This study entitled the quality of subsidized rice distribution service of Bulog Coorporation of South Sumatera Regional Division in the Village of 35 Ilir. Formulation of the problem in this study is how the quality of subsidized rice distribution service Palembang Municipality work unit to the distributor of Sub District of West Ilir II, subsidized rice distribution service of Sub District of West Ilir II to the distributor of 35 Ilir Village, and subsidized rice distribution service of 35 Ilir Village to the rice subsidized beneficiary of RTS-PM. The method use in this study is a descriptive study with a qualitative approach. Assessment of subsidized rice distribution service quality is determined by five dimensions on three distribution services. The results of the data analysis showed that the quality of subsidized rice distribution services on the three services has met indicators on five dimensions, only in the subsidized rice distribution service there is no means for receiving complaints and suggestions and the lack of access to information that can be reached. There is a delay for subsidized rice distribution services in the Village of 35 Ilir to the RTS-PM beneficiary because it depends on the freight cars and deposited cost. REVEALING THE ROLE OF SELAYAR IN THE EASTERN SHIPPING AND TRADE ROUTE; ARCHAEOLOGICAL FINDS FROM AN UNDERWATER EXCAVATION ON THE BONTO SIKUYU SITE

During the 16th-19th centuries, besides exporting copra and woven fabrics, Selayar Island was a part of the shipping route called the ‘eastern route’ used by ceramic traders. This is supported by archaeological evidence found on the Bonto Sikuyu underwater site, which has been under the threat of illegal excavation, in the forms of ceramics and Chinese coins. These archaeological finds, which are dominant in the site, may help us find out where they came from. This study used a survey method by carrying out excavation on the site. During the excavation, we found 1,718 coin pieces, 299 coin chunks, 190 porcelain pieces, 5 stoneware pieces, and one ironware piece. The ceramics came from China, Annam, and Thailand. The Chinese ceramics came from the Sung dynasty (the 9th-12th centuries) and the Yuan dynasty (the 12th-13th centuries). The Annamese and Thai ceramics came from the 14th-16th centuries.&nbsp

Pengaruh Ekstrak n-Heksan Ikan Bandeng (Chanos chanos F.) terhadap Memori Mencit (Mus musculus) Jantan dalam Eight-Arm Radial Maze

Hasil uji daya ingat menunjukkan bahwa ekstrak n-heksan ikan bandeng (Chanos chanos F.) memperbaiki memori mencit (Mus musculus) dengan dosis yang paling berpengaruh adalah 0,42 ml/30 g BB. Hasil uji t menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan konsentrasi ekstrak n-heksan ikan bandeng (Chanos chanos F.) tidak mempengaruhi daya ingat secara nyata (P > 0,05)

KAGHOMBO SEBAGAI NILAI- NILAI PENDIDIKAN BAGI ANAK PEREMPUAN DI KECAMATAN WATOPUTE KABUPATEN MUNA

This study aimed to describe the process of performing Kaghombo ritual that contain special advices about character education of Muna ethnic community in Kecamatan Watopute, Muna Regency. This study used a qualitative approach to describe process of ritual’s implementation with observation technique and depth interview to the intervieews. The result showed that Kaghombo’s process in Kariya tradition in Muna ethnic began from Kaalano oe, Alano Bhansa, Polobha, Kakadiu, Kabasano Haroa, Kafoluku and Kabansule. There are three types of character education which is contain in advices of education’s character that exist in KaghomboofKariya tradition; 1) Nemotehi all deeds are forbidden by Allah SWT, as dont tell a lie, can control his lust, and no other people's rights; 2) Kafekatangka is an important advices of the strength and strength of faith to not be tempted with the luxury of the world such as photoro, infasu, dosabhara, and dotawakala; 3) Polambu is the advice about married life, which concerns the obligation of a wife to husband and duty of a wife who must be able to carry out his family and husband.Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan proses pelaksanaan ritual Kaghombo yang mengandung nasehat-nasehat khusus pendidikan bai anak perempuan pada masyarakat suku Muna di Kecamatan Watopute, Kabupaten Muna.Penelitian mengunakan pendekatan kualitatif untuk mendeskripsikan proses pelaksanaan ritual dengan teknik observasi dan wawancara secara mendalam kepada narasumber. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa proses pelaksanaan Kaghombo pada tradisi Kariya dikalangan suku Muna dimulai dari Kaalano oe, Alano Bhansa, Polobha, Kakadiu, Kabasano Haroa, Kafoluku dan Kabansule. Sedangkan nasehat pendidikan karakter yang terdapat di dalam Kaghombo pada tradisi Kariya terdapat 3 jenis pendidikan karakter yaitu; 1)Nemotehi segala perbuatan yang dilarang dengan Allah SWT, seperti dilarang berbohong, dapat mengendalikan hawa nafsunya, dan tidak menguasai hak orang lain.; 2) Kafekatangka adalah nasehat yang menyangkut kekuatan batin dan kekuatan iman agar tidak tergoda dengan kemewahan dunia seperti fotoro, infasu, dosabhara, dan dotawakala; 3) Polambu adalah nasehat tentang kehidupan berumah tangga, yang menyangkut kewajiban seorang istri terhadap suaminya dan tugas seorang istri harus mampu menjaga kehormatan keluarga dan kehormatan suami

Aplikasi Peminjaman Perangkat Berbasis Website pada Kemenkominfo Ditjen SDPPI Balai Monitor Spektrum Frekuensi Radio Kelas I Palembang

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk membuat Aplikasi Peminjaman Perangkat Berbasis Website pada Kementerian Komunikasi dan Informatika Ditjen SDPPI, Balai Monitor Spektrum Frekuensi Radio Kelas I Palembang yang dimaksudkan untuk mempermudah proses peminjaman alat, pendataan pada alat yang dipinjam, pendataan pegawai yang meminjam alat, dan proses pendataan pengembalian alat yang dipinjam, laporan data alat peminjam, dan laporan data peminjam (pengguna). Dengan adanya aplikasi tersebut dimaksudkan agar kegiatan tersebut lebih efisien yang sebelumnya masih manual menjadi terkomputerisasi sehingga tidak ada kendala dalam proses peminjaman alat. Proses yang digunakan untuk merancang aplikasi ini adalah membuat desain menggunakan Flowchart, Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD), Data Flow Diagram (DFD) dan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan database MySQL, serta dengan bahasa pengembangan aplikasi web lainnya

APLIKASI PELAYANAN BEROBAT DOSEN, STAF DAN MAHASISWA DI POLIKLINIK POLITEKNIK NEGERI SRIWIJAYA

Aplikasi pelayanan  berobat dosen, staf dan mahasiswa di polillinik politeknik negeri sriwijaya dapat melayanani dengat cepat, karena system  pelayanan ini dapat mencatat seluruh proses berobat. Proses berobat ini akan menghasilkan surat keterangan yang bias di gunakan di lingkungan politeknik negeri sriwijaya. Perancangan Aplikasi Survei Kualitas Pelayanan Publik pada Bagian Sistem Informasi Divisi Regional III Palembang PT. KAI (Persero)

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk membuat suatu Perancangan Aplikasi Survei Pelayanan Publik dibagian Sistem Informasi Divre III Palembang PT Kereta Api Indonesia dengan menggunakan bahasa pemograman PHP serta database MySQL. Masalah yang dihadapi oleh bagian Sistem informasi dalam melakukan survei pelayanan publik yaitu belum terkomputernisasi, masih manual atau dengan cara bertatap langsung dengan responden sehingga memakan waktu yang sangat banyak dan dalam pembuatan laporannya tidak realtime. Perancangan Aplikasi ini terdiri dari 4 user  yaitu admin, staff, manager dan responden. Perancangan Aplikasi ini memproses data akun user,data kategori survei,data quisioner,data jawaban dan menghasilkan keluaran berupa data hasil survei pelayanan publik. Perancangan aplikasi ini diharapkan dapat memberikan gambaran solusi mengenai masalah survei pelayanan publik di Divre III Palembang Bagian Sistem Informasi PT Kerata Api Indonesia (PERSERO).
