    Effect of direct and indirect financial compensation on job satisfaction

    This study aims to examine the effect of direct financial compensation on job satisfaction and to examine the effect of indirect financial compensation on job satisfaction. This type of research is quantitative research. Respondents in this study were 100 employees at PT. Indonesia Asahan Aluminum (Persero), Indonesia. The data collection technique used a questionnaire, while the data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis. This study aims to examine the effect of direct financial compensation on job satisfaction and examine the effect of indirect financial compensation on job satisfaction. Based on the results of this study, the company should make an appropriate financial compensation policy, both direct and indirect financial compensation to build employee job satisfaction

    Pendidikan kewirausahaan memiliki peran penting dalam mengembangkan motivasi dan inovasi di kalangan individu yang tertarik untuk menjadi wirausahawan. Pendidikan ini tidak hanya memberikan pengetahuan praktis tentang bagaimana memulai dan mengelola bisnis, tetapi juga memainkan peran kunci dalam membangun sikap, keterampilan, dan pemikiran wirausaha. Penelitian ini akan mengulas secara menyeluruh mengenai dampak positif pendidikan kewirausahaan terhadap motivasi dan inovasi berwirausaha. Melalui pendekatan analisis literatur dan studi kasus, penelitian ini akan menyoroti aspek-aspek kunci dari pendidikan kewirausahaan yang berkontribusi pada peningkatan motivasi dan inovasi dalam konteks berwirausaha. Beberapa aspek yang akan diperhatikan termasuk pengembangan pemahaman tentang peluang bisnis, keterampilan manajemen risiko, pemahaman pasar dan pelanggan, serta kemampuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan mengeksploitasi keunggulan kompetitif. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga akan meneliti dampak pendidikan kewirausahaan terhadap pembentukan sikap mental wirausaha, seperti ketahanan terhadap kegagalan, ketekunan, dan keinginan untuk terus belajar dan berkembang

    THE INFLUENCE OF PERCEIVED CREATIVITY AND POSITIVE EMOTIONS ON RELATIONSHIP QUALITY: THE MEDIATING ROLE OF INTERACTION

    Online grocery shopping offers a convenient shopping experience, but service providers must be creative in meeting customers' needs and delivering a positive shopping experience. This research examines the influence of perceived creativity and positive emotions on interaction and, subsequently, relationship quality. The study also analyses the mediation role of interaction in the relationship between perceived creativity and connection quality and the relationship between positive emotions and relationship quality. A survey was conducted with 288 respondents to investigate the relationships among the variables. The data collected were analyzed using structural equation modelling. The results show that perceived creativity and positive emotions directly influence relationship quality. Furthermore, perceived imagination and positive emotions indirectly affect relationship quality through interaction. These findings suggest that online grocery shopping platform providers can leverage consumers' creative perceptions and positive emotions to create exchanges that can be used to build a quality relationship between service providers and consumers

    Phonological Structure of Indonesian and Vietnamese Language: A Contrastive Analysis

    Abstract:  Phonological Structure of Indonesian and Vietnamese Language: A Contrastive Analysis. Objectives: The objectives of this study were to describe the differences in the phonological structure of Indonesian and Vietnamese.Methods: In this case study qualitative research, the informant is a Vietnamese-speaking student who is studying Indonesian. Data was collected through interviews and observations and analyzed by identifying similarities and differences in phonological structure data, coding the data, analyzing and describing the data, and reflecting them as research findings. Findings: The differences in the phonological structure of Indonesian and Vietnamese are (1) spectacle and tonal structures; (2) bisyllabic and monosyllabic syllable structures; (3) the number of vowels, consonants, and diphthongs. Conclusion: This difference in phonological structure makes it difficult for Vietnamese speakers to pronounce Indonesian sounds. This finding becomes a design for the preparation of materials and Indonesian language learning for foreign speakers from Vietnam.Keywords: contrastive analysis, phonological structure, language typology. Abstrak: Analisis Kontrastif Struktur Fonologis Bahasa Indonesia dan Bahasa Vietnam: Suatu Analisis Kontrastif. Tujuan: memberikan perbedaan struktur fonologi bahasa Indonesia dan bahasa Vietnam. Metode: dalam penelitian kualitatif studi kasus ini, informasinya ialah seorang mahasiswa penutur bahasa Vietnam yang sedang belajar bahasa Indonesia. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara dan observasi serta analisis dengan mengidentifikasi persamaan dan perbedaan data struktur fonologi, mengkodekan data, menganalisis dan mendeskripsikan data, serta mendeskripsikannya sebagai temuan penelitian. Temuan: perbedaan struktur fonologi bahasa Indonesia dan Vietnam ialah (1) struktur distingtif nontonal dan tonal; (2) struktur suku kata dwisilabis dan monosilabis; serta (3) jumlah vokal, konsonan, dan diftong. Kesimpulan: perbedaan struktur fonologis ini dapat menimbilkan kesulitan penutur Vietnam melafalkan bunyi bahasa Indonesia.
