) at RSUD Wonosari Yogyakarta. This studied used qualitative methods through in-depth interviews, observation and document review. Data collection was done by interviewing 5 informants. Identification of patients using two identities, effective communication with SBAR and TBaK, stores medications that need to be watched out in a separate place, tagging used checklist patient at surgery, applied 6 steps and 5 handwashing moments from WHO, conduct initial assessment and reassessment of patients at risk of falled.     Background: Theprocess of development is Nur Hidayah Hospital (RS Nur Hidayah) Bantulmakes employees work load increases. Improved performance the hospital can improveemployee performance. If the employees performance is getting better, the service given to thepatients will be getting better too. The researcher interested to do research the relationship ofworkload with performance of employees.Method: This was descriptive research using cross sectional approach. Research of method that used quantitative, the number of 79 employees respondents. The data analyzed using correlation analysis. Workload assessed by questionnaire, performance while using a checklist.Result: Performance (92,4 %) employees are included in the high category, while for the majority of the workload of employees included in the medium category with a percentage 54, 4 %. There is no significant relationship of workload with employee performance (p (0,066)>0, 05).Conclusion: This study shows employee performance is already high.     Background : Human resources are hospital assets that play a role in hospital services. One of the human resources in the hospital is a nurse. Nurses are front-line employees of the hospital who often interact with patients and play an important role in creating a good image of hospitals that often interact with patients by providing the best service. To achieve the highest quality of service, nurses must have a strong motivation, leaders who inspire subordinates, a culture of help to provide the best service. Nurses' attitudes and behavior in providing the best service aims to improve the effectiveness of hospital performance without ignoring individual productivity goals known as the Organization Citizenship Behavior (OCB). This study aims to determine the relationship of motivation, leadership, and organizational culture with Organization Citizenship Behavior toward nurses in Grhasia Psychiatric Hospital. Methods : This study was a quantitative analytic research with a cross sectional design. The research subjects were nurses of Grhasia Psychiatric Hospital involved to 66 nurses. The research instrument is a questionnaire. Data analysis with unvariate and biavariate analysis. Result: The bivariate analysis showed that there was a relationship between motivation and OCB toward nurses in Grhasia Psychiatric Hospital p-value = 0.010. There is a relationship between leadership and OCB toward nurses in Grhasia Psychiatric Hospital p-value = 0,001. There is a relationship between organizational culture and OCB toward nurses in Grhasia Psychiatric Hospital p-value = 0.031. Conclusion: There was a relatioship of motivation, leadership, and organization culture with Organization Citizenship Behavior (OCB) toward nurses in Grhasia Psychiatric Hospital

    The hospital was established as a channel for hospital services to every level of society thathas several marketing strategies defined to be able to maintain a good response from customers, so the hospital must have an effective program to retain oldcustomers. The marketing mix is a solution for patient problems, in obtaining pleasant,comfortable serviceand good communication from the hospital to customers. Loyalty level that displays the need to have a high sense of loyalty, as well as having a beneficial effect on the healthcareorganization. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between themarketing mix and patient loyalty in the outpatient installation polyclinic at the Nyi AgengSerang Kulon Progo Regional General Hospital. This research is a quantitative research approach cross-sectional. The sample in this study was 110 outpatient polyclinic patients selected by purposive sampling. There search was conducted in June-July 2023 at Nyi AgengSerang Hospital, Kulon Progo. Data analysis univariate, bivariate and multivariate with ChiSquare statistical tests and Multiple Linear Regression statistical tests. The results showedthat there was a relationship between the marketing mix of places and patient loyalty with a p-value of 0.002. There is a relationshipbetween the marketing mix of people and patient loyalty with a p-value of 0.000. There is a relationship between the marketing mix processand patient loyalty with a p-value of 0.007. and multivariate analysis shows that the marketing mix variables place, people and process statistically have a joint influence onpatient loyalty and the variable that has the greatest influence is the marketing mix variable people with a p-value of 0.004.
