Debido a la globalización que estamos sufriendo en los últimos años, es fundamental que cada país cree una identidad cada vez más definitoria que pueda exportar como imagen de marca a los demás países. En este trabajo fin de grado realizo una investigación sobre los eventos deportivos en España y cómo este tipo de eventos están siendo fundamentales en la externalización de la marca España a los demás países del mundo, tomando como punto de inflexión las Olimpiadas de Barcelona ’92.Grado en Publicidad y Relaciones Pública

Reforma psiquiátrica y cierre de manicomios ¿dónde están los pacientes?

Este trabajo consiste en una revisión bibliográfica cuyo objetivo general es conocer los recursos actuales de los que disponen los enfermos de salud mental en Castilla y León, concretamente en Valladolid. Parte del tipo de asistencia que se otorgaba en los manicomios, pasando por el comienzo de la reforma psiquiátrica que tuvo lugar en los años 80 hasta nuestros días. A través de un recorrido del marco normativo y legislativo observaremos qué cambios se llevaron a cabo para que la reforma psiquiátrica fuera posible. Teniendo como antecedente la reforma psiquiátrica de Italia, ley 180/78, en Trieste, los cambios que conllevó esta ley tuvieron un gran impacto en la sociedad, en la asistencia y en el sistema sanitario general. Consiguiendo que la asistencia en enfermedad mental se integrara en el sistema, rompiendo así con la marginación y la deficitaria atención que se prestaba a los pacientes con enfermedad de salud mental. Esto queda reflejado en la ley general de sanidad de 1986, donde se establecen los criterios generales de prestaciones de asistencia a pacientes de salud mental (art. 20, cap. III) y el Decreto 83/1989 de 18 de mayo por el que se regula la organización y funcionamiento de los servicios de salud mental y asistencia psiquiátrica de Castilla y León. Se comienza a entender la salud mental como un aspecto inseparable de la salud general. Este cambio de asistencia supone también el cierre de hospitales psiquiátricos y la creación de nuevos recursos.Grado en Enfermerí

La representación de arquitectura en la prensa no especializada. El caso de ABC y Blanco y Negro

[EN] Historically, the dissemination of topics relating to architecture in the daily press has needed a visual component to help a non-specialist public understand the m. Although this contribution was mostly based on photographic images, occasionally manual graphic representation devices were used. Selecting some representative examples published in ABC newspaper at different points during the period in which Spanish architecture strived towards “modernity”, this historical analysis focuses on the use of graphic resources in the treatment of architecturaltopics in the press, and also shows how these resources aided its dissemination and progressive acceptance in Spanish society.[ES] La difusión de temas relacionados con la arquitectura en la prensa diaria ha necesitado históricamente de una aportación visual que ayude a su comprensión por parte del público no especializado. Esta aportación se ha basado principalmente en la fotografía, pero también se ha echado mano, en ocasiones, de mecanismos de representación gráfica de elaboración manual. “Tendencias y guerrillas en la arquitectura española”. Arquitectura y Prensa

[EN] Architecture critique has historically used specialised publications as a dissemination channel. These publications, written by and for architects, have been of seminal importance in the creation of architectural culture in Spain. Nevertheless, this type of publication leaves out the non-specialised public, mistakenly considering them alien to these matters. In this case, the mass media has filled this space, carrying out a very important educational role. Its task has not been that of a mere dissemination of contents, but it has also provided a platform for criticism and analysis of some of the main events in Spanish architecture over the course of the 20th Century. In this study we analyse the years preceding and following the Spanish Civil War. A review of the issues that the main papers addressed—ABC and La Vanguardia—allows us to grasp what the general reader perceived during a key period in our history of architecture.[ES] Históricamente, la crítica arquitectónica ha utilizado las publicaciones especializadas como principal cauce de difusión. Este medio, escrito por y para arquitectos, ha tenido una importancia capital en la creación de la cultura arquitectónica del país. Sin embargo, este tipo de publicaciones deja fuera de la ecuación al público no especializado, al que —erróneamente— se podría considerar ajeno a estos asuntos. En este caso, es la prensa generalista la que ha llenado ese hueco al realizar una importante función didáctica. Su labor no se ha quedado en la mera difusión de contenidos, sino que ha servido de plataforma para la crítica y el análisis de algunos de los principales sucesos de la arquitectura española del siglo XX. En este estudio, se analizan los años inmediatamente anteriores y posteriores a la Guerra Civil. System for cybersecurity career orientation based on self-assessment of competences

In the last years, cybersecurity industry has tried to mature by defning a set of dif- ferent work roles and their needed skills, knowledge and abilities. As a consequence of this situation, several frameworks were created so as to facilitate the classifcation of the diferent cybersecurity profles. The aim of this report is to describe the results of the analysis performed to Sorting Hat as well as discussing the diferent proposals in order to improve it. Consequently, this project is based on Sorting Hat, whose main functionality is specifying the cybersecurity profle of the user once a self-assessment of competences has been completed. The scope of Sorting Hat is very extensive. This statement is based on the fact that Sorting Hat is focused on providing a service which could be useful for all the students and professionals regardless of where they live or where they are from. The main objective of "System for cybersecurity career orientation based on self- assessment of competences" Bachelor Thesis is the analysis and the proposal of improve- ments of the current version of Sorting Hat. This version is the result of several Bach- elor Thesis completed by former students of the University Carlos III of Madrid, Spain. The last Bachelor Thesis which was delivered according to Sorting Hat had the name of "Cybersecurity Sorting Hat: Ampliación de funcionalidades de análisis y desarrollo de interfaz de usuario avanzada 2". Its author is Javier Sanz López who was a student at the Bachelor’s degree in Telematics Engineering and it was delivered for the 2017/2018 course. The development of this Bachelor Thesis has been done taking into consideration the functionalities already designed and implemented for the last version of Sorting Hat. Fur- thermore, in order to be as accurate as possible the report and the code delivered by Javier Sanz López for his Bachelor Thesis is taken as the starting point for the development of this project. The following document describes and analyzes the mandatory procedures in order to achieve a successful outcome from the development of "System for cybersecurity career orientation based on self-assessment of competences". A general approach for the location of transfer points on a network with a trip covering criterion and mixed distances

In this paper we consider a trip covering location model in a mixed planar-network space. An embed- ded network in the plane represents an alternative transportation system in which traveling is fasterthan traveling within the plane. We assume that the demand to be covered is given by a set of origin- destination pairs in the plane, with some traffic between them. An origin-destination pair is covered bytwo facility points on the network (or transfer points), if the travel time from the origin to destinationby using the network through such points is not higher than a given acceptance level related to the traveltime without using the network. The facility location problems studied in this work consist of locatingone or two transfer points on the network such that, under several objective functions, the traffic throughthe network is maximized. Due to the continuous nature of these problems, a general approach is pro- posed for discretizing them.
