    This study aims to determine the effect of variables Personal Characteristics, Job Characteristics, Corporate Structure Characteristics, and Experience Obtained from the company affects Employee Loyalty. The sample of this research is 100 employees who work in Mubarokfood Cipta Delicia PT (Jenang Mubarok) Kudus with the number of employees as many as 210 employees. Sampling technique using purposive sampling technique or data collection in accordance with the criteria used in this study. The method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis by doing the classical assumption test first. The results showed that Job Characteristic, Characteristic of Company Structure, Experience Gained from the Company has a significant influence on Employee Loyalty. While Personal Characteristics do not have a significant influence on Employee Loyalty

    Analisis Komparatif Penentuan Portofolio Optimal Dengan Single Index Model (SIM) Dan Random Model (Studi Pada Bursa Efek Indonesia Periode 2013-2016)

    The purpose of this study is to determine the portfolio by using a single index that can provide optimal results. The type of this research is descriptive research with quantitative approach. The method used is proportional sampling that all companies or issuers listed in Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) for 6 period from 2013 to Novenber 2016. The data used is the monthly closing price during the observation period. From the calculation results using a single method to produce 6 portfolio companies and potential candidates AKRA, TLKM, UNVR, UNTR, ADRO, INTP INDF, ASII, and KLBF with total return portfolio of 0.024203. By determining random portfolio using fama theory, there are 10 companies for optimal diversification ie LPKR, AKRA, WIKA, ASII, LSIP, SMGR, ADRO UNVR, KLBF, and KLBF with total return 0.014078738. Dynamic analysis with model. It can be concluded that the determination of the portfolio using single index model will be able to give optimal or maximum return compared to the determination of portfolio with random or random model.     This research aims to analyze the performance of Islamic banking with integrated Maqasid Al-Shariah Based Performance Measure (IMSPM) and find out its effect on the value of the company as measured by the variable Economic Value Added (EVA).This type of research is expplanatory research with a quantitative approach. Data analysis uses regression analysis of panel data with Eviews 9 software.The sampling method used is purposive sampling. The results showed that the highest average IK overall was for self purpose, followed by faith, wealth, ancestry and intelligence.And the ranking of 9 Sharia Commercial Banks based on IMSPM performance is: 1). Bank Aceh Syariah, 2).Bank BTPN Syariah, 3). Bank BNI Syariah, 4). Bank Mandiri Syariah, 5).Bank BRI Syariah, 6). Bank Muamalat Indonesia, 7). Bank Mega Syariah, 8).Bank Bukopin Syariah, 9). The results of testing of the model showed that the Common Effect Model (CEM) was selected as the estimation model.Common Effect Model (CEM) parameter estimation is done using the corrected standard errors (PCSE) panel approach estimator.And based on the results of the hypothesis test it is known that IMSPM has a significant positive effect on the value of the company as measured by EVA.     This study aims to analyze and discuss the determinants of people's business credit distribution at banks registered with the Financial Services Authority. The population used in this study were all banks registered with the Financial Services Authority (OJK) for the 2016-2020 period. The sample in this study were 8 banking companies which were selected with certain criteria using the purposive sampling method. The data collected in this study are secondary data sources which obtained from quarterly reports published by each bank and monetary policy reports published by Bank Indonesia for the 2016-2020 period. The technique of collecting sample data is using literature study. The data analysis method used in this study uses panel data regression analysis with a random effects model that is processed using eviews. The results showed that the Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) had a positive effect on the distribution of people's business loans, the Operational Expenses of Operational Income (BOPO) had a negative effect on the distribution of people's business loans, Third Party Funds (DPK) had a positive effect on the distribution of people's business loans., Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) has a positive effect on the distribution of people's business credit, the Credit Interest Rate (SBK) has a negative effect on the distribution of people's business credit, Product Domestic Bruto (PDB) and inflation has no effect on the distribution of people's business credit

    This research aims to examine the effect of working capital, firm size, leverage, firm growth, and profitability on firm value. Population in this research is all companies in the property, real estate, and building construction sectors listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2015-2018. The sample is 40 companies that have been selected by purposive sampling method. The data analysis method were tested by multiple linear regression analysis.The result of the research show that (1) Working capital, firm size, leverage, firm growth, and profitability simultaneously have a significant effect on firm value. (2) Working capital partially has no effect on firm value. (3) Firm size partially has a negative and significant effect on firm value. (4) Leverage partially has a significant and positive effect on firm value. (5) Firm growth partially has no effect on firm value. (6) Profitability partially has a significant and positive effect on firm value. The result of this research are expected to be useful for certain parties, such as academics, companies, investors and researchers who will conduct similar research in the future

    This study aims to analyze costs, risk sharing, business support, loss of control, access to conventional debt, financial compatibility, stage of development, religious beliefs, normative beliefs, self-efficacy, facilitation conditions on the intention to use PLS financing on MSMEs in Central Java. data through a questionnaire. Data analysis in this study used Smart PLS version 3.0. The sampling technique in this study uses purposive sampling and data testing techniques used in this study include the outer model consisting of convergent validity, discriminant validity, composite reliability, cronbanch's alpha and multicollinearity tests as well as the inner model consisting of coefficient determination, goodness of fit, effect size test (f2), Normed fit index and hypothesis testing. The results of this study are variables 1) Cost affects the intention to use PLS financing, 2) Risk sharing affects the intention to use PLS financing, 3) Business support does not affect the intention to use PLS financing, 4) Loss of control affects the intention to use PLS financing, 5) Access to conventional debt affects the intention to use PLS financing, 6) Financial conformity has no effect on the intention to use PLS financing, 7) The development stage affects financial suitability, 8) Religious beliefs have no effect on the intention to use PLS financing, 9) Normative beliefs have no effect on the intention to use PLS financing, 10) Self-efficacy has no effect on the intention to use PLS financing, 11) The condition of the facility affects the intention to use PLS financing, 12) The development stage has no effect on the intention to use PLS financing through financial suitability

    This study aims to determine the effect of service quality on Rosalia Indah bus customer satisfaction during the covid-19 pandemic in Karanganyar Regency. This research is included in quantitative research. The population of this study were all Rosalia Indah bus service users who had ever boarded from Karanganyar Regency. The samples collected in this study were 100 respondents. The sample selection technique uses purposive sampling where the sample is determined based on certain criteria. The data used is primary data where the data is obtained from respondents' answers through a questionnaire that has been given via google form. SmartPLS 3.0 is used in research as an analytical tool. The results of this study indicate that physical appearance, assurance and empathy have a positive and significant effect on Rosalia Indah bus customer satisfaction during the COVID-19 pandemic in Karanganyar Regency. However, reliability and responsiveness have no significant effect on Rosalia Indah bus customer satisfaction during the COVID-19 pandemic in Karanganyar Regenc

    This study aims to analyze the effect of Leverage, Sales Growth (Growth), and Company Size (Size) on Profitability (ROA) (Case Study on Manufacturing Companies in Indonesia). The data source used in this study is secondary data. The data used in this study is in the form of Manufacturing Company financial statement data. The population in this study are food and beverage manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2018. The sampling technique in this study is purposive sampling with criteria for companies that have complete financial statements in 2016, 2017, 2018. The research method used is quantitative causal using secondary data so as to obtain a sample of 12 companies. The method of data analysis uses multiple regression analysis that was previously conducted a classic assumption test. Testing this hypothesis using the Coefficient of Determination test (R ^ 2), the statistical test F, and the statistical test t. The results of this study indicate that Leverage (DER) has a negative and significant effect on profitability, Sales Growth (Growth) has a positive and significant effect on profitability, Company Size (Size) does not affect the profitability variable. While together the independent variables affect profitability. The results of the coefficient of determination test show that 71.7% of the profitability of companies in Indonesia. While the remaining 28.3% might be influenced by other variables outside the model

    This research aims to analyze the effect of the size of the company and sales growth partially or simultaneously against long term debt at telecommunications companies were listed on the Indonesia stock exchange. The population in this research is all the telecommunications companies were listed on the Indonesia stock exchange for the period 2009-2013, amounting to as much as 7 companies. Source data from a secondary data, i.e. data obtained from telecommunication company financial reports documentation published in the Capital Market Directory in 2009-2013. The research of using multiple linear regression test (test t test, F test, and R2). This research produced some findings. The results of the analysis of the coefficient of determination Adjusted R Square value obtained = 0.340 means a variation of independent variables consisted of company size and sales growth of 37,9% was able to explain the dependent variable i.e. varaiasi long-term debt at telecommunications companies were listed on the Indonesia stock exchange, while the rest (100%-37,9%) = 62,1% are influenced by factors other than the variables examined. The size of the company and sales growth simultaneously effect significantly to variable i.e. long term debt at telecommunications companies were listed on the Indonesia stock exchange, shown with probability value 0.000 of value 0.05 F 0.05

    This study aims to determine the effect of Trust, Information Quality and Risk Perception on Shopee Online Consumer Buying Interest. The population in this study were students in the city of Surakarta. This study is a quantitative study using primary data obtained directly from the results of questionnaires distributed to 150 respondents with purposive sampling technique. Data analysis in this study using SmartPLS using the bootstrapping method. The results of this study indicate that Trust and Risk Perception have a positive and significant effect on Consumer Buying Interest, while Information Quality has no positive and significant effect on Consumer Buying Interest
