"Unsere Frau Božena Němcová" als Heldin eines deutschen Films : Möglichkeiten einer interkulturellen und interdisziplinären Begegnung

Božena Němcová zählt neben Hus, Comenius, Mácha und Havlíček zu den am stärksten mythologisierten Gestalten der tschechischen Kultur (SCHAMSCHULA 1996) und ist darüber hinaus die einzige Frau unter ihnen. Während sie aber bis in die 1990er Jahre hinein als Lichtgestalt dieser Kultur, ja ihr ,Stern‘, galt, mehren sich gegen Ende des 20. Jahrhunderts die Versuche, Němcová nüchtern zu sehen. Als Dagmar KNÖPFEL 2004 auf der Grundlage der drei letzten Briefentwürfe Němcovás an Vojtěch Náprstek einen Film drehte, wurde sie als „feministisch voreingenommen“ kritisiert. Dabei könnte über diesen Film eine Diskussion eingeleitet werden, z. B. zu den Wurzeln der häuslichen Gewalt im 19. Jahrhundert. Somit könnte er zur Vernetzung von Kunst und Wissenschaft, von Bohemistik und Germanistik beitragen

"[E]in Ort der Lebendigen und der Toten" : Konstituierung und Aufhebung der Grenze zwischen Leben und Tod in Marie Luise Kaschnitz' Selbstfindungsbuch "Wohin denn ich" (1963)

Selten findet man am Ausgangspunkt einer Handlung ein defizitäreres Ich, als dies bei Kaschnitz' "Aufzeichnungen" "Wohin denn ich" der Fall ist; und zwar sowohl mental als auch körperlich. Seit drei Jahren ist dieses Ich bemüht, einem geliebten Du in den Tod zu folgen, und führt ein dumpfes Schattendasein. Als der symbolische Herr "Welte oder Welter" eingreift, der das Ich für eine Schriftstellerin hält und diese auf Vortragsreisen schickt, muss erst das Terrain "Diesseits" erkämpft werden: Alles ist fremd, alles ist bedroht, am meisten das "Waisenhaus Erde". – Der vorliegende Beitrag soll zeigen, wie Kaschnitz in diesem Buch zuerst die Grenze zwischen Leben und Tod aufrichtet, um das eigene Ich im Ersteren einzufangen. Damit daraufhin auch das Du an diesem Reich teilhaben kann, wird eine Art "Zwischenraum" etabliert, schließlich aber die Welt zu "eine[m] Ort der Lebendigen und der Toten"(GW II: 489) erklärt, was die Grenze zwischen Leben und Tod wiederum aufhebt. Erst diese erweiterte Welt hat die Aussicht auf ein Weiterbestehen

Proposal of a Company´s Financial Plan

Cílem diplomové práce je návrh dlouhodobého finančního plánu společnosti na roky 2018 - 2022. Diplomová práce je rozdělena do 6 kapitol. Druhá kapitola je věnována představení společnosti včetně předmětu podnikání. Třetí kapitola je zaměřena na popis teoretických východisek finančního plánování. Jsou zde popsány metody a zásady plánování, je charakterizován krátkodobý i dlouhodobý finanční plán, přičemž je zde také popsán postup tvorby dlouhodobého plánu, poté je osvětlena podstata finanční kontroly. Na závěr kapitoly je popsána externí analýza společnosti a finanční analýza. Ve čtvrté části je aplikovaná teorie externí analýzy a finanční analýzy pro interní hodnocení finančního zdraví společnosti. Pátá kapitola obsahuje sestavení návrhu finančního plánu včetně postupu zpracovávání plánové rozvahy, výkazu zisku a ztrát a plánu peněžních toků. Tento návrh plánu je následně zhodnocený pomocí finanční analýzy plánovaných období.The aim of the diploma thesis is to propose a long-term financial plan of the company for the years 2018 - 2022. The diploma thesis is divided into 6 chapters. The second chapter is dedicated to introducing the company including the subject of business. The third chapter focuses on describing the theoretical background to financial planning. Planning methods and principles are described, the short-term and long-term financial plan is described, and the process of long-term plan is described, then the nature of financial control is clarified. At the end of the chapter is described the external analysis of the company and financial analysis. The fourth part is applied theory of external analysis and financial analysis for the internal evaluation of financial health of the company. The fifth chapter includes the drafting of the financial plan, including the procedure for drawing up the balance sheet, the profit and loss statement and the cash flow plan. Bakalářská práce se zabývá pracovními podmínkami v podniku. Především je zaměřená na pracovní prostředí, hodnocení, rozvoj a vzdělávání zaměstnanců. Návrh na zlepšení pracovních podmínek je zpracován pro firmu SMC Industrial Automation CZ s.r.o.In these thesis are investigated the occupational conditions in the company. The study is focused on work environment, evaluation, education and training of the employees. The proposal of improvement of occupational conditions is elaborated for the company SMC Industrial Automation CZ Ltd.

Carrollova "Alenka v říši divů": korpusově stylistická perspektiva

Úkolem této práce je korpusově stylistická analýza Alenky v říši divů (1865) a představení možnosti využití korpusových metod ke studii literárního díla. V teoretické části se práce zabývá pojmy styl, norma, aktualizace, deviace (odchylka) a prominence (Leech, 2008), které jsou klíčovými termíny ve stylistické analýze. Posléze se v textu zmiňují pojmy "klíčová slova" (keywords) a "n-gramy" (clusters), které jsou zkoumány dále v teoretické části. Je vysvětlen vztah klíčových slov k referenčnímu korpusu a aspekty délky a frekvence n-gramů v textu. Důležitým elementem korpusově zaměřené práce je udávané snížení zaujatosti badatele, který se v analýze zabývá statisticky doloženými markantními znaky díla. V další části se práce zabývá pozicí Alenky v říši divů mezi dalšími příslušníky dětské literatury tzv. "Zlatého věku" (Golden Age of children's literature) (Knowles & Malmkjaer, 1995), rolí nesmyslu a narušování pragmatických pravidel interakce. Jsou popsány referenční korpusy a předloženy předběžné hypotézy. V praktické části jsou nejprve zkoumána klíčová slova, která jsou rozdělena dle slovních druhů a následně svých sémantických kategorií. Tato slova jsou interpretována z hlediska jejich role v textu a vzájemné provázanosti, a je také zkoumán jejich kontext. Dále se práce zaměřuje na čtyř slovné n-gramy s...The goal of the present thesis is a corpus stylistic analysis of Alice in Wonderland (1865), and it presents the possibilities of using corpus methods in the study of literary texts. In the theoretical part, the thesis is concerned with an explanation of the words norm, foregrounding, deviance and prominence (Leech, 2008), which are key terms in stylistics. The text then focuses in detail on various concerns connected to keywords and clusters, which are investigated later on in the theoretical part. The relation of keywords to the reference corpus and aspects of the length and frequency of occurrence of clusters are analyzed. An important element in a corpus-based analysis is that it is supposed to decrease bias, as the researcher studies statistically based significant markers of the text. The next part of the thesis focuses on the position of Alice in Wonderland between other members of the children's literature of the Golden Age (Knowles & Malmkjaer, 1995), and the role of nonsense and non-observance of pragmatic principles of interaction in the text. The reference corpora are described and primary hypotheses stated. In the practical part, keywords are studied first.
