    Objek dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui pengaruh karakterisitik individu, gaya kepemimpinan transformasional dan gaya kepemimpinan transaksional terhadap kinerja tim sales  di PT. Karunia Semesta Wisata. Sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh sales PT.Karunia Semesta Wisata senilai 100 orang. Dalam penelitian ini, peneliti menggunakan sampel non probability dengan teknik sampling jenuh. Analisis data menggunakan beberapa pengujian yaitu uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linier berganda dan uji hipotesis dengan uji-t  dan uji-F. Hasil pengujian diperoleh hasil Karakteristik Individu, Kepemimpinan transformasional dan kepemimpinan transaksional berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap kinerja Tim Sales  PT.Karunia Semesta Wisata. Hasil pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji-t diperoleh nilai signifikan senilai < 0,05, dan Karakteristik Individu, Kepemimpinan transformasional dan kepemimpinan transaksional berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap kinerjaTim Sales  PT.Karunia Semesta Wisata. Hasil pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji-F diperoleh nilai signifikan senilai < 0,05. Dimana hasil tersebut menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh signifikan, Sehingga hipotesis dapat diterima dan terbukti kebenarannya

    Application of Genetic Algorithm to Minimize Harmonic in Multilevel Inverter

    In inverter design, harmonic voltage is the main issue which affects the performance of the inverter. Generally, the harmonic minimization problem complexity is influenced by the number of harmonic orders to be minimized. This paper presents the utilization of genetic algorithm (GA) to solve harmonic minimization problem in multilevel inverter. The objective is to find relationship between the number of minimized harmonic orders and the results of total harmonic distortion (THD). The inverter to investigate is 11-level, but it is also applicable to multilevel inverters with any number of levels. The results show that harmonic contained in the output voltage has a small dependence on the number of harmonic orders that are minimized. However, the best results are still satisfied even though involving higher number of harmonics. The best-obtained THD, evaluated until 19th harmonic, is 2.76%, which is fairly low and thus acceptable.Keywords : Harmonic, genetic algorithm, multilevel inverter and optimization.Abstrak—Dalam desain inverter, harmonisa tegangan merupakan permasalahan utama yang mempengaruhi performa inverter. Pada umumnya, kompleksitas permasalahan minimisasi harmonisa dipengaruhi oleh jumlah orde harmonisa yang akan diminimisasi. Paper ini membahas utilisasi algoritman genetika untuk menyelesaikan persoalan minimisasi harmonisa di inverter multilevel. Tujuannya adalah untuk menemukan hubungan antara jumlah orde harmonisa yang diminimisasi dan total harmonic distortion (THD) yang dihasilkan. Inverter yang diinvestigasi adalah inverter 11-level, akan tetapi studi ini bisa diaplikasikan ke inverter multilevel dengan jumlah level yang lain. Hasil studi menunjukkan bahwa harmonisa di tegangan keluaran inverter memiliki keterkaitan yang kecil terhadap jumlah orde harmonisa yang diminimisasi. Akan tetapi, hasil yang paling bagus tetap masih didapatkan ketika jumlah harmonisa yang diminimisasi banyak. THD terbaik yang diperoleh, dievaluasi hingga harmonisa ke-19, adalah 2,76%, dimana angka ini cukup kecil dan dapat diterima.Kata Kunci : Harmonisa, algoritma genetika, inverter multilevel dan optimisasi

    Kajian Awal Material Pembuat Toe Cap (Safety Shoes) menggunakan Metode Elemen Hingga

    Toe cap merupakan bagian utama dari safety shoes sebagai pelindung diri dari tertimpa benda saat bekerja. Beragam jenis material dapat digunakan dalam pembuatan toe cap asal memenuhi persyaratan salah satunya adalah mampu menahan beban tekan sebesar 15.000 N. Persyaratan yang lainnya adalah dapat menahan beban impak sebesar 200J. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan kajian mengenai jenis material apa saja yang cocok untuk dijadikan bahan pembuat toe cap. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan membuat model sederhana dalam perangkat lunak MSC Patran/nastran dan memasukkan material yang selanjutnya dilakukan analisa untuk mendapatkan parameter tegangan, masa dan defleksi toe cap. Material yang digunakan adalah steel, aluminum, carbon/epoxy, eglass epoxy, dan kevlar/epoxy. Analisa menunjukkan bahwa material steel memiliki kemampuan paling baik, namun memiliki berat yang paling besar juga. Selain steel kandidat yang  aman lainnya adalah aluminum dan carbon/epoxy. Sedangkan material eglass/epoxy dan kevlar/epoxy menurut kriteria Tsai Wu terjadi kegagalan pada layer 5 &1. Berdasarkan pada nilai keamaan, masa dan defleksi, maka carbon/epoxy adalah pilihan yang terbaik

    The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of problem based learning model with experiment method of the topic light on student\u27s physics learning outcomes of SMPN 2 Gunungsari academic year 2014/2015. The design of this study used experimental research with pretest-posttest control group design. The population of this study is students of grade VIII SMPN 2 Gunungsari, with sampling was using cluster random sampling technique. The samples are the students of class VIII A as experimental class and class VIII B as control class. Data results studying by test used is polled variance t-test. The results of the analysis of hypothesis test obtained tcount= 2,71 compared with ttable = 2,.02 at the significance level of 5%. According to criteria of hypothesis testing, if tcount > ttable, then Ho is rejected and Ha accepted. It can be concluded that there are effect of problem based learning model with experiment method of the topic light on student\u27s physics learning outcomes of SMPN 2 Gunungsari academic year 2014/2015

    The condition of coral reefs is influenced by natural and anthropogenic factors. Anthropogenic activities such as coal mining will eventually have an impact on the surrounding ecosystems including coral reefs. This study aims to determine the condition of coral reefs in the waters around the operating areas of coal mining companies. This study is a preliminary study as a database that provides data on the health of coral reefs in the vicinity of the operation of mining companies in East Kutai Regency. Data was collected at Bengalon Reef, Kellie’s Reef and South Marker in March 2019 using Reef Check method, focusing on three indicators namely substrate, fish, and invertebrate. The line transect used in this method is 100 m long and divided into 4 segments. Physical and chemical parameters of the waters measured are current speed, brightness, pH, salinity, and water temperature. The condition of coral reefs in the study location is in medium category. The quality of the waters is in tolerance range of life support and coral growth. Indicator fish found were Chaetodontidae, Lutjanidae, Scaridae and Serranidae. Indicator invertebrates found were Holothuria edulis, Panulirus sp. and Tridacna spp. The dominant coral reef damage was found in boat anchors and fishing nets rubbish.
