    Teknologi Sistem Informasi Geografis telah diterapkan di berbagai bidang, pembangunan juga dapat diterapkan pada bidang sistem pelayanan sekolah, termasuk pemetaan sistem informasi sekolah di Bantul. Saat ini informasi yang cukup tentang lokasi yang fasilitas sekolah informasi mutlak dan lokasi sekolah yang akurat Metode ini dilakukan dengan mengumpulkan data melalui observasi, tinjauan pustaka, referensi dari internet, menggunakan Google Map implementasi API, untuk membangun database dengan Sql saya , dan PHP, dan pengujian program sebagai tahap akhir dalam pembuatan Sistem Informasi Pemetaan SMA / SMK / MA di Kabupaten Bantul Berbasis Web. Tindak lanjut dari pengembangan infrastruktur informasi di Bantul, penulis membuat aplikasi pemetaan sekolah berbasis web online, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membangun sekolah-sekolah Sistem Informasi Pemetaan di Bantul, di mana data yang pada dasarnya meliputi: lokasi sekolah, fasilitas sekolah seperti laboratorium, perpustakaan, dari data dasar data- melakukan analisis spasial masing-masing sekolah

    Accounting of Biological Assets in Indonesian Plantation Companies

    The purpose of this study is to analyse the recognition, measurement, disclosure and presentation of biological assets in Indonesian plantation companies. The population of this study is all plantation companies registered in Indonesia Stock Exchange which amounts to 12 companies. This study involved the entire population as a sample. Further, this study uses descriptive-qualitative method through secondary data in the form of company financial report. The results of the study present that Indonesian plantation companies comply with PSAK (Indonesian Accounting Standards) in the application of biological asset records. The biological assets were measured at the acquisition cost by accumulating all expenditures from planting until the assets were ready to produce and were presented in the report of financial position with the classification of yielding and not yet yielding crops.     The result of the analysis of the studyshows the lack of educational condition related to Information Technology (IT) especially for orphanage children. Community service activities aim to provide computer training as a form of character development in the field of education. The subjects of community service activities are the children at the Mujahidin Orphanage in Anjir Serapat Village, Kapuas Timur Sub-District, Kapuas District, with 11 members. Training activities are supported by lecture methods, frequently asked questions and direct practice of using computer applications with the help of training modules provided to the participants as a tool in practice. The results showed that computer training can give knowledge and understanding for orphaned children in computer skills in the mastery of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Powerpoint and can foster the values of educational characters in themselves such as curiosity, creative, hard work, and communicative

    Characterization of isoprenoid compounds for natural products on true mangrove minor non-secreting Excoecaria agallocha L. in North Sumatran mangrove forest. This study aims to determine the characterization of isoprenoid compounds and lipid content of the mangrove type of non-secretion (Excoecaria agallocha L.) The samples were collected from the leaves and roots of E. Agallocha L. The results showed the composition NSL of E. agallocha L. were squalen, campesterol, stigmasterol, β-sitiosterol, cycloarterol, taraxerol, β-amyrin, germanicol, lupenone, betulin, lupeol, and α-amyrin. Stigmasterol is part of phytosterol had the highest content of 13.2. This research may provide information the diversity of triterpenoid and phytosterol composition in North Sumatran mangrove E.     Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan aktivitas dan prestasi belajar siswa kelas XI MIA 1 SMA Negeri 1 Banyudono tahun pelajaran 2014/2015 melalui penerapan model pembelajaran Inkuiri Terbimbing (Guided Inquiry) pada materi pokok kelarutan dan hasil kali kelarutan. Penelitian ini merupakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus. Setiap siklusnya terdapat empat tahapan yang terdiri dari perencanaan tindakan, pelaksanaan tindakan, observasi, dan refleksi. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas XI MIA 1 SMA Negeri 1 Banyudono tahun pelajaran 2014/2015. Sumber data berasal dari siswa dan guru. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, kajian dokumen, angket, dan tes. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran Inkuiri Terbimbing (Guided Inquiry) dilengkapi LKS dapat meningkatkan aktivitas dan prestasi belajar siswa pada materi pokok kelarutan dan hasil kali kelarutan kelas XI MIA 1 SMA Negeri 1 Banyudono tahun pelajaran 2014/2015. Pada siklus I, ketercapaian aktivitas belajar siswa sebesar 52% dan pada siklus II meningkat menjadi 80%. Peningkatan prestasi belajar untuk aspek pengetahuan pada siklus I diperoleh ketuntasan belajar sebesar 56% dan pada siklus II meningkat menjadi 84%, untuk aspek sikap dengan kategori sangat baik sebesar 72% pada siklus I meningkat menjadi 92% pada siklus II. Sedangkan untuk aspek keterampilan hanya dilakukan pada siklus I dengan persentase ketercapaian sebesar 100%

    Effect of Chicken Intestine Substitution to Chemical Quality of Nugget

    This research was aimed to study the chemical quality of the chicken nuggets substituted chicken intestine. The treatment was substitution of chicken meat with chicken intestine consisting of five levels was A0 (0% chicken intestine + 100% chicken meat), A1 (15% chicken intestine + 85% chicken meat), A2 (25% chicken intestine + 75% chicken meat ), A3 (40% chicken intestine + 60% chicken meat), A4 (50% chicken intestine + 50% chicken meat), A5 (65% chicken intestine + 35% chicken meat), A6 (75% chicken intestine + 25% chicken meat), A7 (90% chicken intestine + 10% chicken meat), and A8 (100% chicken intestine + 0% chicken meat). Each treatment was repeated five times. The results showed that the water content and ash substituted chicken nuggets chicken intestines were not significantly different (p> 0.05). water content of chicken nuggets in this study was A0 (99.8%), A1 (99.8%), A2 (99.8%), A3 (99.8%), A4 (99.8%), A5 (99.9%), A6 (99.9%), A7 (99.7%), and A8 (99.8%). Ash content on A0 (2.61%), A1 (1.61%), A2 (2.90%), A3 (1.80%), A4 (2.23%), A5 (2.84% ), A6 (2.62%), A7 (2.39%), and A8 (2.26%). Intestine substitution into the chicken nuggets significant (p <0, 05) against the protein and fat content of chicken nuggets, where the highest protein content in treatment A8 (100% chicken intestine) was 24.9% and the lowest in treatment A0 (100% chicken meat) that is 11.33%. The greater increase in the nugget chicken intestinal waste, the higher the protein content. Meanwhile nugget fat content tends to decrease as the percentage of the addition of chicken intestinal waste. Fat content nuggets with chicken intestinal waste substitution of 15% (A1) amounted to 21.85% , 25% (A2) of 20.56% , 40% (A3) of 19.09%, 50% (A4) of 18.14, 65% (A5) of 17.03%, 75% (A6) of 15.69%, 90% (A7) of 14.11%, and 100% (A8) 11.00% house-cleaning da significantly (p <0.05) with control of 0% (A0) 23.93%. The more the addition of substitution intestinal produce low-fat nugget. Can be concluded that substitution of chicken intestine increase the protein and lower fat content of chicken nuggets. Nugget product with composition 50% chicken intestine and 50% chicken meat (A4) has water content 99,8%, 17,58%, protein, 18,14% abu2.23% fat and preferred by the panelists

Fakta yang terjadi Penggunaan lahan di Kabupaten Bojonegoro di dominasi oleh lahan hutan produksi yaitu seluas 85.469,38 Ha atau 37,4 % dari luas keseluruhan lahan. penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji dan mengevaluasi perwujudan pembangunan wilayah dan kegiatan pemanfaatan ruang. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan koordinasi data dan Sistem Informasi Geografis (SIG) serta Teknik Overlay. Dari hasil analisis trend polynomial menunjuk terdapat simpangan dan perubahan lahan kawasan sawah menjadi permukiman sebesar 65 % dari total kawasan Kabupaten Bojonegoro

    Microglia activation in a model of retinal degeneration and TUDCA neuroprotective effects

    Background: Retinitis pigmentosa is a heterogeneous group of inherited neurodegenerative retinal disorders characterized by a progressive peripheral vision loss and night vision difficulties, subsequently leading to central vision impairment. Chronic microglia activation is associated with various neurodegenerative diseases including retinitis pigmentosa. The objective of this study was to quantify microglia activation in the retina of P23H rats, an animal model of retinitis pigmentosa, and to evaluate the therapeutic effects of TUDCA (tauroursodeoxycholic acid), which has been described as a neuroprotective compound. Methods: For this study, homozygous P23H line 3 and Sprague-Dawley (SD) rats were injected weekly with TUDCA (500 mg/kg, ip) or vehicle (saline) from 20 days to 4 months old. Vertical retinal sections and whole-mount retinas were immunostained for specific markers of microglial cells (anti-CD11b, anti-Iba1 and anti-MHC-II). Microglial cell morphology was analyzed and the number of retinal microglial was quantified. Results: Microglial cells in the SD rat retinas were arranged in regular mosaics homogenously distributed within the plexiform and ganglion cell layers. In the P23H rat retina, microglial cells increased in number in all layers compared with control SD rat retinas, preserving the regular mosaic distribution. In addition, a large number of amoeboid CD11b-positive cells were observed in the P23H rat retina, even in the subretinal space. Retinas of TUDCA-treated P23H animals exhibited lower microglial cell number in all layers and absence of microglial cells in the subretinal space.
