ANÁLISE DAS POSSIBILIDADES EDUCACIONAIS DO TEMA DAS MULHERES NEGRAS NA MATEMÁTICA

This article examines the experience of carrying out an educational presentation of scientific dissemination on the participation of black women throughout the history of mathematics, for high school students who visited the Campus of Caraguatatuba of the Federal Institute of São Paulo (IFSP), in May 29, 2023. Therefore, this work articulates research, teaching and extension, in an interdisciplinary way, with the aim of examining the pedagogical possibilities of the thematic axis of black women in mathematics. To support the investigation, a theoretical review was carried out on this subject, through the search for academic works on the subject, using, for this, the “Google Scholar” tool. A questionnaire, which was designed to ascertain the views of those present on the topics covered, was answered by 15 high school students who attended the presentation. The results of this research point to the importance of the concept of intersectionality that takes into account gender, race and class identities when investigating the trajectories of black women who are professionally dedicated to mathematics, as researchers and educators.O presente artigo examina a experiência da realização de uma apresentação educacional de divulgação científica sobre a participação de mulheres negras ao longo da história da matemática, para alunos de ensino médio que visitaram o Campus de Caraguatatuba do Instituto Federal de São Paulo (IFSP), em 29 de maio de 2023. Desta forma, este trabalho articula pesquisa, ensino e extensão, de modo interdisciplinar, com o intuito de examinar as possibilidades pedagógicas do eixo temático das mulheres negras na matemática. Para fundamentar a investigação foi realizada uma revisão teórica sobre esta temática, por meio da busca de trabalhos acadêmicos a respeito, usando, para isto, a ferramenta “Google Acadêmico”. Um questionário, que foi elaborado para averiguar as concepções dos presentes sobre os temas abordados, foi respondido por 15 estudantes de ensino médio que assistiram à apresentação. Os resultados desta pesquisa apontam para a importância do conceito de interseccionalidade que leva em conta as identidades de gênero, raça e classe quando se investigam as trajetórias das mulheres negras que se dedicam profissionalmente à matemática, como pesquisadoras e educadoras

Cytogenomic microarray testing allows the detection of submicroscopic genomic rearrangements, commonly denominated copy number variations (CNVs) that are implicated with many neurodevelopmental disorders, dysmorphic features, multiple congenital anomalies, hematological and solid tumors, and complex disorders and traits in both humans and animals. On the other hand, this approach is also widely used for the identification of structural variations that are applied as a biomarker in pharmacogenomics, agriculture, and animal selection and breeding. The chromosomal microarray analysis (CMA) has been applied for over a decade to screen for submicroscopic genomic gains and losses in DNA sample in both diagnostic and functional scenarios. Aids na cibercultura : a midiatização da doença nas redes sociais online do Ministério da Saúde

Dissertação (mestrado)—Universidade de Brasília, Faculdade de Comunicação, Programa de Pós-Graduação em Comunicação, 2012.A presente dissertação expõe a forma como a aids é retratada nas redes sociais online do Ministério da Saúde. Desde que foi descoberta, no início da década de 1980, a doença é midiatizada de forma a alertar a população sobre os perigos da contaminação pelo vírus HIV. Primeiramente, viu-se uma aids mortal, da qual ninguém sobrevivia. Depois foi a vez de perceber uma doença com que o paciente pode viver junto. A camisinha virou sinônimo da aids publicizada e os movimentos sociais ganharam espaço na imprensa para solicitar melhores condições no Sistema Único de Saúde (SUS). A cura da doença ainda não foi descoberta, mas é possível viver com ela utilizando os antirretrovirais. O discurso atual do Ministério da Saúde está focado na questão do diagnóstico precoce e do preconceito. De acordo com o órgão, a epidemia está estabilizada no país. Entretanto, os números com relação a jovens homossexuais que têm entre 15 e 24 anos aumentam e preocupam. Por isso, o Mnistério também continua a enfatizar a prevenção. Para isso, se mantém presente em mais um lugar: o ciberespaço. Nele, as principais formas simbólicas da doença, como o laço vermelho, estão firmemente presentes. A interação com o usuário também é um dos destaques do trabalho do Ministério nas redes sociais online. Tratando-se de mais um ramo a ser pensado dentro da chamada “Comunicação em Saúde”, percebe-se que o direito do cidadão em ter acesso a informações é ampliado nesse espaço explorado pelo Ministério da Saúde. Mas, apesar do esforço em demonstrar à sociedade que o órgão máximo da saúde brasileira está ali bem próximo a ela, ainda é preciso reforçar mais o trabalho durante épocas distintas das do carnaval e do Dia Mundial de Luta contra a Aids, lembrado em 1º de dezembro de todo ano. Se é comprovado que os jovens fazem parte de uma das maiores parcelas de participantes das redes sociais online e que gays dessa faixa etária vivenciam com maior frequência as chamadas situações de risco, é necessário que o Ministério da Saúde amplie seu trabalho no ciberespaço. ______________________________________________________________________________ ABSTRACTThis paper discusses how SIDA portrayed in social media from the Ministry of Health of Brazil. Since its discovery in the early 1980s, the disease is mediated to alert the public about the dangers of HIV infection. First, the world saw a deadly SIDA, which nobody survived. Then it was time to find a disease in which the patient can live together. The condom has become synonymous of prevention and social movements have gained space in the press to ask for better conditions in Sistema Único de Saúde (SUS). The cure of disease has not been discovered, but you can live with it using the right drugs. The current discourse of the Ministry of Health is focused on the question of early diagnosis and prejudice. According to the agency, the epidemic has stabilized in the country. However, the numbers in relation to gay youth who are between 15 and 24 years increase and concern. Therefore, the ministry also continues to emphasize prevention. To do so, remains present in one more place: cyberspace. In it, the main symbolic forms of the disease, as the red ribbon, are strongly present. The user interaction is also one of the highlights of the work of the ministry in online social networks. In the case of another branch to be thought within the call "Health Communication", one realizes that the citizen's right to access information is magnified in this space explored by the Ministry of Health. But despite the effort to demonstrate the society that the highest organ of the Brazilian health is there right next to it, we still need to further strengthen the work during different times of the Carnival and the World Day to Combat SIDA remembered on st.December 1 . If it is proven that young people are part of one of the largest parcels of participants of online social networks and they are the most infected with HIV, it is necessary that the Ministry of Health expand its work in cyberspace

FUNDAMENTOS DA LGPD: CÍRCULOS CONCÊNTRICOS E SOCIEDADE DE INFORMAÇÃO NO CONTEXTO DE DIREITOS DA PERSONALIDADE

RESUMO Objetivos: a presente pesquisa tem como ponto central os fundamentos da Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados (LGPD) e os seus impactos nos direitos da personalidade. Os fundamentos foram acoplados em três blocos distintos para efeitos didáticos. O estudo tem por referencial teórico o pensamento de Heinrich Hubmann e Heinrich Henkel que desenvolveram a Teoria dos Círculos Concêntricos. Metodologia: o estudo se vale da pesquisa exploratória para investigar o problema da proteção de dados pessoais sob o viés da disciplina de direito de personalidade, em especial a privacidade, intimidade e sigilo, no contexto da Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados (LGPD). A pesquisa se utilizou da revisão bibliográfica em bases de dados de revistas especializadas, doutrina e legislação sobre o tema proposto. O método proposto é o hipotético dedutivo para investigar o problema da proteção de dados pessoais. Resultados: O trabalho mostra que a teoria precisa ser revista para que atenda às necessidades da atual sociedade de informação. Assim, propõe uma resposta ao problema da invasão da esfera pública nas esferas dos círculos concêntricos a partir da sugestão da sua reestruturação e uma nova leitura dos mesmos. O trabalho conclui que a movimentação das esferas exige uma ação não apenas do Poder Público em termos de legislação e políticas públicas, mas também da comunidade a fim de que dados pessoais não sejam compartilhados indiscriminadamente. Contribuições: O presente estudo traz como contribuição o debate de um tópico muito atual e sensível, que é a investigação da proteção de dados pessoais sob o viés da disciplina de direito de personalidade, em especial a privacidade, intimidade e sigilo no contexto da proteção de dados pessoais, cuja legislação pátria foi tardiamente promulgada em relação a muitos outros Estados, principalmente os europeus, por conta da complexidade do tema e dos interesses envolvidos. The research used the bibliographic review in databases of specialized journals, doctrine and legislation on the proposed theme. The proposed method is the hypothetical deductive to investigate the problem of protection of personal data.Results: the paper shows that the theory needs to be revised to meet the needs of today’s information society.it proposes an answer to the problem of the invasion of the public sphere in the spheres of concentric circles from the suggestion of its restructuring and a new reading of them. The study concludes that the movement of the spheres requires action not only by the public power in terms of legislation and public policies, but also by the community so that personal data are not shared indiscriminately.Contributions: The present study contributes to the debate on a very current and sensitive topic, which is the investigation of the protection of personal data under the bias of the personality right discipline, in particular privacy, intimacy and secrecy in the context of personal data protection, in which thennational legislation was belatedly enacted in relation to many other States, mainly Europeans, due to the complexity of the topic and the interests involved.Keywords: General Data Protection Law; PersonalityrRights; Drying concentric circles; Privacy; Information society

To Think a Critic-Filmmaker: A Look to Mauro, Humberto alongside the texts of David Neves

Em uma “vida dedicada às tarefas do cinema”, o crítico-cineasta David Neves constituiu um projeto cinematográfico particular manifestado tanto em seus filmes, como em sua atuação na política e na crítica cinematográfica. Neste artigo, o centro do problema é a passagem à direção cinematográfica do colaborador em filmes e na definição do Cinema Novo, daquele que até então trabalhava como produtor e fotógrafo, além de conhecido crítico associado ao movimento. Destarte, à luz da abordagem proposta pela Teoria de Cineastas, buscamos destacar o modo como a atenção ao pensamento do crítico-cineasta pode ser uma interessante porta de entrada para o estudo de seu estilo cinematográfico. Tal estilo emerge de modo autônomo pela assunção de interesses já manifestados em suas críticas e pelo projeto próprio ao redor da figuração do cineasta Humberto Mauro. Por meio de cotejamentos entre os escritos de Neves e as escolhas estilísticas em seu primeiro curta-metragem Mauro, Humberto (1966), tomamos seus textos, de variadas naturezas, como importantes fontes diretas e espaços de exposição de seus paradigmas para a prática do cinema, visando desenhar as bases de um olhar diferenciado, atento à especificidade da obra do crítico-cineasta em torno da sua própria noção de “erro”.In a “life dedicated to the tasks of cinema”, the critic-filmmaker David Neves constituted a particular cinematographic project manifested both in his films and in his work in politics and film criticism. In this article, the core of the problem is the transition to cinematographic direction by the collaborator in films and in the definition of Cinema Novo, who until then worked as a producer and photographer, as well as a well-known critic associated with the movement. Thus, in the light of the approach proposed by the Theory of Filmmakers, we seek to highlight how attention to the thinking of the filmmaker-critic can be an interesting gateway to the study of his cinematographic style. Such a style emerges autonomously through the assumption of interests already manifested in his texts and through his own project around the figuration of filmmaker Humberto Mauro. Through comparisons between Neves' writings and the stylistic choices in his first short film Mauro, Humberto (1966), we take his texts, of various natures, as important direct sources and spaces for exposing his paradigms for the practice of cinema, aiming to lay the foundations for a different look, attentive to the specificity of the work of the critic-filmmaker around his own notion of “error”

A importância de cotas raciais universitárias no contexto brasileiro

The objective of this study was to analyze educational policies for blacks, brown and indigenous people in the University, and the advances and setbacks to Brazilian literature have been presented throughout history. For this, through a bibliographical and documentary research, we analyze together the history of racial quotas in Brazil, arranging their assumptions and characteristics. The date makes an analysis of legislation, which deals with public policy issues as educational public policies. The evaluation of educations of racial quotas is important for young people who have a social disadvantage in the University. Submissão: 2018/09/30. Aceito em: 2019/05/20.  O trabalho tem por objetivo analisar as políticas públicas educacionais para os negros, pardos e indígenas na Universidade, apontando os avanços e retrocessos que a legislação brasileira tem presentado ao longo da história. Para isso, por meio de uma pesquisa bibliográfica e documental, analisamos inicialmente o histórico da cotas raciais no Brasil, apontando seus pressupostos e características. Na sequência realiza-se uma análise da legislação, que trata das questões das cotas que permeiam as políticas públicas educacionais. Concluímos que as políticas públicas educacionais de cotas raciais são relevantes, pois integram jovens que tem uma desvantagem social na Universidade.

O novo marco regulatório da extensão universitária no Brasil: uma contribuição para a política de promoção humana

This article aims to address the new regulatory framework for university extension in Brasil provided for in Resolution n. 7 of december 18, 2018, of the MEC. To show that despite the changes required of higher education institutions, whether public or private, this Resolution can be observed as a powerful instument of human promotion policy in favor of brazilian society. In this sense, depending on the way in which education entities elaborate and develop their extension projects, the generated indicators will be able to feed the agendas for the formation of public policies and to charge the Government with responsibility for the needs of society. Although the topic university extension is not exactly new, the guidelines imposed by the legal provision is a relevant and urgent matter, once the deadline for institutions to comply with the new rules expires on december 14, 2021. This scenario that is designed in the contexto of higher education requires studies tha reflect social realities in na increasingly globalized world. The method used is deductive and with regard to ata collection, the research used the bibliographic survey, jurisprudential analyss and collection of statistical data produced by federal government agencies and entities.Pretende o presente artigo tratar do novo marco regulatório da extensão universitária no Brasil previsto na Resolução n. 7 de 18 de dezembro de 2018, do Ministério da Educação (MEC). Mostrar que apesar das mudanças exigidas às instituições de ensino superior, sejam elas públicas ou particulares, a referida Resolução pode ser observada como um poderoso instrumento de política de promoção humana em favor da sociedade brasileira. Neste sentido, dependendo da forma como as entidades de educação elaborarem e desenvolverem seus projetos de extensão, os indicadores gerados terão o condão de alimentar as agendas para a formação de políticas públicas. Embora o tema extensão universitária não seja propriamente novo, as diretrizes impostas pelo dispositivo legal é assunto relevante e urgente, uma vez que o prazo para as instituições se adequarem as novas regras se extinguem em 14 de dezembro de 2021. Esse cenário que se desenha no âmbito do ensino superior exige estudos que reflitam as realidades sociais em um mundo cada vez mais globalizado.
