    Calibración de Modelo Hidromecánico en Mezclas de Loess y Bentonita

    Los suelos loessicos de la Ciudad de Córdoba, constituyen uno de los materiales más importantes empleados en obras de ingeniería especialmente en obras viales. Se han realizado importantes estudios investigando sus propiedades geotécnicas. En este trabajo, se realizaron ensayos de compresión no confinada y ensayos de infiltración mediante el empleo de un permeámetro a pared flexible. Se realizaron mezclas de suelo loessico con adición de bentonita en distintos porcentajes. Se evaluó el contenido de humedad, peso unitario seco y contenido de bentonita en las muestras remoldeadas. Se compararon los resultados obtenidos experimentalmente con los modelos propuestos mediante formulaciones matemáticas. Los resultados muestran que es posible lograr una aproximación entre el comportamiento hidromecánico teórico obtenido mediante la modelación y calibración de funciones racionales respecto del comportamiento empírico obtenido como resultado de ensayos en mezclas de suelo loessico estabilizadas con bentonita

    Quantitative single-cell live imaging links HES5 dynamics with cell-state and fate in murine neurogenesis

The levels and dynamics of transcription factor expression regulate these decisions. Here, we use single cell live imaging of an endogenous HES5 reporter and absolute protein quantification to gain a dynamic view of neurogenesis in the embryonic mammalian spinal cord. We report that dividing neural progenitors show both aperiodic and periodic HES5 protein fluctuations. Mathematical modelling suggests that in progenitor cells the HES5 oscillator operates close to its bifurcation boundary where stochastic conversions between dynamics are possible. HES5 expression becomes more frequently periodic as cells transition to differentiation which, coupled with an overall decline in HES5 expression, creates a transient period of oscillations with higher fold expression change. This increases the decoding capacity of HES5 oscillations and correlates with interneuron versus motor neuron cell fate. Thus, HES5 undergoes complex changes in gene expression dynamics as cells differentiate.Publisher PDFPeer reviewe

    Alcuni testi amministrativi paralleli al testo rituale ARET XI 2 offrono nuovi spunti per l’interpretazione del tipo di rituale lì descritto. Si propone una lettura del rituale come rito di rinnovamento dell’autorità del re che poteva essere celebrato, verosimilmente, in situazioni differenti. Ciò escluderebbe la precisa coincidenza tra nozze reali e il rito presentato nei testi di ARET XI, mentre risulta evidente la connessione con la celebrazione degli antenati regali.Some administrative texts parallel to ritual text ARET XI 2 provide new insights to interpret the ritual described.     This paper analyzes the implementation of a software tool based on fuzzy logic to identify the sustainable location of four industrial parks in the province of Córdoba.Being the location study of multiple solutions, there may be more than one possible location that can make the project sustainable.Primarily the software on which this study is based is the Expert Choice V11 that uses the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP).
