PENINGKATAN KESEJAHTERAAN DAN EKONOMI MASYARAKAT MELALUI PELATIHAN KETERAMPILAN KERAJINAN TANGAN

Abstract This training was motivated by the situation in one of the community groups, TPQ of Nurul Hikmah Gunung Anyar Surabaya, the majority of them were young women who did not work. Their hopes and desires are to have income without leaving the house. However, the problem is the lack of knowledge and skills in entrepreneurship. Therefore it is necessary to hold training to support young mothers to be independent. The mentioned Craft Skills Training is flannel training. This training uses only simple tools such as needles, pencils, rulers, scissors and glue gun. Through this craft skills training is expected to be the initial provision to open a business and is expected to be wider able to open job vacancies. This training produced handicraft products in the form of pencil cases, key chains and cellphones. The results of these skills can be sold online or offline, one of them by utilizing the social media they have. The implementation method to achieve the goal, is divided into three stages: first, counseling about the importance of having skills. Secondly, empowering housewives through training and thirdly, increasing production and marketing. The participation of TPQ Nurul Hikmah ladies greatly determines the success of the program that has been implemented. Keywords: independence, training, crafts Abstrak Pelatihan ini dilatarbelakangi oleh keadaaan di salah satu kelompok masyarakat, yaitu di perkumpulan TPQ Ibu-ibu Nurul Hikmah Gunung Anyar Surabaya mayoritas dari mereka adalah ibu muda yang tidak bekerja. Harapan dan keinginan mereka adalah mempunyai pendapatan tanpa harus keluar rumah. Akan tetapi yang menjadi kendala adalah minimnya pengetahuan dan keterampilan dalam berwirausaha. Oleh karena itu perlu diadakan pelatihan yang menunjang agar ibu-ibu muda bisa mandiri. Pelatihan Keterampilan Kerajinan Tangan yang dimaksud adalah pelatihan kain flanel. Pelatihan ini hanya menggunakan alat-alat sederhana seperti jarum, pensil, penggaris, gunting dan lem tembak. Melalui  pelatihan keterampilan kerajinan tangan ini diharapkan menjadi bekal awal untuk membuka usaha dan diharapkan lebih luas mampu membuka lowongan pekerjaan. Pelatihan ini menghasilkan produk-produk kerajinan berupa tempat pensil, gantungan kunci dan tempat HP. Hasil keterampilan ini bisa dijual dengan cara online maupun offline, salah satunya dengan memanfaatkan sosial media yang mereka miliki. Adapun metode pelaksanaan untuk mencapai tujuan, terbagi menjadi tiga tahap: yang pertama, penyuluhan tentang pentingnya memiliki keterampilan. Yang kedua, pemberdayaan ibu-ibu rumah tangga melalui pelatihan dan yang ketiga, peningkatan produksi dan pemasaran. Partisipasi ibu-ibu TPQ Nurul Hikmah sangat menentukan keberhasilan terhadap program yang telah dilaksanakan. Kata Kunci: kemandirian, pelatihan, kerajinan tanga

Peran Agama dalam Pembentukan Dasar Falsafah Negara dan Membangun Keutuhan Negara Kesatuan Republik Indonesia (NKRI)

Indonesia is a country of many different religions and beliefs. In Indonesia there are six religions recognized by the state. Of the many religions of Indonesia, religion plays an indirect role in creating a mind-set in each of its people. Based on these differences, it led to the creation of an ideology of the state not through easy process but through long discussions of predecessors who held high regard for the godhead. Judging from the many religious teachings that exist, it has presented its own challenge as to the extent of the role religion plays in ideologies that are capable of resolving conflict of differences within the country. Therefore, to address the issue, this writing deals with the relationship and implications of religious values at the base of the Indonesian state of pancasila, using the hermeneutical method that focused on philosophical excavation of the early idea of the establishment of the state of Indonesia. The study results in that within each of them please pancasila there are always religious values and application forms in every aspect of domestic life. It may be concluded that religion and countries have a relationship that is believed to bring legal and social pluralism into the unity of the republic of Indonesia

Analisa Keimanan Mahasiswa dalam Pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam secara Daring: Perspektif Psikologi

Islamic Religious Education is an important thing that needs to be taught to every student. By studying Islam, students should be able to become individuals who have noble morals, have a stand, and can be an example for others. In the current pandemic situation, it requires all learning to be carried out online, including learning Islamic Religious Education. This raises concerns for educators whether online learning can increase student faith. With these problems, research is needed to analyze the level of faith in online Islamic Religious Education from a psychological perspective. The study used qualitative data collection methods through questionnaires and in-depth interviews with 70 correspondents who were Industrial Engineering Students of UPN "Veteran" East Java. Correspondents will be given five questions regarding Islamic Religious Education learning which are also related to the indicator of faith from a psychological perspective. From the research, it was found that the total faith of the 70 correspondents was 83.2244898%. These results are quite good, but cannot reach maximum validity because only Allah SWT. Which can measure someone's faith with certainty

Experimental Study on the Seismic Behavior of Replaceable Shear Links Connected to Coupling Beam

A seismic device for steel core frames of high-rise buildings has been developed. The system consists of two concentrically brace frames connected with coupling beams and shear links. The shear link has been designed to yield and dissipate the energy while the coupling beam and other elements of the frames remain elastic. The experimental work had been conducted on a model of half-scale sub-assemblage of core steel frame with its links made in Japan and Indonesia.  The result of testing using a prescribed cyclic loading (AISC 341-10)  showed  that there was no indication of buckling nor fracture of the link on the assemblage as its plastic rotation reached 0.08 rad and beyond, and no decreasing strength indicated in the hysteretic curve. At the same time, there was no indication of any damage   (yielding, buckling) in coupling beam (web, flange, end-plate, bolts) and column. Yielding is localized only in web and flange of link. The Indonesian shear link specimen showed higher values of shear resisting force due to the higher value of its material yield-strength as compared to the Japan link specimen. However, both specimens showed the same ductility when they reached the maximum strength with its plastic rotation beyond 0.08 rad. as specified in the code (AISC 341-10)

ANALISIS MENGENAI METODE DAKWAH ISLAMI MELALUI PLATFORM TIKTOK PADA GEN Z

Penyebaran dakwa menggunakan sosial media tiktok memudakan parah pendakwa untuk menyampaikan syariat-syariat islam menjangkau Generasi Z. Tujuan karya tulis ilmiah ini adalah (1) Mendalami efektivitas metode dakwah Islam melalui platform TikTok pada generasi Z. Analisis ini akan difokuskan pada respon, partisipasi, dampak terhadap pemahamanWalahh, serta penerimaan nilai-nilai Islam di kalangan gen Z. (2) Mengetahui pemahaman yang mendalam mengenai potensi platform digital dalam menyebarkan dakwah Islam. (3) Memberikan rekomendasi untuk meningkatkan keberhasilan metode dakwah ini di era digital yang dipenuhi oleh pengguna TikTok dari kalangan generasi Z. Penelitihan ini menggunakan metode kualitatif yang menggunakan google formulir sebagai sarana dan melakukan wawancara tertulis. Subjek untuk penelitihan ini merupakan generasi Z yang berkisaran umur 17 tahun hingga 25 tahun. Hasil dari penelitihan ini (1) akun tiktok yang memiliki konten dakwa seperti @okisetianadewi_official, @sabilu taubah, @hiyung agam, @husien jafar, dan @kadamsidik. (2) konten dakwa yang digunakan diplatfrom tiktok (3) Dampak konten dakwa dimedia sosial dalam  kehidupan sehari. Terdapat 2 dampak yaitu (a) Dampak positif yaitu menumbuhkan rasa keimanan terhadap Allah SWT, sebagai pengingat dalam melakukan kegiatan, menjadikan kajian sebagai tren terkini, memperluas wawasan, memiliki akhlaq dalam bersosial media; (b) Dampak negative yaitu terjadi salah pemahaman, hanya mau mendengar bagian yang mendukung kita, terdapat konten belum tentu sesuai dengan ajaran, menimbulkan perpecahan, makna yang disampaikan kurang efektif. Sebaiknya sebagai pendakwah atau oknum yang ini membagian tentang ajaran agama islam sebaiknya disampaikan secara lengkap dan jelas bagaimana yang di maksud oleh ayat tersebut dan sebagai pendengar kita harus selektif untuk memastikan sumber yang kita gunakan terpercaya. Serta kita dapat menjaga sikap bila kita bersosial media

Analytical Investigation of the Applicability of Seismic Devices for Core Frames System in High-Rise Buildings

The use of link element in high rise buildings has been applied widely and proven to be effective in the eccentric braced frame system. Latest research has also shown that the applicability of link element can be extended to other type of structural systems, such as: coupled wall system or structures with core wall. The research showed that the use of link element could lead to better deformation capacity of the system and the link elements could act as a “fuse” to limit the input of earthquake force. However, the improvement of the seismic behavior may not be effective for any type of structural system. This paper investigates analytically parameters affecting the effectiveness of the application of shear link elements within a structural system. Several parameters being studied are the relative stiffness between link element and structural stiffness, types of structural configuration, etc

Studi Perbandingan Analisis Statik dan Dinamik pada Girder Kereta Cepat

Faktor perbesaran dinamis (dynamic amplification factor – DMF) lazim digunakan oleh perencana untuk memperbesar respons struktur (gaya dalam, perpindahan) yang didapatkan dari analisi statis untuk mengakomodasi efek dinamis dari laju kendaraan. Di dalam beberapa Code, faktor amplifikasi dinamis cenderung berupa rumus empiris yang tergantung pada bentangan struktur, bukan pada laju kendaraan. Studi ini hendak mengevaluasi berapa faktor amplifikasi dinamis yang mungkin terjadi pada momen lentur dan lendutan girder kereta apabila laju kendaraan divariasikan dari 100 km/jam s.d. 550 km/jam. Pemodelan dan analisis didasarkan pada girder tipikal untuk kereta cepat untuk bentang 32,6 m dengan menggunakan software metode elemen hingga. Hasil analisis software pertama-tama diverifikasi dengan solusi eksak dari persamaan gerak dinamik untuk beban terpusat berjalan (moving load), kemudian dilanjutkan dengan analisis terhadap beban kereta cepat CR400AF. Perbandingan antara respons dinamis dan statis (faktor amplifikasi dinamis) yang direkomendasikan oleh Code cenderung konservatif untuk laju kendaraan rencana 350 km/jam

Freedom of religious preaching in Indonesia, although guaranteed constitutionally, often triggers disputes amidst diversity of beliefs. Da\u27wah activities based on the enlightenment of the people, of course, must require a comprehensive understanding of religious tolerance. Tolerance, which etymologically means patience, open-mindedness or showing patience, must be reflected in the implementation of da\u27wah activities. Religious tolerance is very important when viewed from the condition of nations and countries with multi-ethnic, cultural and religious social life. In the context of the developing digital era, YouTube has modernized methods of religious preaching and learning, providing a broad platform for the dissemination of religious teachings. Analysis of religious content on YouTube reveals the importance of the integrity of the host, the relevance of the material, and the interactivity of the platform in educating and increasing tolerance and understanding between religious believers. Although YouTube facilitates widespread access to religious information, challenges regarding the credibility and veracity of information demand strong digital literacy from users. Face-to-face learning methods are still needed in Islam as a foundation for understanding religion, emphasizing the importance of direct interaction in religious education. This study highlights the need for innovative approaches in creating da\u27wah content on YouTube to attract young people in particular, strengthen their religious awareness, and synchronize da\u27wah and religious education with the needs of today\u27s digital generation
