In day to day life theres massive drawback of parking of cars in metro cities attributable to lack of parking areas. So now a days we are constructing new system to solve this problem named as multilevel automatic parking system for vehicles Robotic automotive parking system. That the project work is to develop a automotive parking system that permits 6 to 26 cars inside an area of 32.17 sq.m with security of fingerprint ID for licensed entry solely. This model is very helpful for development in numerous areas like automation i.e. PLC micro-controllers and automation https://journalnx.co

Randomized Clinical Trial of High-Dose Rifampicin With or Without Levofloxacin Versus Standard of Care for Pediatric Tuberculous Meningitis: The TBM-KIDS Trial

Background. Pediatric tuberculous meningitis (TBM) commonly causes death or disability. In adults, high-dose rifampicin may reduce mortality. The role of fluoroquinolones remains unclear. There have been no antimicrobial treatment trials for pediatric TBM. Methods. TBM-KIDS was a phase 2 open-label randomized trial among children with TBM in India and Malawi. Participants received isoniazid and pyrazinamide plus: (i) high-dose rifampicin (30 mg/kg) and ethambutol (R30HZE, arm 1); (ii) high-dose rifampicin and levofloxacin (R30HZL, arm 2); or (iii) standard-dose rifampicin and ethambutol (R15HZE, arm 3) for 8 weeks, followed by 10 months of standard treatment. Functional and neurocognitive outcomes were measured longitudinally using Modified Rankin Scale (MRS) and Mullen Scales of Early Learning (MSEL). Results. Of 2487 children prescreened, 79 were screened and 37 enrolled. Median age was 72 months; 49%, 43%, and 8% had stage I, II, and III disease, respectively. Grade 3 or higher adverse events occurred in 58%, 55%, and 36% of children in arms 1, 2, and 3, with 1 death (arm 1) and 6 early treatment discontinuations (4 in arm 1, 1 each in arms 2 and 3). By week 8, all children recovered to MRS score of 0 or 1. Average MSEL scores were significantly better in arm 1 than arm 3 in fine motor, receptive language, and expressive language domains (P < .01). Conclusions. In a pediatric TBM trial, functional outcomes were excellent overall. The trend toward higher frequency of adverse events but better neurocognitive outcomes in children receiving high-dose rifampicin requires confirmation in a larger trial. Clinical Trials Registration. NCT02958709

GREEN HOUSE MONITORING AND CONTROLLING SYSTEM

As we know most of the gardeners use manual system to their plant in the garden and in the green house. This system is insufficient .When we manually do this, the possibility to get some plant can drown. In order to overcome this problem an automatic greenhouse is used. The proposed system has measurement which is capable of detecting the levels of temperature, humidity, light, moisture content. This system has mechanism to alert farmers regarding the parameter changes in the green house so that early precaution steps can be taken

The advancement in earlier years in communication and electronics, computer science and information technology domain has resulted, thatwe can generate the energy by using renewable energy sources. By using this energy we can manage the home equipments. However in the past systems don't allow a user to get a practicability to actively reduce the energy consumption of home equipment. In the past, the electric home equipments can be controlled and monitored with the help of domestic power lines by using power line communication technology. But now days a Wi-Ficommunication technology is used for controlling and monitoring of electric home equipment for more probable than before. This paper describes the methodology of renewable energy based home automation. In our project two things are consider. One is energy consumption and another is energy generation. In this, for monitoring power consumption of home equipment Wi-Fiis used. Hence the system gives more efficient energy saving and home energy cost will reduce

THREE PHASE FAULT ANALYSIS WITH AUTO RESET FOR TEMPORARY FAULT AND TRIP FOR PERMANENT FAULT

In any electrical power system , due to some problems such as over voltage , over current, insulator failure i.e. line to line , line to ground , double line to ground faults occur. This fault collapses the transmission system. These faults may be temporary fault or permanent fault. This fault causes some defects on equipments. To get clearance of fault & disconnect the line the circuit breaker is used. For reclosing, mechanism resets the supply line after small interruption in the event of temporary fault or it remains in tripped condition in case of permanent fault

Electricity is one of the basic requirements of human beings, which is widely used for domestic, industrial, commercial and agricultural purposes. There is great demand for electricity and it is increasing day by day, but now a day what happened actually the method for accessing the data from the energy meter and billing is not up to the mark as well as it is time consuming. It is also required a huge manpower to complete this process. Because of that to reduce this huge manpower as well as complications, we exists this system. Our system provides the electricity readings on an LCD screen as well as can SMS this reading and cost in rupees to the user. A GSM modem is also integrated along with the meter to send alerts to the particular consumer regarding their energy consumption. In case of failure of payment by a consumer the controller can disconnect the power supply of the consumer. A PC with a GSM receiver at the other end, which contains the database acts as the billing point

SIMULATION AND CONTROL TECHNIQUE FOR SINGLE PHASE SUB MODULE INTEGRATED PV SYSTEM

No full text
The photovoltaic (PV) system that is based on sub module-integrated converters (subMICs) is capable of maximizing solar energy harvest by eradicating power losses due to intrapanel mismatch. Modeling and simulation of subMIC-based systems are important to study the effect of PV partial shading, prove new control strategies, analyze distributed system dynamics, optimize system configurations, and determine system parameters, etc. However, the simulation of such systems can be very challenging due to the large number of switching-mode power units, nonlinear nature of PV generators, and complication of the coordinating control. This project provides an effective solution to simulate and control single-phase grid-tied PV systems that are based on a practical subMICs configuration by sliding mode control. The approach includes the simplified PV cell model and averaged model for power converters, which consider all dynamic interactions among the maximum power point tracking (MPPT)
