    Implementasi Konsep Dynamic Capacity Dalam Peningkatan Kapasitas Terminal 1 Bandara Internasional Soekarno Hatta

    Bandara Internasional Soekarno Hatta (CGK) saat ini bukan hanya menjadi bandara tersibuk di Indonesia, namun telah menjadi bandara tersibuk di wilayah Asia Pasifik. Lonjakan penumpang tiap tahunnya tidak sebanding dengan kapasitas terminal sehinggal mengalami overcapacity. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk penilaian kapasitas dan alur kerja Terminal 1 dengan mengidentifikasi pola perilaku penumpang (passenger behavior) dalam penggunaan waktu pemrosesan fasilitas (processing time), antrian penumpang (passenger queueing), ruang (space) dan jumlah faslitas yang dibutuhkan (number of facilities). Selanjutnya akan dilakukan implementasi konsep dynamic capacity dalam peningkatan kapasitas Terminal 1 Bandara Internasional Soekarno Hatta sehingga dapat memberikan usulan perubahan/rekomendasi dalam mengatasi overcapacity yang terjadi. Analisis yang dilakukan menggunakan implementasi konsep dynamic capacity pada jam puncak (peak hour) dengan pembatasan pada area sisi udara yang dianggap tidak mempengaruhi kapasitas terminal. Pendekatan keseimbangan kapasitas (balancing capacity) digunakan dalam analisis ini dalam penentuan kapasitas setiap fasilitas pemrosesan (processor) Terminal 1 dengan mempertimbangkan bottleneck yang terjadi sehingga didapatkan peningkatan kapasitas menjadi 3 kali dari kapasitas Terminal 1 Bandara Internasional Soekarno Hatta. Setiap sub terminal 1 mempunyai kapasitas 3.000.000 penumpang/tahun yang dapat ditingkatkan menjadi 10.090.000 penumpang/tahun dengan beberapa perubahan yang harus dilakukan meliputi pengurangan waktu pemrosesan (processing time), penambahan area (space), penyesuaian tingkat layanan dan penambahan fasliltas yang dapat mempercepat waktu pemrosesan (processing time

    The important role of SMEs in the national economy, the development of the current era, namely industry 4.0, requires businesses to continue to be able to innovate, especially in technology and operations including the supply chain SMEs, so it needs encouragement from various groups including academics how to make conceptual material into policy or decisions for actors and stakeholders. The perpetrator of the SME Borondong Industry is one that must be supported because it is a traditional cultural heritage which is also a superior product in West Java so that it is expected to improve the economy. Along with the growing awareness of SMEs on technology, because it is facing the millennial era, it is an opportunity for researchers to provide conceptual treats so that they can be useful for the actors of Borondong Industry SMEs. There are a number of problems that have been borne by these bourgeois SMEs, one of which is the absence of a concept that describes the condition of the supply chain of the SME industry. The aim of this study focuses on issues regarding the Borondong SME supply chain, exploring the areas that need to be improved and assessing how the supply chain performs.     Destination Image of Tourist: Effect of Travel Motivation and Memorable Tourism Experience

    The eco-tourism area of the southern coast of West Java is the focus of research since the area is less well known as a tourist destination. Also, there is a reluctance of tourists to visit again, and tourists find ordinary. The purpose of this study is to examine the influence model of travel motivation and impressive tourism experience towards the destination image. The method used is verification analysis by using Structural Equation Model (SEM). The survey conducted on 302 respondents, i.e., tourists who visited the eco-tourism area of the southern coast of West Java. The results showed the motivation of travel and tourism experience significantly influence the image of tourism destinations. Tourism area managers need to design strategies to improve the image of the region by providing tourist stimulation in the form of exciting information and offers eco-tourism products-themed for tourist with a memorable approach to traveling experiences.DOI: 10.15408/etk.v17i2.721

    Islamic banking is available to meet the needs of people who need a secure and Islamic banking system, but unfortunately Islamic banks have not been able to compete with conventional banking. One of the causes of such incompetence is dependent on the quality factor of Human Resources. Sharia banking is expected to not only be able to perform the tasks and responsibilities that have been specified in its job description, but more than that, able to show extra roles that are not directly related to the level of compensation. Extra role is often called organizational Citizenship Behaviour (OCB). This study aims to know and analyse how the influence of Competence in the field of Sharia in increasing Organizational Citizenship Behaviour in Islamic perspective moderated by Knowledge Sharing Behaviour. The unit of analysis of this research is 7 sharia Banks in Bangka Belitung Islands Province while the observation unit is 280 employees of these banks. The results showed that there is a positive and significant influence of competence in the field of sharia to OCB and Knowledge Sharing Behaviour able to moderate the relationship between the Sharia Competence to OCB-Islamic perspective (OCB-IP)

    Factors affecting performance excellence in Indonesian state-owned enterprises

    State-owned enterprises (SOEs) have a strategic position as architects of public services, balancing large private powers, helping to foster small businesses or cooperatives, and a considerable basis of state revenue in numerous forms of taxes and dividends. For Indonesia to compete in the global market, its economic actors (private sector, SOEs, and cooperatives) must amplify their performance. This paper aims to explore the factors affecting performance excellence in Indonesian SOEs, namely business environment and innovation capability through business strategy. Data were obtained from questionnaires distributed to 100 directors/managers representing SOEs in 12 clusters. The partial least squares structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) procedures were operated to evaluate the path coefficients and identify the pivotal factors of each construct using SmartPLS. The results exhibited that the business environment (β = 0.357, p < 0.05) and innovation capability (β = 0.518, p < 0.05) positively and significantly affected Indonesian SOEs’ business strategy. Meanwhile, business environment (β = 0.263, p < 0.05), innovation capability (β = 0.273, p < 0.05), and business strategy (β = 0.459, p < 0.05) positively and significantly affected SOEs performance excellence. Moreover, business strategies can partially mediate the effect of the business environment (β = 0.164, p < 0.05) and innovation capability (β = 0.238, p < 0.05) on performance excellence. An important implication of this study is that to maintain and improve performance excellence, SOEs must first focus on the capability of innovation to initiate the implementation of business strategies by constantly addressing the business environment

    Building Business Performance through Partnership Strategy Model: Evidence from Renewable Energy Industry in Indonesia

    This research was carried out as an effort to encourage performance improvement of renewable energy power plants. The purpose of this study was conducted to measure the level of influence of strategic partnerships in creating better business performance in renewable energy industry companies in Indonesia. Strategic partnerships have an important role in developing business performance, including by encouraging dynamic capabilities, supply chains, and improving the regulatory system owned by the renewable energy business lines in Indonesia. Our previous research model that we published shows that regulation plays a very dominant role, then we modify it by issuing regulatory variables that uncontrollable by management. We try to see the effect of exogenous variables that can be fully controlled. Data related to renewable energy industry is collected and presented in this study for completeness. Test data using partial least square equipped with various supporting data obtained from government institutions and private sector that have sufficient information about renewable energy industry. The findings of this study state that to improve business performance, strategic partnerships need to be carried out optimally through various efforts including strengthening collaboration in aligning the supply chain and developing dynamic capabilities within the organization. For the future, it is expected that all stakeholders involved in the renewable electricity generation industry in Indonesia can improve their business performance so that they can increase electricity supply to remote villages and able to transform use of primary energy sources from fossils to environmentally friendly renewable energy where potential is widely spread throughout region so that sustainable life in the world is more awake.     Information and communication technology (ICT) is developing very rapidly, supported by the Internet and increasingly adequate connectivity so that digital transformation occurs in various aspects of life by giving birth to a new mindset and lifestyle, namely the digital lifestyle. One of the digital lifestyles that are currently trending is online transportation. Online transportation itself is a transportation service offered by transportation service providers that use a vehicle ordering system using smartphones, applications, and the Internet. Online transportation uses the application as a liaison between consumers or users with drivers and users can know in advance the fare or cost of their trip. This study aims to identify the service quality of the application (e-service quality), both according to service users and drivers, online transportation service user loyalty (e-loyalty), and measure the effect of e-service quality on e-loyalty. Data collection in this study was conducted by distributing a questionnaire involving 458 users of transportation services. Online in West Java. The study results are that the service quality of the applications currently used is sufficient, the level of loyalty of application users is relatively high, and e-service quality can increase the e-loyalty of online transportation service users

    Model Sensitivitas Kenaikan Tarif Dasar Listrik Terhadap Keberlangsungan Usaha UMKM Di Kota Bandung

    Micro Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are often faced with a number of problems that are very influential on their growth and can reduce their competitiveness, where one of them is the increase in Basic Electricity Tariff. The increase in Basic Electricity Tariff will occur every three months and the average annual increase is 15%, which will result a direct impact on surging production costs. The increase in Basic Electricity Tariff will result in declining growth of MSMEs, making it difficult to compete because MSMEs have to make adjustments to prices and ultimately result in weakening purchasing power. The Sensitivity Analysis of Basic Electricity Tariff increase on the sustainability of MSME businesses aims to (1) Know the structure of production costs in relation to electricity usage and (2) Create a sensitivity model for TDL increase on the sustainability of MSME businesses using Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA). This research is analytical descriptive and useful as an effort to focus on actions in anticipating the sensitive increase in Basic Electricity Tariff on the sustainability of MSME businesses. These actions include reducing the ratio of electricity costs to production costs and increasing capital to increase business turnover. This research is focused on MSMEs which are very sensitive to the increase in the Basic Electricity Tariff.

    Penataan rute antara Bandar Udara Internasional Husein Sastranegara Bandung dengan Bandara BIJB Kertajati tidak langsung berdampak pada peningkatan penumpang Bandara BIJB Kertajati. Salah satu penyebabnya diduga adanya pemilihan bandara oleh penumpang angkutan udara khususnya wilayah Bandung Raya. Penumpang angkutan udara Jawa Barat khususnya wilayan Bandung Raya lebih memilih Bandar Udara Internasional Husein Sastranegara Bandung dengan memanfaatkan rute – rute yang tersedia, diduga menjadi salah satu penyebab turunnya jumlah pergerakan penumpang di Bandara BIJB pasca penataan rute. Kondisi transportasi darat yang membutuhkan waktu 3 – 4 jam dari Bandung untuk menuju Bandara BIJB Kertajati menyebabkan pengguna angkutan udara harus berangkat jauh lebih awal untuk terbang melalui Bandara BIJB Kertajati. Di sisi lain, dengan waktu tempuh dan jarak yang hampir sama, penumpang angkutan udara dapat mengakses Bandar Udara Internasional Soekarno – Hatta Tangerang yangmenawarkan berbagai kelebihan. Fenomena airport leakage ini diduga juga menjadi penyebab tidak belum meningkatnya pergerakan penumpang di Bandara BIJB Kertajati. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survey explanatory. Pendekatan analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Partial Least Square (PLS) dengan menggunakan SmartPLS versi 3.3.2 sebagai sarana pengolahan data. Hasil pengolahan data mengungkapkan bahwa Pengalaman Penumpang berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Pemilihan Bandara di Bandara BIJB Kertajati, Pemilihan Bandara berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Airport Leakage di Bandara BIJB Kertajati, Pengalaman Penumpang tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Airport Leakage di Bandara BIJB Kertajati, dan Pengalaman Penumpang berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Airport Leakage melalui Pemilihan Bandara di Bandara BIJB Kertajati
