    The problem of organization of information techologies (IT) outsourcing for gen-eral education complexes in Moscow is considered. As a result of research into public pro-curement of IT outsourcing services for general education complexes a low level of technical support of the IT infrastructure by IT outsourcing companies and consequently frequent ear-ly termination of the concluded contracts of general education complexes with IT companies has been revealed. The method of a two-stage open tender for public procurement of IT out-sourcing services was developed and criteria (qualication requirements) of the choice of an IT company for public procurement that should improve the quality of services provided and reduce the percentage of prematurely terminated contracts in the future, -has been suggested

    Electrochemical behavior of Ti(IV)/Ti(III) redox couple on dropping mercury electrode in sulfuric acid aqueous and aqueous-organic media

    The processes of electrochemical reduction of Ti(IV) and oxidation of Ti(III) in aqueous solutions of H2SO4 not containing and containing AcOH or MeCN are studied by the methods of classical and commutation polarography. It is shown that in the absence of organic solvents the heterogenous electron transfer is irreversible in the media with the sulfuric acid concentration up to 9 M, while in aqueous-organic solution the same occurs at the concentration up to 7 M. Organic solvents are involved into the process of complex formation and like H2SO4, influence the step of heterogenous electron transfer; this effects weakens with the increase in the concentration of sulfuric acid. © 2009 Pleiades Publishing, Ltd

    The problems of the education digitalization, using the example of State budget educational institutions in Moscow has investigated. The analysis of the problems and their assessments, using the author's analysis of the institutions have identified the problem of poor IT support. The organizational structure of the Unified information support center for general education complexes has proposed. The functions of all the most significant divisions have defined, the functions between specialists in the Center, in the field and IT outsourcing have distributed. This center will allow to provide effective IT-support, to reduce the costs for performing management tasks by aggregating IT functions into a single system, to reduce the cost of technical support for IT infrastructure through the organization of IT outsourcing services

    Effect of thermomechanical impacts on the deformation of thin polyimide films at uniaxial tension

    Thermomechanical studies of the dependence of deformation on time (t) and temperature (T) for various static stresses in polyimide under uniaxial tension were carried out. Temporal deformation curves for static stresses in the range from 75 to 110 MPa consist of two stages: 1 - increase; 2 - exit to saturation, which is associated with a change in the nature of structural transformations of macromolecules, due to the action of the static stresses. An increase in temperature and voltage leads to an increase in the dependence e (Т). This is due to the intensification of the processes of structuring macromolecules with increasing temperature and are supplemented by processes of breaking bonds between macromolecules, which increase the strain rate. Experimental data are described in terms of exponential and linear models

    Mineralogical and geochemical features of the Manus Basin hydrothermal sulfide ores, Bismarck Sea

    Paragenetic mineral assemblages have been established based on mineralogical, chemical, and isotope (S, Pb) studies, and the sequence of deposition has been defined in hydrothennal sulfide structures in a typical back-arc basin. The ores in the Manus basin have a prominent Zn specialization (sphalerite, würtzite, and fe-sphalerite). An association of Fe-spbalerite and galena with Ag sulfosalts is noted that is not characteristic of typical midocean ridge hydrothennal systems. The average 34S in the sulfide minerals is 3.5%o, which corresponds to the medium-temperature sphalerite stage in hydrothermal mineral fonnation. It is suggested that the metal source is located in the relatively acid rocks of the island-arc tholeiitic series and possibly in sediments

    Stone Age Research in the Narva–Luga Klint Bay Area in 2005–2014

    The Narva–Luga micro-region, situated on the border of Estonia and Russia in north-eastern Europe, has been the target of international and interdisciplinary research conducted annually between 2005 and 2014. During this time, altogether 42 new archaeological sites have been discovered, and many sites have also been excavated – in addition, a large amount of natural scientific data has been collected. All in all, over 60 Stone Age and Bronze Age sites are currently known in this micro-region. The sites date mostly between the late 6th and late 3rd millennia calBC, that is, to the cultural contexts of Narva Ware, Comb Ware, and Corded Ware. In this paper, some of the main results of the archaeological studies made during the last decade are briefly summarised

    Search for potential gastric cancer markers using miRNA databases and gene expression analysis

    Aim: The aim of this study was to identify genes that are differentially expressed in gastric tumors and to analyze the association of their expression level with tumor clinicopathologic features. Methods: In the present research, we used bioinformatic-driven search to identify miRNA that are down-regulated in gastric tumors and to find their potential targets. Then, the expression levels of some of the target mRNAs were investigated using reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) analysis. Results: As a result of the bioinformatics analysis, fifteen genes were found to be potentially differentially expressed between the tumors and normal gastric tissue. Five of them were chosen for the further analysis (WNT4, FGF12, EFEMP1, CTGF, and HSPG2) due to their important role in cell proliferation and differentiation. Expression levels of these genes were evaluated in our collection of frozen tissue samples of gastric tumor and paired normal stomach epithelia. Increased FGF12 expression was observed in diffuse type of gastric cancer while WNT4 mRNA was found to be down-regulated in intestinal type of gastric cancer. Besides, CTGF gene overexpression was revealed in diffuse type of stomach cancer in comparison with that in intestinal type. Up-regulation of CTGF was also associated with lymph node metastasis. Conclusions: The findings show its expedient to perform further investigations in order to clarify diagnostic and prognostic value of CTGF, FGF12, and WNT4’s in stomach cancer as well as the role of these genes in carcinogenesis
