    Hakikat seorang pendidik kaitannya dalam pendidikan Islam adalah mendidik dan sekaligus di dalamnya mengajar sesuai dengan keilmuwan yang dimilikinya. Secara umumnya pendidik adalah orang yang memiliki tanggungjawab mendidik. Bila dipersempit pengertian pendidik adalah guru yang dalam hal ini di suatu lembaga sekolah. Sedangkan pengajar adalah pendidik yang baik. Adapun hakekat pendidik adalah Allah SWT yang mengajarkan ilmu kepada manusia dan manusia\ud pula yang mempunyai sebuah kewajiban baginya untuk mentransferkan ilmu itu kepada orang lain demi kemaslahatan ummat, hakekat peserta didik merupakan individu yang akan dipenuhi kebutuhan ilmu pengetahuan, sikap dan tingkah\ud lakunya, karena peserta didik adalah anggota masyarakat yang berusaha mengembangkan potensi diri melalui proses pembelajaran. \ud \ud Kata Kunci: Hakikat, Pendidik, Peserta Didi

    The study aims to determine the state of smoked catfish processing business,with particular regard to production and marketing systems. Research conducted inthe Penyasawan village Kampar District, Riau. There are nine smoked catfishprocessors, the processor uses all of the raw materials and other supporting materialsin the same amount, relative to the same production capacity in a single productioncycle, which differ only in frequency processing. Of the nine processors, twoprocessors to produce 1 time / week, six processors to produce 2 times / week, and aprocessor to produce 3 times / week. 500 kg of raw materials has resulted in 150 kgof smoked catfish, with production costs Rp 7.060,000, - or Rp 47,066.66 per kg ofsmoked atcfish. Smokedcatfish is sold at Rp 55,000 per kg. Smoked catfish sold bydirect marketing by a processing system to the nearest markets around the county,and the system of indirect marketing (distribution channels) through traders tomarkets outside the district. The main problem is the problem faced by processingabsorption smoked catfish market is still low and the credit ratings of traders

    FDM preparation of bio-compatible UHMWPE polymer for artificial implant

    Due to its properties of high wear, creep resistance, high stiffness and strength, Ultra-High Molecular Weight Polyethylene (UHMWPE) was developed to eliminate most metallic wear in artificial implant, which conventionally found in stainless steel, Cobalt Chromium (Co-Cr) and Titanium (Ti) alloys. UHMWPE has an ultra-high viscosity that renders continuous melt-state processes including one of the additive manufacturing processes, Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM) ineffective for making UHMWPE implant. Attempt to overcome this problem and adapting this material to FDM is by blending UHMWPE with other polyethylene including High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) and Polyethylene-Glycol (PEG) which provide adequate mechanical properties for biomedical application along with the improvement in extrudability. It was demonstrated that the inclusion of 60% HDPE fraction has improved the flowability of UHMWPE in MFI test and showing adequate thermal stability in TGA

    The study aims to assess the development and fisheries subsector contribution tothe economy (GDP) Rokan Hilir district. In order to achieve these objectives, the an-nual data collected (series) GDP and fisheries data Rokan Hilir district during the peri-od 2006 to 2010. Based on these data, the fisheries sector contributed 21.62%. Andseen his contribution to the fellow agriculture, fisheries subsector is the largest contrib-utor (41%) among the other sub-sectors (crops and hotikultura, tree crops, livestock,and forestry). Fisheries in Rokan Hilir district dominated by fishing in the ocean. Fish-eries production in 2010 was recorded 59808.43 tons, up from the previous years pro-duction. The increase in production occurred primarily in aquaculture production

    Designing Islamic religious education teaching based on creative digital application innovations in high rooms was an exciting and vital issue to study. For this reason, this study has met many academics from the state Islamic University of Antasari for us to hear their opinions, thoughts, and perspectives on how to design creative and innovative technology-based Islamic learning. The researcher recorded their thoughts and voices through question-and-answer, semi-chartered interviews with seven speakers, then collected the data. The researcher examined it with a phenomenological approach, namely, trying to understand some interview data to answer the problems of this study. The study process involves a phenomenological approach that coding the evaluation and interpreting the data in order to answer the problems. In addition, searchinf the data on secondary publications was also be carried out electronically with the same treatment. It examined them to get their thoughts and problem formulation. Based on the answers and analysis, it  concluded that designing Islamic religious learning with technological innovation and creativity has been done effective at Antasari State Islamic University.     The research aims: 1) to see the socio-economic situation of fishermencommunity of smoked fish processing, 2) to assess the state of smoked fishprocessing business in terms of financial, and 3) to assess whether the marketing ofsmoked fish from the Rantau Kopar still efficient. Research using survey methods.From the survey results revealed smoked fish processing businesses have long beenmade public for generations with over 10 years of business experience. Processingmost of the educational level of primary school completion only by the number ofdependents between 4-7 people. Producing processors ranging from Rp 800,000.00to Rp 1,800,000.00 per month. Smoked fish processing business needs capitalbetween Rp 460,000.00 - Rp 1,300,000.00 to the manufacturing cost of Rp900,000.00 - Rp 2,700,000.00 per week, with an average profit rate 10.98% of totalrevenue. Smoked fish marketing system from Rantau Kopar are still efficient becausethe larger fisherman share of the marketing margin

    Conceptual Understanding of High School Students on Plantae

    Kingdom Plantae is a topic taught in Grade Tenth in Indonesia high school. The previous researchers have found misconceptions and difficulties in understanding the classification and the nomenclature system of Kingdom Plantae. Understanding basic concepts of Kingdom Plantae is important to study the more complex system of Plantae. This research was aimed to analyze the conceptual understanding of high school students on Plantae. The participants were 372 eleven graders who had studied Kingdom Plantae and selected randomly from eleven high schools in Surakarta, Indonesia. The diagnostic test four-tier consisting of 20 items. The instrument was to identify conceptual understanding. The instrument showed result on validity (mean = 1.00 and SD = 0.06) and reliability (0.46). The test showed that 10.5% students grouped as understand, and the rest varied as to False Negative (4.4%), False Positive (10.1%), Lack of Knowledge (45.6%), and Misconception (29.4%). Based on the results of the test, the students have misconceptions about monocots and dicots, the morphology of Anacardium occidentale, Musa sp., and Solanum tuberosum, classification of Anacardium occidentale. It was recommended to do detail examination of the reasons of low achievement in conceptual understanding of students

    AC voltage regulation of a bidirectional high-frequency link converter using a deadbeat controller

    This paper presents a digital controller for AC voltage regulation of a bidirectional high-frequency link (BHFL) inverter using Deadbeat control. The proposed controller consists of inner current loop, outer voltage loop and a feed-forward controller, which imposes a gain scheduling effect according to the reference signal to compensate the steady-state error of the system. The main property of the proposed controller is that the current- and the voltage-loop controllers have the same structure, and use the same sampling period. This simplifies the design and implementation processes. To improve the overall performance of the system, additional disturbance decoupling networks are employed. This takes into account the model discretization effect. Therefore, accurate disturbance decoupling can be achieved, and the system robustness towards load variations is increased. To avoid transformer saturation due to low frequency voltage envelopes, an equalized pulse width modulation (PWM) technique has been introduced. The proposed controller has been realized using the DS1104 digital signal processor (DSP) from dSPACE. Its performances have been tested on a one kVA prototype inverter. Experimental results showed that the proposed controller has very fast dynamic and good steady-state responses even under highly nonlinear loads
