    ABSTRAK KESEHATAN REPRODUKSI PEREMPUAN DALAM AL-QUR’AN (Studi Tafsir Al-Maraghi) Oleh Marjuki Al-Qur’an telah banyak menunjukkan perhatiannya terhadap perlindungan kaum perempuan termasuk yang berkaitan dengan kesehatan reproduksinya. Hanya saja pembahasan kesehatan reproduksi secara ilmiah kedokteran tidak ditemukan dalam banyak kitab tafsir klasik. Pembahasan tentang haid, seksualitas, kehamilan, melahirkan dan menyusui lebih banyak ditinjau dari sisi fikihnya saja. Berbeda dengan tafsir modern, salah satunya tafsir Al-Maraghi karya Ahmad Musthofa Al-Maraghi yang memiliki kekhasan dalam tafsirnya dengan memperhatikan pendapat para ilmuan yang ahli di bidangnya masing-masing termasuk ahli kedokteran. Skripsi ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif melalui pendekatan kualitatif dengan menggunakan teknik studi literatur sebagai suatu teknik yang dipergunakan untuk mempelajari buku-buku referensi, transkip hasil rekaman ceramah dan hasil penelitian sejenis sebelumnya yang pernah dilakukan oleh orang lain sesuai dengan masalah yang dikaji. Sesuai dengan latar belakang yang telah diungkapkan di atas, maka fokus permasalahan dalam penelitian ini yaitu berkaitan dengan eksistensi perlindungan Al-Qur’an terhadap kesehatan reproduksi perempuan dan karakteristik Al-Maraghi dalam penafsiranya terhadap ayat kesehatan reproduksi perempuan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian pustaka (library research) dengan menggunakan data primer tafsir Al-Maraghi karya Ahmad Musthafa Al-Maraghi. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan maudhu’i atau tematik. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis dengan variabel utama yaitu ayat-ayat Al-Qur’an berkaitan kesehatan reproduksi perempuan menurut tafsir Al-Maraghi. Adapun langkah pokok analisis data dalam penelitian ini diawali dengan inventarisasi teks berupa ayat, mengkaji teks, melihat historis ayat dan melihat hadits. Selanjutnya diinterpretasikan secara objektif dan dituangkan secara deskriptif dan ditarik beberapa kesimpulan secara deduktif dengan mengacu kepada masalah yang telah dirumus. Hasil penelitian ini berdasarkan ayat-ayat yang dikaji, eksistensi perlindungan Al-Qur’an terhadap kesehatan reproduksi perempuan perspektif Al-Maraghimeliputi: Pertama, perlindungan kesehatan ibu dan bayi baru lahir. Kedua, perlindungan kesehatan reproduksi remaja. Sedangkan karakteristik pemikiran Al-Maraghi tentang kesehatan reproduksi perempuan diantaranya: menggunakan pendekatan ilmiah kedokteran dalam tafsirnya, dan mengungkap fakta realita di masyarakat sebagai penguat argumentasi penafsirannya

    Tesis penelitian telah dilakukan selama sebulan di SMA Negeri 1 Sandai. Dengan subyek penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui prosedur penerimaan mahasiswa baru dan penilaian yang akan digunakan sebagai analisis perancangan sistem informasi akademik online di SMA Negeri 1 Sandai, yang mampu menyajikan data kepada publik, orang tua wali dan siswa dengan dari tujuan meningkatkan sistem waktu di mana penerimaan siswa baru dan penilaian merupakan kegiatan rutin yang selalu dilakukan tahun penghapus. Sejak awal, nilai mengisi siswa dan mahasiswa baru yang masih menggunakan sistem manual yang membutuhkan waktu yang lama. Desain dari sistem dilakukan dengan metode waterfall dan bahasa pemodelan menggunakan UML. Sedangkan bahasa pemrograman yang digunakan adalah PHP menggunakan database MySQL. Aplikasi ini dimulai dari pendaftaran, pengumuman penerimaan mahasiswa baru, pengelolaan nilai guru dan melihat nilai dengan siswa dan orang tua / wali dapat dilakukan secara offline atau online. Hasil dari desain akhir menghasilkan Sistem Informasi Akademik online di SMA Negeri 1 Sandai

    Struktur Belitan Stator dan Rotor Bermagnet Permanen Fluks Radial untuk Alternator Fase Tunggal

    Pemanfaatan kembali rangka dan inti stator bekas dari motor induksi fase-tiga (3Φ) melalui pengkondisian ulang terhadap rangka dan inti stator untuk perolehan alternator fase-tunggal. Pengkondisian ulang terhadap inti stator dgunakan untuk pembentukan belitan stator pada inti stator. Pembentukan belitan stator dipengaruhi oleh jumlah alur pada stator, luas masing-masing alur, pemilihan luas penampang dan tipe kawat email untuk kumparan, dan cara penggulungan kumparan dan penentuan jumlah kutub. Struktur belitan stator digunakan untuk pabrikasi struktur rotor dengan magnet permanen fluks radial. Keberadaan struktur belitan stator dan rotor dengan magnet permanen fluks radial pada alternator fase-tunggal digunakan sebagai dasar perhitungan untuk perolehan daya elektris teoritis yang dihasilkan alternator fase-tunggal. Keberadaan struktur rotor dengan magnet permanen fluks radial pada alternator fase-tunggal digunakan sebagai dasar perhitungan daya mekanis teoritis yang diperlukan dari penggerak mulan. Struktur belitan stator terbentuk oleh enam grup kumparan (koil) tipe jerat (lap winding) satu lapis pada rentang 6 (enam) aluran yang terhubung seri. Struktur rotor berbentuk silinder berongga berdimensi 60 mm, 30 mm, dan 85 mm yang dilengkapi dengan 12 buah magnet permanen. Nilai daya elektris teoritis yang dihasilkan alternator sebesar 81 VA, sedangkan daya mekanis teoritis yang diperlukan dari penggerak mula sebesar 350 watt. Kata

    This study aimed to determine the effect of leadership competencies, work discipline and organizational climate partially or jointly against employee productivity. This study uses quantitative methods to survey techniques. Data collection instrument used was a questionnaire enclosed with Likert scale. This research uses a random sample of the number of respondents is 72 employees. Data obtained from this study will be analyzed using statistical methods with SPSS version 19 for Windows. The results of this study indicate that There is a positive and significant influence between the competence leader (X1) on the productivity of employees (Y) with a correlation coefficient of determination of 0.312 with a simple regression equation = 16,095 + 0,426X1. There is a positive and significant effect of labor discipline (X2) to the satisfaction of productivity of employees (Y) with a correlation coefficient of determination of 0.373 with a simple regression equation = 23.561 + 0,463X2. There is a positive and significant influence between organizational climate (X3) on productivity of employees (Y) with a correlation coefficient of determination of 0.323 with a simple regression equation = 11.292 + 0,687X3. There is a positive and significant influence competence leader (X1), work discipline (X2) and organizational climate (X3) together on productivity (Y), multiple correlation coefficient of determination obtained 0,929 with multiple regression equation = 6.312 + 0,152X1 + 0.257X2+0,306X3. This research is expected to be useful for companies in particular to increase employee productivity maximally. Researchers suggest that corporate management, always improve the competence of leaders, work discipline and organizational climate so that employee productivity increases in the future

    The aim of this study to determine the best solvent for noni fruits (Morinda citrifolia L.) extraction processes that can reduce the growth of ruminal protozoa and gas production. This reaserch used a nested on randomized block design with 2 factors of treatment and 3 groups as replicates, if there was significant different would be tested by Duncan's Multiple Range Test Methode. EM was noni fruits extract which methanol used as solvent, and EA was noni fruits extract which aquadest used as solvent. The result show that the number of protozoa and gas production were decreased on additional of noni fruits extract with methanol solvent (P<0,05). The conclusion of this research is the used of methanol is the best solvent in noni fruits extraction processes to reduce a number of ruminal protozoa and increase of degradability

    Effect of White Kabesak (Acacia Leucophloea Roxb) Leaves Level in the Diet on Feed Intake and Body Weight Gain of Kacang Goat

    This study was conducted to analysis the effect of levels of white kabesak (Acacia leucophloea Roxb.) Willd. leaves in the diet on feed intake, digestibility and body weight gain of Kacang goats. The completely randomized block design using 5 treatments and 5 replications was used in this experiment. The treatments were 5 concentrate feeds containing different levels of white kabesak leaves i.e. 0, 10, 20, 30 and 40% in the dry matter (DM) basis (representing T0, T1, T2, T3 and T4 treatments, respectively). The feeds were set up to contain 11.5-12.5% of crude protein (CP). Concentrate feed and native grass was fed at ratio of 60 : 40 was fed to 5 local male goats (age 1-1.5 years old and initial weight of 16.7±5.0 kg). The results showed that DM, organic matter (OM), and CP intake of T0 was not significantly different from those of T1 goats, but it was significantly higher (P<0.05) than those of T2, T3 and T4. The DM, OM, CP, and crude fiber (CF) digestibility as well as body weight gain in T2 goats were significantly higher (P<0.05) and had feed conversion ratio that was significantly better (P<0.05) compared to those of the other feed treatments. In conclusion, the most optimum level of white kabesak (Acacia leucophloea Roxb.) Willd. leaves used in concentrate feed for goat was 20 %

    Meningococcal disease in North America: Updates from the Global Meningococcal Initiative

    This review summarizes the recent Global Meningococcal Initiative (GMI) regional meeting, which explored meningococcal disease in North America. Invasive meningococcal disease (IMD) cases are documented through both passive and active surveillance networks. IMD appears to be decreasing in many areas, such as the Dominican Republic (2016: 18 cases; 2021: 2 cases) and Panama (2008: 1 case/100,000; 2021: <0.1 cases/100,000); however, there is notable regional and temporal variation. Outbreaks persist in at-risk subpopulations, such as people experiencing homelessness in the US and migrants in Mexico. The recent emergence of β-lactamase-positive and ciprofloxacin-resistant meningococci in the US is a major concern. While vaccination practices vary across North America, vaccine uptake remains relatively high. Monovalent and multivalent conjugate vaccines (which many countries in North America primarily use) can provide herd protection. However, there is no evidence that group B vaccines reduce meningococcal carriage. The coronavirus pandemic illustrates that following public health crises, enhanced surveillance of disease epidemiology and catch-up vaccine schedules is key. Whole genome sequencing is a key epidemiological tool for identifying IMD strain emergence and the evaluation of vaccine strain coverage.
