    In the era of globalization and digitalization,  people, especially Generation Z, easily make transactions without paying attention to priority scale. This leads to poor financial management behavior. This study aims to identify and analyze the impact of financial knowledge and financial attitudes on financial management behavior with a controlling focus as a moderating variable for economics education students Class of 2020 in Semarang City. The sample size was 219 respondents. Sampling technique uses proportional random sampling technique. The data collection method uses a closed-ended questionnaire. Data analysis techniques using descriptive analysis and SEM PLS. The results of hypothesis testing show that financial knowledge and financial attitudes have a positive and significant impact on financial management behavior, that locus of control is likely to enhance the influence of knowledge. financial awareness on financial management behavior and that locus of control has the potential to strengthen the influence of financial attitude on financial management behavior. The suggestion for further research is that students need to improve their financial knowledge and attitudes towards financial management  to be able to manage their finances better

    The Mediating Role of Attitude Toward Money on Students’ Financial Literacy and Financial Behavior

    This research aims at discovering the direct influence of financial literacy on financial behavior; finding out the indirect influence of financial literacy on financial behavior through attitude toward money; and figuring out the direct influence of attitude toward money on financial behavior. This research was conducted at Economics Faculty of State University of Semarang or UNNES with its sample being students who had taken budgeting and financial management courses. The sample was taken using proportionate random sampling and 230 respondents were obtained. The data were collected using questionnaire and they were then analyzed using descriptive analysis and path analysis. Based on the first research result, it was found that financial literacy had direct influence on financial behavior. High financial literacy determined a good financial behavior in the future. Secondly, attitude toward money successfully mediated the influence of financial literacy on students’ financial behavior. Thirdly, attitude toward money has a direct influence on financial behavior. In general, students have good financial literacy, attitude towards money, and financial behavior. This allowed them to have a clear priority for their future

    ABSTRAKEra Revolusi Industri 4.0 dan Masyarakat 5.0 membawa tantangan bagi dunia pendidikan termasuk pendidikan kejuruan. Pendidikan kejuruan harus mampu menyiapkan lulusannya untuk bersaing pada era tersebut. Untuk dapat bersaing, peserta didik perlu dibekali dengan literasi baru yaitu literasi data, literasi teknologi, dan literasi manusia. Literasi manusia diyakini menjadi literasi yang paling penting karena literasi ini menjaga seseorang tetap dalam kodratnya sebagai manusia di tengah gempuran kecanggihan teknologi yang ada. Penguatan literasi manusia dapat dilakukan melalui penerapan model pembelajaran yang sesuai dengan karakteristik pendidikan kejuruan. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk mengenalkan literasi manusia dan model pembelajarannya kepada Bapak/Ibu Guru SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Klaten Utara, khususnya jurusan Akuntansi dan Keuangan Lembaga. Program ini dilaksanakan dalam bentuk edukasi dimana tim pengabdian memberikan pendidikan tentang literasi manusia dan model pembelajaran kepada Bapak/Ibu Guru. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa Bapak/Ibu Guru lebih mengenal literasi manusia dan model pembelajaran yang dapat diterapkan untuk menguatkan literasi manusia pada siswa. Kata kunci: literasi manusia; model pembelajaran; literasi baru. ABSTRACTThe Industrial Revolution 4.0 and Society 5.0 era have brought challenges to education, including vocational education. Vocational education must be able to prepare graduates to compete in those era. To be able to compete, students need to be equipped with new literacies, namely data literacy, technological literacy, and human literacy. Human literacy is believed as the most important literacy because this literacy keeps a person in his nature as a human in the midst of the sophisticated technology development. Strengthening human literacy can be done through the implementation of learning models that are in accordance with the characteristics of vocational education. This activity aims to introduce human literacy and learning models used to reinforce it to teachers at SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Klaten Utara, especially those who teach Accounting and Institution Finance. This program is carried out in the form of education where the team provides education about human literacy and learning models to teachers. The results of the activity show that teachers get more knowledge about human literacy for students and what kind of learning models that can be used to reinforce the literacy. Keywords: human literacy; learning models; new literacies.

    Diversifikasi Olahan Bawang Merah Menjadi Produk Bernilai Ekonomis Tinggi di Desa Genengadal Grobogan

    Tujuan dari program pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah membantu mengoptimalkan potensi sumber daya lokal berupa bawang merah yang tersedia di Desa Genengadal, Grobogan untuk dijadikan olahan berbagai produk bawang merah yang bernilai jual tinggi. Metodologi yang dilakukan terdiri dari beberapa tahapan, yaitu: (1) pertemuan dengan perwakilan kelompok tani rahayu untuk mengadakan pelatihan dan sosialisasi (2) Focus Group Discussion (FGD) membicarakan secara rinci rencana kegiatan sembari membagi tugas untuk anggota kelompok tani rahayu, (3) pelatihan pembuatan olahan bawang merah, yaitu bawang goreng dan kue kering dari bawang merah, (4) pendampingan strategi pemasaran online, dan (5) monitoring dan evaluasi. Berdasarkan hasil pelatihan yang dilakukan, potensi bawang merah yang semula belum dimanfaatkan secara optimal oleh para petani, saat ini telah mampu dioptimalkan kegunaanya menjadi produk yang bernilai ekonomis tinggi. Hasil olahan bawang merah yang telah dihasilkan adalah bawang goreng dan kue kering. Selain itu produk yang telah dihasilkan dikemas dan diberi label kemasan menarik yang memiliki nilai ekonomi

    Investigating the Existing of Environmental Management Accounting for Better Environment Management: A Case Study in a University

    This paper aims at investigating the existence of EMA in University and the role it plays in improving environmental performance. The current research is a case study conducted in State University of Semarang. The data are collected through in-depth interview. Furthermore, the data are validated using triangulation technique by cross-checking them against the available data such as SOP, budget and strategic plan. The result finds that State University of Semarang has implemented EMA well. Their accounting recording is even done based on the existing activities. There are only few EMA-related studies in College setting. This research gives some contibrution by providing information particularly regarding the implementation of EMA in University, how EMA can be used to manage environmental costs and it can also be used to prepare strategies to improve environmental performance.     The Factors Analysis of Indonesian Students’ Motivation for Being the Members of Bilingual Class at Economics Education Department

    The need for qualified education personnel was getting more challenging, thus; the Economics Education Department should improve the quality of education to align the globalization era. Graduates who were qualified and competitive in both national and international sciences could be achieved through the good quality of teaching and learning process. An effort of the Economics Education Department to meet the needs of the world of work one of them was through the opening of the bilingual class program. It was a program which opened the valuable opportunity for students to develop their ability to understand lectures in two languages. However; the reality was the opposite, the appeal of students to follow the selection of bilingual class recruitment was still low. Motivation factor was suspected to be the reason of students’ decisions whether join or did not join the bilingual class. Therefore; the purpose of the study was to analyze the factors that influence students entering the bilingual class. The data were collected by documentation, interviews and questionnaires. Then, they were analyzed by Structural Equation Model (SEM). The result of the research showed that internal factors gave the positive and significant influence for 53.1% on students’ motivation to enter the bilingual class. Then, the external factors gave the positive and significant influence on the motivation of entering the bilingual class for 25.1%.     Penyusunan Media Pembelajaran Berbasis Blended Learning Bagi Guru Ekonomi Se-Kabupaten Kebumen dalam Rangka Mewujudkan Merdeka Belajar

    Kondisi pandemi Covid-19 menjadi dasar kebijakan sekolah daring yang mengakibatkan kurangnya interaksi dalam pembelajaran, sehingga penyerapan pengetahuan dan keterampilan siswa tidak optimal.  Blended learning adalah pembelajaran yang memadukan teknologi di dalam dan di luar kelas yang memuat tentang e-learning. Dalam proses pembelajaran blended learning ini diperlukan media pembelajaran berbasis AI dan IoT sebagai implementasi teknologi era industri 4.0 untuk menyukseskan merdeka belajar. Namun faktanya, berdasarkan wawancara dengan Guru Ekonomi SMA se-kabupaten Kebumen pada tangal 5 Februari 2021, mayoritas guru masih menggunakan media pembelajaran berupa Whatshaap dan email yang kurang interaktif dan menarik. Diperlukan pelatihan dan pendampingan pembuatan media pembelajaran berbasis AI dan IoT dalam proses pembelajaran, mencakup seminar, praktek, diskusi, presentasi, dan refleksi. Hasil pelatihan berupa pengetahuan dan keterampilan peserta tentang materi pelatihan. Materi pelatihan meliputi pengetahuan dan praktek implementasi pembuatan media pembelajaran blended learning. Konsep yang diberikan meliputi penilaian hasil belajar, penilaian untuk belajar, dan penilaian sebagai kegiatan belajar. Rencana kegiatan terdiri dari (1) koordinasi dengan Ketua MGMP Ekonomi SMA se-kabupaten Kebumen, (2) koordinasi seluruh tim pengabdian kepada masyarakat, (3) koordinasi dengan Ketua MGMP Ekonomi SMA se-kabupaten Kebumen, 4) pelaksanaan kegiatan pelatihan dan pendampingan kepada guru-guru yang tergabung dalam MGMP Ekonomi SMA se-kabupaten Kebumen, (5) evaluasi kegiatan pengabdian.  Pengabdian ini  berperan penting meningkatkan pengetahuan dan kemampuan guru ekonomi Kabupaten Kebumen dalam pembuatan media pembelajaran kreatif, inovatif dan menyenangkan berbasis AI dan IoT yang berbeda dengan media pembelajaran yang sudah ada terdahulu, sehingga dapat meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran di era new normal dan mendukung program merdeka belajar

    PENINGKATAN VALUE ADDED LIMBAH KULIT BAWANG MERAH MELALUI PROGRAM KEMITRAAN DALAM MENDUKUNG EKONOMI KREATIF

    Abstrak: Desa Genengadal merupakan sentra produksi bawang merah di Grobogan. Permasalahan bidang pertanian yang terjadi adalah ketidakmampuan pengelolaan limbah kulit bawang merah. Ketidakmampuan ini menunjukkan belum terimplementasinya SDGs poin 12 tentang produksi dan konsumsi yang bertanggung jawab di bidang pertanian. Melihat potensi besar ini maka dilaksanakanlah pemberdayaan kepada 15 kelompok tani laki-laki dan 15 ibu-ibu PKK Desa Genengadal untuk melakukan kegiatan daur ulang limbah kulit bawang merah menjadi pestisida dan kerajinan tangan. Tujuan pengabdian ini untuk menciptakan peluang usaha agribisnis dan akselerasi industri kreatif. Pelaksanaan pemberdayaan menggunakan 4 Metode (penyuluhan, Demontrasi, transfer iptek, Monitoring dan Evaluasi berdasarkan penilaian proses). Seluruh tahapan dilaksanakan dengan pendekatan Community Development dan Edukatif. Hasil dari kegiatan ini telah mampu menambah pengetahuan dan keterampilan tentang pemanfaatan limbah kulit bawang merah bagi para mitra pengabdian.Abstract: Genengadal village is the center of shallot production in Grobogan. The agricultural problem that occurs is the inability to manage shallot skin waste. This inability shows that SDGs point 12 on responsible production and consumption in agriculture has not been implemented. Seeing this great potential, empowerment was carried out for 15 male farmer groups and 15 PKK women in Genengadal Village to carry out activities to recycle shallot skin waste into pesticides and handicrafts. The purpose of this service is to create agribusiness business opportunities and accelerate the creative industry. The implementation of empowerment uses 4 methods (counseling, demonstration, transfer of science and technology, monitoring and evaluation based on process assessment). All stages are carried out with a Community Development and Educational approach. The results of this activity have been able to increase knowledge and skills about the utilization of shallot skin waste for service partners.   

    UPAYA MENUMBUHKAN BUDAYA PAPERLESS MELALUI PEMANFAATAN iSPRING QUIZ MAKER DI SMK YPPM BOJA

    Abstract. Increasing technology, information and communication develops, all sectors must changes, including education. The success of teaching and learning activities can be known through the evaluation of learning. Evaluation learning media that should be applied can vary not only using print evaluation media but has begun to switch to technology-based or computer-based evaluation media. If the teacher is able to use computer-based evaluation media, it is expected that the use of too much paper can be reduced. One effort to reduce the use of paper as an evaluation media is through training in making learning media using iSpring Quizmaker. The dedication activity made this learning evaluation media located at SMK YPPM Boja, Kendal. The partners who participated in the training activities consisted of all teachers in SMK YPPM Boja, Kendal, as many as 20 people. The method of service activities is to provide material (presentation) and mentoring practices. The evaluation method in this activity is through the distribution of response questionnaires. The results of the activity concluded that: 85% of partners stated that it was easy to make evaluation media using iSpring Quizmaker, 90% of partners felt interested in using iSpring Quizmaker, and 80% of partners thought that using iSpring Quizmaker was beneficial.     Abstrak. Seiring berkembangan teknologi, informasi, dan komunikasi, menuntut semua sektor mengalami perubahan, tak terkecuali pendidikan. Keberhasilan kegiatan belajar mengajar dapat diketahui melalui evaluasi pembelajaran. Sudah seharusnya media evaluasi pembelajaran yang terapkan dapat bervariasi tidak hanya menggunakan media evalausi tercetak namun sudah mulai berpindah kepada media evaluasi berbasis teknologi atau komputer. Apabila guru mampu menggunakan media evaluasi berbasis komputer, maka diharapkan penggunaan kertas yang terlalu banyak dapat berkurang. Salah satu upaya dalam untuk mengurangi penggunaan kertas sebagai media evaluasi adalah melalui adanya pelatihan pembuatan media pembelajaran menggunakan iSpring Quizmaker. Kegiatan pengabdian pembuatan media evaluasi pembelajaran ini bertempat di SMK YPPM Boja, Kendal. Mitra yang mengikuti kegiatan pelatihan terdiri dari seluruh guru-guru di SMK YPPM Boja, Kendal sebanyak 20 orang. Metode kegiatan pengabdian adalah dengan pemberian materi (presentasi) dan praktik pendampingan. Metode evaluasi pada kegiatan ini melalui penyebaran angket respon. Hasil kegiatan menghasilkan kesimpulan bahwa: 85% mitra menyatakan mudah dalam membuat media evaluasi menggunakan iSpring Quizmaker, 90% mitra merasa tertarik menggunakan iSpring Quizmaker, dan 80% mitra menganggap bahwa penggunaan iSpring Quizmaker bermanfaat
