NEW PRINCIPLE OF YOUTH PATRIOTISM TO FIGHT CORRUPTION

    Get PDF
In the article, the authors suggest steps to intensify the fight against corruption in terms of modern requirements, relying on the principles of patriotism, care, and culture among young people. One of the directions in considering ways of productive work on corruption prevention in Kazakhstan is activation of patriotism of youth. The reasons are considered in comparison with the legislation of other countries and the needs of national values in the fight against corruption are identified

Optimization of the technological mode of processing of Karatau phosphorites on cyclic technology by method of mathematical planning of an experiment

    Get PDF
In the article the results of studies of decomposition process of Karatau phosphorites by phosphoric acid are presented. Mathematical processing of the results of an experiment was carried out. Kinetic characteristics of the chemical reaction are determined, which can be used to evaluate technological parameters and select optimal conditions of phosphorite decomposition. The process of decomposition of phosphorites of different structure was optimized by the method of mathematical planning of the experiment. The obtained dependencies can be used for determination of decomposition parameters under production conditions in order to achieve the maximum process indicators

Investigation of the stress-strain state of balls under deformation in a closed die

    Get PDF
The paper presents the results of the study of the production process of balls in a special closed die, which performs a full compression due to the alternate insertion of rams. The possibility of implementing the proposed method is proved experimentally, and the presence of high compressive stresses in the deformation center is shown using the method of sliding lines and mathematical computer modeling. Due to the alternate insertion of rams, the process of plastic deformation is intensified, which makes it possible to obtain high-quality balls. The maximum average stress in the deformation center obtained by the theoretical calculation method of sliding lines is – 436,94 MPa, and the values obtained by mathematical computer modeling is – 500 MPa. Metallographic analysis showed that the grain diameter of the obtained ball samples in the central part, compared to the initial samples, was crushed 3 times (up to 5 μm)

Toxicity studies of combination of silver nanoparticles and cryogels

    Get PDF
The combination "cryogel + nanoparticles" allows developing a new type of wound dressing, where antimicrobial properties of silver nanoparticles made have been utilized. Previous reports have shown that the production of shaped nanoparticles and the incorporation onto cryogels is feasible [1-2]. This study investigates the toxicity of these constructs to primary human dermal fibroblast cells in context of possible clinical application

Current state of chronic wound care in Kazakhstan: focus on topical treatments

    Get PDF
Background — The presence of chronic hard-to-heal wounds significantly affects patients’ quality of life causing pain, discomfort, decrease of mobility and consequently leads to social isolation and depression. This type of wound is more prevalent among older population. It has been estimated that up to 1-2% of the world population have this condition. The treatment of hard-to-heal wounds is expensive and long-term process, and, stresses healthcare systems of every country. Unfortunately, limited information is available about the situation with chronic wounds in Kazakhstan as the statistical data on such patients is not monitored and not registered in this country. Methods — The search was conducted by using available electronic sources, including Google Scholar, PubMed, Web of Sciences, Medline, Wiley Online Library, and Cochrane Library databases as well as hard copy versions of peer-reviewed publications in Russian, Kazakh, and English languages. Results — We have identified and analyzed current situation with wound care in the Republic of Kazakhstan. Research has demonstrated a variety of types of treatments utilized in the country, particularly the treatment of the diabetic foot.It also indicates the lack of statistics on wound care. Conclusions — The review highlights the mechanisms of wound healing process, methods for wound care, and encompasses the information available on wound healing in Republic of Kazakhstan. The article emphasizes the necessity of establishing the systemic monitoring of wound care and formation of electronic database. Apart from that, the importance of developing and manufacturing of domestic novel wound treatments have been also stressed out

Dialogue of cultures : concept in Russian humanities

    Get PDF
The urgency of the problem under study is caused by the lack of a common opinion in the scientific social and humanitarian community about the content of "culture dialogue" concept and the interdisciplinary status of cultural research. The article is aimed at the revealing of the variety of used terms identical to "culture dialogue" and the presentation of a possible classification of values that are laid down in this term depending on the research problem. The leading approach to the study of this problem is the poly-paradigmatic approach, in which the main research method is the comparative analysis method, aimed at the comparison of existing definitions, the determination of their common and specific base components. The main results of the article represent the approaches to the definition of "culture dialogue" existing in the Russian humanitarian field. The materials of the article can be useful to develop the lecture materials for the students studying a wide range of social humanitarian educational programs, during the selection of a methodological approach in anthropological, historical, cultural, artistic, scientific and philosophical studies.peer-reviewe

New technology based on combination of cryogel and nanoparticles for wound management

    Get PDF
The anti-microbial properties of noble metals have been known since ancient times. The new technology allows obtaining metal particles with programmed size and shape. Gold and silver nanoparticles have been employed for various bio-medical applications (1, 2, 3). In our study we developed the method of obtaining gold and silver nanoparticles with different shape. The nanoparticles are to be incorporated into the cryogel, which provides an ideal antimicrobial microenvironment for effective wound healing

The Comparison of Content and Dynamic Parameters Personal Value-meaning Systems of Kazakh and Russian Undergraduates

    Get PDF
The comparison of content and dynamic parameters of personal value-meaning systems of Kazakh and Russian undergraduates has revealed some cultural differences among them. The content of value-meaning sphere of the Russian and Kazakh undergraduates are similar, while the dynamic aspect of this one reveal more differences in the both samples. Content specifics demonstrate differences only in the ranking of such values as love and interesting job within the general hierarchy of personal values. Dynamic specifics, in their turn, reveal themselves in a difference of perception of the attainability of values as well as in the level of realisability of values. The Kazakhs are more pronounced existential installation realisability values, thus the meaning type of values did not reveal significant differences. The fullness of life meaning is higher in the Russian sample. The research results are useful to create educational trajectories of undergraduates in poly-cultural educational space
