PENGEMBANGAN MEDIA BOARD GAME BATAKO “BANGUN KOTA KONGRUEN” MATERI KONGRUEN MATA PELAJARAN MATEMATIKA KELAS V DI SEKOLAH DASAR

The research aims to develop a learning medium in the form of a board game named BATAKO ‘Bangun Kota Kongruen’ designed specifically for congruent materials on the subjects of grade V mathematics at Elementary School. The background of this research is the need for interactive and interesting learning media to improve students’ understanding of congruent concepts. The Methodelogy used in this study is research and development (Research and Development) which includes the stage of analysis of needs, design, development, and product implementation and evaluations. This research was conducted at SDN Sentul I Purwodadi, Pasuruan. Reseach and Development (ADDIE) development model. The object of the study is a board game learning medium under the name BATAKO “Bangun Kota Kongruen”. The research phases include (1) Analysis, (2) Design, (3) Development, (4) Implementation, (5) Evaluation. Used data collection techniques are interviews, observations, questionnaires, evaluation tests and documentation. The questionnaire data collection technique for the validator of material experts, media experts enter the stage of development analysis. The data collection technique is in the form of a hacket for teacher response, learners’ response and evaluation question entering the sumative evaluation stage. The result of this study is the BATAKO board game learning media “Bangun Kota Kongruen”, with a percentage of eligibility (1) the teaching material expert validator reached 85.7% with a very decent category, (2) the learning media expert validator was 96.1% with a very decent category, (3) the learners response to the learning media earned a percentage of 97.5% on the learning media with the average value of evaluation questions was 81.8, (4) the teacher response to the learning media reached 95.4%. The conclusion that the BATAKO learning media “Bangun Kota Kongruen” is valid for use in the learning process and can affect the learning outcomes of learners at SDN Sentul I Purwodadi, Pasuruan

KETERAMPILAN GURU DALAM PENGGUNAAN MEDIA PEMBELAJARAN DIGITAL TERHADAP PEMBELAJARAN TEMATIK

KELAS IV, This study aims to find out how the skills of teachers in using digital learning media during the covid-19 period on thematic learning at SDN 03 Pontianak City. This research is a qualitative research in which the research was conducted by conducting interviews with the homeroom teacher of class IVA at SDN 03 Pontianak City. Procedures for collecting data by means of interviews and documentation. The data that has been collected is then processed and analyzed by means of data reduction, namely summarizing, selecting the main things, focusing on the important things, looking for themes and patterns. In the implementation process, the researcher reduced the data from the interview results from the informants, then selected important things to be used as data related to the research. After that, the researcher presented the data and finally drew conclusions. Based on the results of the research that has been carried out, it shows that the skills of teachers in using digital learning media are very good, varied, interesting, and innovative by the teachers. smartphones and laptops as well as applications that support digital learning media, namely WhatsApp, Youtube, and Google Meet

ANALISA PERBEDAAN KEPRIBADIAN DAN PERENCANAAN KEUANGAN PRIBADI DITINJAU DARI PERSPEKTIF GENDER

Perencanaan keuangan diperlukan untuk menentukan arah yang jelas bagi pengelolaan keuangan pribadi atau keluarga. Tanpa perencanaan keuangan akan cenderung memboroskan uang yang telah diperoleh dengan susah payah. Menghabiskan uang hari ini untuk memenuhi kebutuhan hari ini. Banyak masalah keuangan yang terjadi pada mahasiswa seperti kehabisan uang saku bulanan, tidak bisa memenuhi kebutuhan pribadi,telat membayar uang kos bagi yang ngekos, dan telat membayar SPP. Atas dasar pemikiran tersebut peneilitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh informasi Apakah ada perbedaan kepribadian pada mahasiswa mahasiswi UPN “Veteran “ Jawa timur dan apakah ada perbedaan perencanaan keuangan pribadi pada mahasiswa mahasiswi UPN “Veteran “ Jawa timur. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer yang diperoleh dari penyeberan kuesioner kepada 58 responden dan dari hasil observasi langsung kepada obyek penelitian. Untuk memenuhi tujuan penelitian, hipotesis di uji dengan menggunakan uji beda tidak berpasangan dimana mahasiswa dan mahasiswi sebagai acuan pembanding. Dari uji t dapat disimpulkan bahwa : Ada perbedaan gender terhadap kepribadian mahasiswa UPN “Veteran” Jawa Timur, dan Ada perbedaan gender terhadap perencanaan keuangan pribadi mahasiswa UPN “Veteran” Jawa Timur.   This study aims to determine the CSR Strategy of PT. Pertamina Geothermal Energy in Improving the Quality of Kamojang Geothermal Area Coffee, regarding (1) PT Pertamina Geothermal Energy's CSR Strategy Process in improving the quality of Kamojang Geothermal Area Coffee (2) Developing an organic waste management program in the Kamojang area to support sustainable agricultural practices, so as to improve soil fertility and yield quality of Kamojang Geothermal Coffee (3) Increasing market access for coffee farmers in the Kamojang area by helping them market their coffee products to a wider market, both domestically and abroad. The method used in this research is a qualitative research method with a case study approach. Data collection in this study was carried out by interviews, non-participant observation. This program covers the cultivation and processing of coffee. The scope of cultivation in question is PT. Pertamina Geothermal Energy Area Kamojang participates in increasing capacity and providing assistance in optimizing the Kamojang Area Geothermal Coffee cultivation process in farmer groups. The scope of coffee processing includes capacity building as well as providing assistance with coffee processing facilities and infrastructure for the Mount Kamojang farmer groups. Through this program, it is hoped that the company can participate in increasing the capacity of residents around Kamojang while optimizing agricultural commodities in the Kamojang area. The theory of supporting communication methods in this study is Stakeholder Theory, and CSR. FAKTOR – FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI STRUKTUR MODAL PADA PERUSAHAAN CONSUMER GOODS YANG GO PUBLIK DI BURSA EFEK INDONESIA Oleh : Aulia Hakiki Abstraksi Dalam manajemen keuangan, salah satu unsur yang perlu diperhatikan adalah mengenai seberapa besar kemampuan perusahaan dalam memenuhi kebutuhan dana yang akan digunakan untuk beroperasi dan mengembangkan usahanya. Modal menjadi salah satu elemen penting dalam perusahaan karena modal sangatlah diperlukan. Masalah struktur modal merupakan masalah yang sangat penting bagi setiap perusahaan karena naik turunnya struktur modal ditandai dengan besarnya total hutang dibandingkan modal sendiri. Hal ini dipengaruhi beberapa faktor yaitu ukuran perusahaan, tingkat pertumbuhan, profitabilitas dan struktur kepemilikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi struktur modal pada perusahaan Consumers Goods yang go publik di BEI. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 32 yang go publik di BEI Consumers Goods sampai sekarang sebanyak 32 perusahaan. Sampel dalam penelitian ini dengan teknik purposive sampling sehingga diperoleh 10 perusahaan. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder yang berupa laporan keuangan yang terdiri dari laporan neraca konsolidasi dan laporan laba rugi. Model analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda. Untuk mengetahui pengaruh masing-masing variabel bebas yang meliputi ukuran perusahaan, tingkat pertumbuhan, profitabilitas dan struktur kepemilikan secara simultan digunakan uji F, sedangkan secara parsial digunakan uji t. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa ukuran perusahaan mempunyai pengaruh signifikan positif terhadap struktur modal, tingkat pertumbuhan mempunyai pengaruh tidak signifikan positif terhadap struktur modal, profitabilitas mempunyai pengaruh signifikan negatif terhadap struktur modal, struktur kepemilikan mempunyai pengaruh signikan positif terhadap struktur modal. The problem in this study, is related to the work productivity of employees contained in Mekarsari Cake & Bakery which is influenced by work discipline. This study aims to determine: 1. How is the work discipline in Mekarsari Cake & Bakery Sukaresik, Tasikmalaya Regency; 2. How is Employee Productivity in Mekarsari Cake & Bakery Sukaresik, Tasikmalaya Regency; 3. How is the influence of work discipline to employee productivity in Mekarsari Cake & Bakery Sukaresik, Tasikmalaya Regency. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative with the nature of the research in the form of a replica. This study uses primary data by distributing questionnaires as measured by a likert scale research instrument. The sample in this study amounted to 30 people, namely all employees of Mekarsari Cake & Bakery Sukaresik, Tasikmalaya Regency. The analytical tool used is simple regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that: 1) Work discipline in Mekarsari Cake & Bakery Sukaresik, Tasikmalaya Regency is considered good 2) The work productivity of employees in Mekarsari Cake & Bakery Sukaresik, Tasikmalaya Regency is considered good 3) Based on the results of simple linear regression analysis calculations regarding the effect of work discipline to employee work productivity, the sign is positive and has significant influence

ANALISIS KOORDINASI INSULASI PERANGKAT PROTEKSI PETIR TRANSFORMATOR DAYA GARDU INDUK PAKIS 150 KV MENGGUNAKAN METODE BEWLEY LATTICE DIAGRAM

A substation that utilizes the insulation medium in the form of open air gets a lot of threats from lightning strikes that inject impulse voltage so that it runs on the line. Equipment installed in the switchyard is usually designed and built to have a basic insulation level that can withstand the threat of lightning surges, with the exception of power transformers which must be paired with protection devices in the form of lightning arresters. In this research, a study of the rating of the insulation coordination of transformer protection devices is carried out. Then the Bewley Lattice Diagram method will be implemented to obtain comprehensive information on lightning surge waves traveling on the line. The Bewley Lattice Diagram method can represent the price, position, and direction of motion of impulse waves that experience reflection and refraction events. With regard to the research results, it is known that the installed protection device provides a margin protection for the transformer of 15.38 %. The impulse voltage traveling on the line is influenced by the inductance constant (L) and capacitance (C) of the conductor characteristics, so that the reflected and refracted residual voltage prices are also affected. The presence of lightning arresters causes the reflected and destroyed impulse voltage to reach the maximum voltage price of the system with a time of only 0.65 µs, 3 times faster than in the absence of an arrester which takes 2.09 µs. With this research, it is known that the transformer protection device installed is in accordance with the needs of the system and the characteristics of the lightning impulse wave traveling on the line will be reflected and forwarded repeatedly until it reaches the system voltage price

PENGARUH PENGGUNAAN METODE PEMBELAJARAN MANDIRI BERSTRUKTUR TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR SERVIS PENDEK BULUTANGKIS (Studi di kelas XI SMA negeri 19 Surabaya)

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adakah pengaruh dan seberapa besar pengaruh Metode pembelajaran Mandiri Berstruktur terhadap hasil belajar Servis Pendek Bulutangkis siswa kelas XI SMA Negeri 19 Surabaya. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian Eksperimen semu. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas XI di SMA Negeri 19 Surabaya yang berjumlah 37 siswa.setiap kelas yang diambil secara cluster sampling, dengan jumlah siswa 30 yang terdiri atas22 siswa putra dan 15 siswa putri. Untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan Metode pembelajaraan mandiri berstruktur terhadap hasil belajar servis pendek BuluTangkis pada siswa kelas XI SMAN 19 Surabaya. Hal tersebut diukur dengan proses post-test dan pre-test yang diantara prosesnya diselingi dengan treatment. Adapun treatment yang dilakukan yaitu pembiasaan melewatkan shuttle cock diantara shuttle cock lain,pengayunan raket, dan menjatuhkan sloop cock dengan gerakan servis pendek. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa; (1) terdapat Pengaruh yang signifikan dalam penggunaan Metode pembelajaran Mandiri Berstruktur terhadap hasil belajar servis pendek Bulutangkis di siswa kelas XI SMAN Negeri 19 Surabaya, yang ditunjukkan bahwa Hı diterima dan Ho ditolak karena nilai Zhitung (-5,043) berada pada zona Hı diterima dan nilai Ztabel (-1,96) berada pada zona Ho ditolak. Jadi artinya ada pengaruh penggunaan Metode Pembelajaran Mandiri Berstruktur terhadap servis pendek Bulutangkis di SMA Negeri 19 Surabaya.52,91%. This research isa quasi experiment research .Population in this study were all students of class XI Senior High School 19 Surabaya which amounted to 37 student. Each class taken by cluster sampling , with 30 students consisting of 22 boys and 15 female student.To determine the effect of using a structured method of learning outcomes in research badminton short service in a class XI student of Senior High School 19 Surabaya. It is measured by the post-test and pre-test between the process interspersed with treatment . The treatment is done is habituation miss the shuttle cock among other shuttle cock, swing racket and dropped sloop cock with a short service movement. The results of this study indicate that ; (1) there is a significant influence in the use of learning methods Independent Unstructured the learning outcomes of short service badminton in class XI student of Senior High School 19 Surabaya Affairs , indicated that Hi Ho accepted and rejected because the value Zhitung (-5.043) are in the Hi zone received and value Ztabel ( -1.96 ) are in the zone of Ho rejected.
