    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pendekatansaintifik dalam meningkatkan keterampilan proses sains siswa kelas XISMA tahun pelajaran 2016/2017. Penelitian ini merupakan jenispenelitian eksperimen dengan pre-experimental design dan model oneshotcase study. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XISMA dengan sampel yaitu siswa kelas XI IPA 1 yang diperoleh denganteknik purposive sampling. Data yang diperoleh peneliti berupa nilaiketerampilan proses sains dengan analisis data yang digunakan adalahuji-t satu sampel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendekatansaintifik berpengaruh signifikan terhadap peningkatan keterampilanproses sains siswa kelas XI IPA 1 SMA tahun pelajaran 2016/2017.     The Development of Physics Students’ Worksheets Based on Science Process Skills in Basic Physics Course At Flores University

    This study aims to determine the feasibility level of physics worksheets and to figure out the increase on student’s understanding after using the physics worksheets based on science process skills. This study is a development research employing ADDIE development model which consists of five stages, namely: analysis, design, development, and implementation. The design of this study was One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. The instruments used were validity assessment sheet, feasibility assessment sheet, questionnaire about the students’ response toward the worksheets based on science process skills, and assessment of science process skills. the data were analyzed by using percentage of agreement (R), and N-gain (g). The results showed that the physics students’ worksheet based on science process skills was feasible and could be used in learning as the feasibility level reached 97%. The students’ understanding of fluid material gained through working with the worksheets can improve students’ science process skills both at the basic level and at the integrated level. This is proven by the results of the initial test or pre-test which indicate that the students' science process skills affected the learning outcomes obtained in which 62.25% of students’ scores were in good category and 35.75% of students’ scores were in fair category. Meanwhile, in the final test or post-test of students' science process skills, it was obtained that 74.50% of students’ scores were in very good category and 25.50% of students’ scores were in the fair category. This means that there is an increase by 0.7 % in students' science process skills when using the students’ worksheets

    Validity Analysis of the OrDeP2E Model of Physics Learning Tools to Improve Critical Thinking Skills of High School Students

    The purpose of this study was to determine the feasibility of the physics learning model of the OrDeP2E model to improve the critical thinking skills of high school students. The learning tool developed was assessed by two validation experts who were folus in the process of construct validity testing and the contents of the developed device. Validation data were obtained assesment sheet using categories 1-4. This study refers to the development of the 4-D model. Validated tools are 1) Syllabus, 2) lesson plan 3) student textbooks, 4) student worksheet, and 5) Critical thinking skills test. The results showed that 1) the syllabus got a score of 3.58 (valid), 2) the RPP got a score of 3.83 (very valid), 3) the BAS got a score of 3.54 (valid), 4) the worksheet received a score of 3.78 ( very valid), critical thinking skills test get a score of 3.70 (very valid). Based on the research results, learning tools are appropriate to be used to improve critical thinking skills of high school students

    Abstrak, Pendidikan yang baik dilihat dari proses pembelajaran dan hasil belajar yang dicapai oleh para lulusan. Oleh karena itu perbaikan mutu pendidikan pada setiap jenjang telah dilakukan oleh pemerintah dengan penyempurnaan kurikulum, penyediaan sarana dan prasarana, fasilitas belajar, sumber balajar,  peningkatan kualitas pembelajaran di kelas dengan pendekatan kompetensi siswa. Namun tidak dapat dipungkiri hasil yang didapat masih jauh dari apa yang diharapkan yang mana nilai hasil belajar IPA masih rendah. Guru harus mampu memberikan keterampilan dalam  mengembangkan pengetahuan serta sikap percaya diri agar dapat diterapkan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari yang berkaitan dengan proses sains, membentuk sikap positif terhadap ilmu sains dengan menikmati dan menyadari keindahan, keteraturan perilaku alam serta dapat menjelaskan berbagai peristiwa alam dan dapat menerapkan keluasan ilmu sains dalam kehidpan sehari-hari. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimen dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah Non random control group, pre-test-post-test design (Donald Ary, 2010: 307). Sebelum proses pembelajaran dimulai dilakukan tes awal (pre-test), dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat pemahaman konsep dan keterampilan proses sains siswa. Perbedaan pemahaman konsep antara siswa yang belajar menggunakan model pembelajaran discover learning dengan siswa  yang belajar menggunakan model pembelajaran konvensional pada materi tata surya. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan  nilai thitung 2,426 dengan nilai signifikannya adalah 0,018<0,05. Sementara keterampilan proses sains antara siswa yang belajar menggunakan model pembelajaran discovery learning dengan siswa yang belajar menggunakan model pembelajaran konvensional pada materi tata surya dengan mempunyai nilai  thitung 2,732 dengan nilai signifikannya 0,008<0,05 dengan nilai dk=N-2-62.                       &nbsp

    Perbedaan Keefektifan Model Pembelajaran Kooperatif Tipe STAD (Students Teams Achievement Division) dan Jigsaw Terhadap Kemampuan Pemecahan Masalah pada Pembelajaran Fisika

    The purpose of this study is to find out: (1) whether there is an effectiveness of the STAD learning model for solving science problems (Physics); (2) is there an effectiveness of the Jigsaw learning model for problem solving in Natural Sciences (Physics); and (3) whether there is an effectiveness of the STAD and Jigsaw learning models in solving science (Physics) problems. This research is a quantitative study using quasi-experimental design. The research sample consisted of students in class VIIIa and VIIIb of SMP Negeri 2 Ende, while the object of this study was the influence of STAD learning, the influence of Jigsaw learning, and the problem-solving ability of students. Data collection is done through tests and observations. The research instrument consists of objective tests for problem solving skills. Data analysis using one sample test and different test. The results showed that the problem-solving ability of students at SMPN 2 Ende experienced differences between the three learning above. Can be seen in the total difference in the STAD method of 7552,000; for the Jigsaw 8438,000 method; and for the conventional model of 4405,000.     Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan perangkat pembelajaran inkuiriterbimbing menggunakan software visual analyzer (VA) pada materi interferensigelombang bunyi untuk melatihkan keterampilan proses sains siswa SMA.Pengembangan pembelajaran menggunakan model 4-D tetapi hanya sampai padatahap pengembangan (develop) karena hasil pengembangannya diterapkan terbataspada sekolah tempat penelitian dan diujicobakan di kelas XII IPA SMA SantaMaria Surabaya semester ganjil tahun ajaran 2014/2015, dengan jumlah siswasebanyak 20 orang menggunakan One-Group Pretest-Posttest Design. Perangkatpembelajaran yang dikembangkan terdiri dari RPP, LKS, BAS dan tes hasil belajaryang meliputi aspek pengetahuan, keterampilan proses dan sikap. Temuanpenelitian yaitu: perangkat pembelajaran yang dikembangkan berkategori valid, teshasil belajar berkategori baik, keterlaksanaan RPP dalam pembelajaranberkategori baik, respon siswa terhadap pembelajaran menunjukkan respon positif,aktivitas siswa berkategori baik, semua siswa mencapai ketuntasan hasil belajardengan skor peningkatan (normal-gain) sedang, dan hambatan dalam pembelajaraninkuiri terbimbing adalah kurangnya pemahaman siswa dalam merumuskanmasalah, merumuskan hipotesis dan menentukan variabel percobaan.     DIFFERENCE IN LEARNING SATISFACTION OF STUDENTS OF THE UNIVERSITY OF FLORES PHYSICS EDUCATION STUDY PROGRAM BEFORE AND DURING THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC

    This study aims to find out the difference in student learning satisfaction of the University of Flores Physics Education Study Program before and during the Covid-19 pandemic. The research methods used are quantitative methods with the type of research, namely survey research, as well as data collection techniques using questionnaires. The sample taken in this study was a student of Physics Education University of Flores semester IV, VI and VIII which amounted to 65 people. The data analysis technique used in this study consists of several parts, namely: descriptive analysis, normality test, paired sample t-test and hypothesis test that will be analyzed with the help of SPSS Statistics 24 software. The results of the data analysis concluded that there were differences in student satisfaction of the University of Flores Physics Education Study Program before and during the covid-19 pandemic. This is seen from Sig. (2-tailed) < 0.05, which is 0.001 < 0.05 then the data showed a significant difference

    This study aims to describe the learning activities of students during the covid pandemic 19 using the google classroom learning media and student learning achievements in physics measurement subjects. This research is an ex post facto research. The subjects in this study were all semester II students of Physics Education Study Programs, while the object of research was learning activities, learning achievements, and online learning using the Google classroom method. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis techniques using qualitative and quantitative descriptive analysis. The results showed that online student learning activities using google classroom media viewed from 6 indicators are in the good category. Student learning achievements based on an average value of 78 with good criteria

    PENGARUH MODEL PEMBELAJARAN GENERATIF TERHADAP KREATIVITAS SAINS SISWA KELAS VIII SMP SWASTA ILEBURA LEWOTOBI

    Tujuan penelitian ini yakni untuk menganalisis peningkatan kreativitas Sains siswa. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pra eksperimen dengan desain penelitian One Shot Case Study. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas VIII SMPS Ilebura Lewotobi yang berjumlah 20 orang dan sampel yang diambil sebanyak 20 orang siswa. Teknik pengambilan sampel tersebut menggunakan purposive sampling. Data yang diperoleh dari sampel penelitian tersebut adalah berupa nilai kreativitas sains pada pokok bahasan tekanan. Uji statistik yang digunakan adalah uji t satu sampel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terjadi peningkatan kreativitas Sains siswa setelah menggunakan model pembelajaran generatif (thitung= 2,577, p &gt; 0,05) Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa model pembelajaran generatif mampu meningkatkan Kreativitas&nbsp; sains siswa di SM
