Spin-dependent conductivity of iron-based superconductors in a magnetic field
We report the results of a study of magnetic field features of electron
transport in heterojunctions with NS boundary inside iron-based
superconductors, represented by a binary phase of - FeSe and
oxyarsenide pnictide LaO(F)FeAs. We used the ability of self magnetic field of
the transport current to partially destroy superconductivity, no matter how low
the field may be, in the NS interface area, where, due to the proximity effect,
the superconducting order parameter, , disperses from 1 to 0 within the
scale of the Ginzburg-Landau coherence length. The following features of
transport were found:(i) at , magnetoresistance in systems with
different superconductors has different sign;(ii) sign and magnitude of the
magnetoresistance depend on the magnitude of current and temperature, and (iii)
in all operating modes where the contribution from Andreev reflection is
suppressed (),the hysteresis of the magnetoresistance
is present. Based on the results of the experiment and analysis it has been
concluded that there is along-range magnetic order in th eground normal state
of the iron-based superconductors studied, in the presence of itinerant
magnetism of conduction electrons which determines the possibility of
anisotropic spin-dependent exchange interaction with the local magnetic moments

Mathematical Simulations of Deformation for the Rotation Shells with Variable Wall Thickness
Well-posed boundary value problems are constructed for calculating rotation shells of with a stiffness variable along the meridian in two directions, and also with variable bilateral with respect to the reference surface with the shell wall thickness. Investigation Of Foaming And Hydration Properties Of Collagen Hydrolyzate
Qualitative parameters of foams, received due to glutin were studied. Technological conditions for receiving food foams were optimized. Their microstructure was determined; it was demonstrated that foam bubbles have the spherical form with the size from 50 mcm to 200 mcm (at the shaking temperature 9°С), at increasing the temperature of foam creation to 20 °С, the mean bubble size reaches 1530 mcm.The data, obtained using IR-spectroscopy demonstrated the presence of free groups, able to bind free water molecules. The obtained microphotos of hydrated glutin demonstrated that the crystal form had not been destructed by the alkaline hydrolysis, partially dissolved at hydratation.The obtained data give a possibility to recommend collagen hydrolyzate as an effective foaming agent and stabilizer of food systems at producing beverages of raw material fruits
Elaboration of the Recipe of the Fermented Milk Dessert for Child Food
Using the tabular processor MS Excel 2007 there was elaborated the recipe of the fermented milk dessert for child food. The recipe of this dessert consists of (mass. %, g): fermented milk curd – 54, jam – 23, honey – 8, sesame – 4, cream – 6, collagen hydrolyzate (gluten) – 5. This dessert is a source of vitamin C and covers near 40 % of a child daily need in it. At the expanse of introducing gluten in the dessert composition, protein content in the ready product increased that covers from 11,28 % to 22,56 % of a daily need. This dessert is also rich in calcium, so one portion of it covers 25 % of a child need.Based on theoretical qualimetry methods there was realized the complex estimation of the dessert quality. The hierarchic structure of ready product properties was presented, including organoleptic and physical-chemical parameters and also ones of the food and biological value at storage.The estimation of microbiological and organoleptic parameters at storage give a possibility to state, that the new fermented milk dessert will be competitive at the consumer market. The storage life of this product is 5 days at the temperature (4±2) °С
ОЦІНКА МІЦНОСТІ СТЕРЖНЕВИХ ОПОР ПОХИЛОГО РЯТУВАЛЬНОГО ПРИСТРОЮ
The need for special saving devices arises during emergency response. Such situations are connected with rescuing of people or animals from deep narrow holes or even from under blockages of constructions. By using the saving devices the cargo raising on a certain height is possible if other ways of delivery are absent. Main structural elements of saving devices are three rod pillars. Top ends of rods are connected in a mounting knot. Often the saving device is equipped with the winch. The winch could be fasten to one of the rod pillars or have individual placing. Rescuing devices differ in a type of a rod design (straight or a slopy plane), loading capacity, rods production material, type of rods connection, a possibility of using on slopes with pillars location in the different planes, modifications of winches, compactness during transportation. There is a big variety of rescuing devices, however in the market of Ukraine offer mostly straight rod rescuing devices. Therefore there is a need for creation of design and durability checking of the slopy rod rescuing device which could be applied to carrying out rescue operations from bridges, buildings and other constructions. In this work it is performed an estimation of durability of a design of the slopy rod rescuing device. It is considered three cases of the support pillars placement. The first case is when pillars of the slopy rescuing device are placed in one horizontal plane. The second case - the longest rod pillar is placed on a ledge. The third case - two shorter rod pillars are placed on a ledge. For each of these cases it is established a type of deformation of rods of the saving device. Construction rods are stretching or compression during work are and loaded with longitudinal forces. From the stretching durability condition the cross section of steel rods is picked up.Потреба у спеціальних рятувальних пристроях виникає під час ліквідації надзвичайних ситуацій. Такі си-туації пов’язані з вивільненням людей чи тварин з глибоких вузьких отворів або ж навіть з-під завалів споруд. За допомогою рятувальних пристроїв можливим є підняття вантажу на певну висоту, якщо інші шляхи доставки відсутні. Основними конструктивними елементами рятувальних пристроїв є три стержні-опори. Верхні кінці стержнів з’єднані у кріпильному вузлі. Часто рятувальний пристрій обладнано лебідкою. Лебідка може кріпитися до однієї зі стержневих опор або мати окреме розташування. Рятувальні пристрої відрізняються видом стержневої конструкції (пряма чи похила), вантажністю, матеріалом для виготовлення стержнів, видом з’єднання стержнів конструкції між собою, можливістю застосування на похилих схилах з розташуванням опор у різних площинах, модифікаціями лебідок, компактністю під час транспортування. Рятувальних пристроїв є велике розмаїття, проте на ринку України пропонують переважно прямі стержневі рятувальні пристрої. Тому виникає потреба у створенні конструкції та перевірці міцності похилого стержневого рятувального пристрою, який можна було б застосовувати для проведення рятувальних робіт з мостів, будівель та інших споруд.Метою роботи є оцінити міцність конструкції похилого стержневого рятувального пристрою. Розглянуто три випадки розміщення стержнів-опор. У першому випадку опори похилого рятувального пристрою розміщені в одній горизонтальній площині. Другий випадок – найдовша стержнева опора розміщена на певному виступі. Третій випадок – дві коротші стержневі опори розмішені на виступі. Для кожного з випадків встановлено вид деформації стержнів конструкції рятувального пристрою. Стержні конструкції працюють на розтяг або стиск та навантажені поздовжніми силами. З умови міцності на розтяг підібрано поперечний переріз сталевих стержнів
Formation and development of the legal regulation of foreign investments in Russia
The article’s purpose is to study the formation and the development of the legal regulation of foreign investment in the Russian Federation.
During the research, the authors analyzed the legal mechanisms for creating an enabling environment for attracting foreign investments in Russia.
The authors concluded that it is necessary to systematize Russian legislation in the field of foreign investments and to bring Russian legislation into line with the norms of international law.
They also came to the conclusion that it is necessary to develop legal regulation of foreign investments within the framework of the integration space of the Eurasian Economic Union.peer-reviewe
Управление спросом на электропотребление в России
One of the modern and effective tools for energy efficiency improvement at the level of national economies is management of the demand for electrical energy consumption. The mechanism of management of the demand for electrical energy consumption has a significant potential for energy efficiency improvement for the Russian economy, but due to structural features of the Unified Energy System of Russia, the Electrical Energy Demand Management Program is at the stage of concept development. A model of management of the demand for electrical energy consumption for Unified Energy System of Russia has been developed taking into account structural features of the electric power system. Peculiarities of the economic structure of Russia, which influence the formation of the structure of the country’s electric power complex, have been revealed. They were taken into account when developing requirements for the electrical energy demand management system in the Unified Energy System of Russia. The basic features are the multilevel form and hierarchy of the structure; they have been investigated in the process of developing the demand management model. The classification of electric power industry entities, related to processes of electric energy circulation and the influence on the management of the demand for electrical energy consumption, has been developed with economic interests of each entity within the framework of the demand management model. The electrical energy demand management model, which is based on the hierarchical structure of demand management, has been developed and covers the whole complex of management functions and takes into account features of demand management at each management level. The model allows to significantly improve the efficiency of management of the demand for electrical energy consumption, to ensure the quality of management.Одним из современных и эффективных инструментов повышения энергетической эффективности на уровне национальных экономик является управление спросом на электропотребление. Механизм управления спросом на электропотребление имеет значительный потенциал повышения энергетической эффективности для экономики России, но из‑за структурных особенностей ЕЭС России программа управления спросом на электропотребление находится на этапе развития концепции. Разработана модель управления спросом на электропотребление для ЕЭС России с учетом структурных особенностей электроэнергетической системы. Выявлены особенности экономического устройства России, оказывающие влияние на формирование структуры электроэнергетического комплекса страны. Они учтены при разработке требований к системе управления спросом на электропотребление в ЕЭС России. Базовыми особенностями считаются многоуровневость и иерархичность структуры, они исследованы в процессе разработки модели управления спросом. Разработана классификация субъектов электроэнергетики, связанная с процессами обращения электрической энергии и влиянием на процесс управления спросом на электропотребление, с экономическими интересами каждого субъекта в рамках модели управления спросом. Разработана модель управления спросом на электропотребление, которая основана на иерархической структуре управления спросом, охватывает весь комплекс функций управления и учитывает особенности управления спросом на каждом уровне управления. Модель позволяет значительно повысить эффективность управления спросом на электропотребление, обеспечить качество управления режимами электропотребления и надежность энергоснабжения потребителей
Comparative legal analysis of mediation in Russia and the EU
The purpose of this article is to identify the specifics of mediation procedures, review them as extrajudicial method of conflict resolution. As the methodological basis of the research we use the synergistic, phenomenological and dialectical analysis techniques to examine the main aspects of the mediation as well as identify its principal features.
As a result of the study, the authors concluded that in Russia it is necessary to take into account the international experience of mediation, legislation to support the mediation process and in some cases give it forceful character, to develop cooperation with the courts and notaries with the mediators.peer-reviewe
Flexible constrained sampling with guarantees for pattern mining
Pattern sampling has been proposed as a potential solution to the infamous
pattern explosion. Instead of enumerating all patterns that satisfy the
constraints, individual patterns are sampled proportional to a given quality
measure. Several sampling algorithms have been proposed, but each of them has
its limitations when it comes to 1) flexibility in terms of quality measures
and constraints that can be used, and/or 2) guarantees with respect to sampling
accuracy. We therefore present Flexics, the first flexible pattern sampler that
supports a broad class of quality measures and constraints, while providing
strong guarantees regarding sampling accuracy. To achieve this, we leverage the
perspective on pattern mining as a constraint satisfaction problem and build
upon the latest advances in sampling solutions in SAT as well as existing
pattern mining algorithms. Furthermore, the proposed algorithm is applicable to
a variety of pattern languages, which allows us to introduce and tackle the
novel task of sampling sets of patterns. We introduce and empirically evaluate
two variants of Flexics: 1) a generic variant that addresses the well-known
itemset sampling task and the novel pattern set sampling task as well as a wide
range of expressive constraints within these tasks, and 2) a specialized
variant that exploits existing frequent itemset techniques to achieve
substantial speed-ups. Experiments show that Flexics is both accurate and

Basic exposure time optimization of a solid-state radiation detector in scintillation atomic emission spectrometry
Для оптимизации базовой экспозиции твердотельного детектора на примере опытной линейки БЛПП-2000 производства «ВМК-Оптоэлектроника» проведено экспериментальное исследование отношения сигнал-шум при сцинтилляционном атомно-эмиссионном спектральном анализе. Получены зависимости отношения сигнал-шум от времени этой экспозиции, подтверждающие соответствующую формулу, которая учитывает следующие параметры: форма и продолжительность вспышки спектральной линии; количество фотоэлектронов, порожденных вспышкой; темновой ток и фототок от спектрального фона; шум чтения, режим синхронизации. При этом использовали одноканальную регистрацию имитационных вспышек от светодиода, а также одновременную двухканальную регистрацию сцинтилляций золота на линии Au 267.595 нм от просыпки порошковой геологической пробы в электрической дуге. Получено уравнение для оценки оптимального времени экспозиции. Для линейки БЛПП-2000 расчет и экспериментальные данные согласованно показывают, что оптимальная экспозиция для регистрации интересующих по размеру микрочастиц аналита приблизительно равна продолжительности их вспышек.An experimental study of the signal-to-noise ratio in scintillation atomic-emission spectrometry was performed to optimize basic exposure time of the solid-state detectors using as an example a BLPP-2000 photodiode array produced by VMK-Optoelektronika. Obtained dependences of the signal-to-noise ratio on this exposure time confirm the corresponding formula that takes into account the following parameters: the shape and duration of scintillations of spectral lines; the number of photoelectrons generated by scintillations; dark current and background photocurrent; read noise, synchronization mode. Single-channel recording of simulated flashes of a light-emitting diode and simultaneous dual-channel recording of scintillations of the gold Au 267.595-nm line from the injection of powdered geological samples into an electric arc were used. An equation was derived to estimate the optimal exposure time. The calculated and experimental data for the BLPP 2000 array show that the optimal exposure time for recording the analyte microparticles of the size of interest is approximately equal to the length of their flashes
